Great spicy beef soup at a medium spicy level. Lots of toppings and i enjoyed the corn piece as well. There are lots of spicy levels choose wisely. The server was attentive offered extra broth and water which was thoughtful and I enjoyed the meal. The green tea was also good. I would definitely go again. Highly recommend.

Im a bp lover，but quality going down! There was too many cabbage inside. Service was pretty good. The first three pictures were house special pot, and the last one was lamb pot.

I like Boiling Point. Except for the employees here, there is no refill service provided when you go to other places, and there are lazy and not working employees who dont remember customers who came first and go to other places to take orders first. But the food is great. Because it is delicious, I give it at least 3 points.

We were so glad and surprised that this location had no wait. We were trying to dining in at the location in irvine yesterday, and the wait was 1-2 hours, so we went somewhere else instead. We had a great meal, thank you. Boiling point staffs.

I was in the mood for hotpot today and remembered how much i enjoy Boiling Point. I checked the reviews and there were many bad ones, so i decide to try it anyways. I can tell you:1) Service was very good. Also, i was aware few customers kept bothering the workers for extras and demanded immediate service. Many times a day of this you can see why employees get tired of it.2) As for the food, It was delicious and i enjoyed it as i remember.3) Restaurant Dining and Restrooms were clean.I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Joseph was the absolute best server in all of California, since he was so attentive with our water levels, need for soup and need for turning off the fire. We love that the food is warm the entire time but the hospitality was even warmer. We couldn’t recommend the beef hot pot enough but world renowned Joe Mama was the highlight of our night. He seems like the most diligent team member with how creative and unique his nickname is. He has sweet smiles, a soothing voice, and a very professional demeanor; shout out Joe again!!

I’m giving a 3 stars for not being organized.Food is good but they need to manage the waiting list. Even though they have different categories for different groups of people but they do not follow. They put two people in the four people table. In results, they end up with bunch of two people tables and the more people group still have to wait even if your number is ahead of the other. 😩😩😫😤😤

The 1st time dine in experience at this chain store. The service was quick and the food was great if you are used to Asian cusine. I went for number 10 and it was just great. The soup base was simple with tastes of spices. The portion was great and each order was prepared individually on a hot pot. If u have kids with u, you need to watch young kids near the hot pots. Also, they serve iced tea with your meal. You can choose green or black tea.

Yummy Taiwanese hot pots!! #1 stinky hot pot and #3 Korean hot pot are our favorites. It’s a bit too salty for me, but I always ask for more broth to balance the taste. This place is usually packed with a bunch of people, even in wee hours. We came here close to 8 pm and had to wait over 20 minutes.Like their automatic notification system that allows me to input my cell phone into a tablet; it would automatically send a text notification when my table is ready.

I ordered a Beef Hot soup mild w/ rice and it soooo delicious! My usual go to hot pot has been Tasty Pot over the years but having Boiling Point for the first time, it might have just become my new go to! The service was very quick and we got our hot soups within minutes of ordering. Lunch time also comes with a choice of sweetened green or black tea. What I loved most is that they offer a Passion Fruit collagen jelly for $1 with an order of a hot soup. The jelly was refreshing and sweet, it made a perfect lil dessert afterwards. To top off the experience, they gave us these lemon jellies with fiber in them! I will be returning and I definitely recommend!
