Ok not only are the flavors awesome, and the boba was the right amount of chewy, but the large boba drinks are huge! 32oz size is like a bucket, and they even have a bag of boba that serves 10!

I had a wonder experience at Boba Bounce. As soon as I walked in, Izzy welcomed me and asked if she could recommend one of the Boba drinks. I went with the boba Mango and it was delicious.Izzy told me about the family run business. They have been in business since 2005 and survived Covid. There was plenty of people coming in and out to pick up their drinks. I can see why Boba Bounce is such a success. Congratulations. You guys deserve it.Izzy told my about how many creative drinks combinations they are always trying to make. Many customers go there for the varieties.The parking is plentiful and they are quick to get your orders out. The boba mango was delicious. Look at my photos.

This is based solely on my experiences ordering through mobile delivery apps. Food is delicious but on several occasions when I would order the food and boba drink combo my drink would always be missing. I would contact the drivers and they would all tell me that the employees did not hand them a boba drink. This is real disappointing since it is a place that specializes in boba drinks. This alone has caused me to quit ordering from this place as I was always disappointed. I saw this mentioned on several reviews on Grubhub as well. I wish they would address this as it is very frustrating to constantly have my order wrong or have missing items time and time again. Especially when paying on food delivery fees.

The most horrible experience that I ever had with any milk tea store!!!!1. The half of the items are either wrong or missing but they still charge me the full amount of money on postmate!!!2. Very sloppy wrapping. The pop-corn chicken box is not even closed! It is so not hygiene for such a pandemic time!!!! The delivery directly drop the food off along the road and they look like abandoned trash by the time we find it by the road!!!! It looks soooo disgusting!!!This store has no low bound in its integrity, hygiene and respect for customer!!! This is for sure the last time I ever buy from this store!!!!!!!!!!

I used to come here often a few years ago, and recently came back for the first time in a while. This time I got their Buffallo Chicken Panini and popcorn chicken with a Thai tea. I might come back for the tea, but not for the food. Everything tasted good, but its more expensive than Id normally like to pay.

This plastic wrap was placed inside of our Togo box so well that we didn’t notice it was there until we started eating lol...it was underneath the chicken strips...taste was good but this really put me off sorry...Edit: The ball of plastic was inside the box just like I posted; I didnt do anything to it. Is there supposed to be plastic inside the box? Shouldnt you make the plastic less noticeable, not more?

I used to love this place because they have the best boba but unfortunately I won’t be coming back. last night, I ordered the vanilla caramel tea and as I was drinking it, i almost choked on a piece of aluminum wire found in the drink. i stopped drinking immediately because not only was it dangerous, i just ended up feeling disgusted. all day today i have been suffering from food poisoning which i am not sure if it is directly from the piece of metal or the drink itself. i called today and they did offer a refund which i accepted but i cannot return after this.

Plenty of parking usually but they are typically very busy. You order on iPads and there are only 2 maybe 3. So the line can be quite long. The boba is delicious and the service is pretty quick all things considered. There is seating inside but it is very minimal and kind of cramped. Definitely more of a to-go place.Vegan friendly.

I started on crumbl cookies. Every time I did a crumbl cookie it felt so good. Eventually I needed something stronger to satisfy my urge. I told the man behind the counter, and he told me about their strawberry popping boba. I took one hit off the popping boba and was faded AF for 8 hours(it was a sativa). Just found this place today recommended by my son. We had the lucky grasshopper smoothie which is pistachio smoothie. Chicken pesto sandwich on sourdough which was delicious and the medium french fries medium meaning heat Factor. Everything was wonderful, the restaurant was very clean plenty of parking today and very friendly staff. Well definitely be going there more often if youre in the neighborhood Plummer and Reseda stop by. Bounce Boba Loft is owned by kicking Cajun so you know the foods going to be good.

This place is no joke, once the doors open people come through. Staff is nice and the store front is clean, but compact for seating. Kiosk does help, but its literally right by the register, so be prepared to sometimes bump elbows on busy times of the day. Definitely one of the better places in the area. Wish they would expand and put out some more milk tea options, but worth checking out if you already havent.

There are 3 Boba places next to CSUN within a half a mile of each other. Out of the three, this is my favorite place to go for Boba.They have most of the flavors that I like to drink along with different types of Boba. The service here seems to be better than the other locations. However, this place tends to get busy during the day with the CSUN students coming her to hang out with friends.The store was just renovated recently and I have to say it looks nicer than before. They have all new furniture which seems to make the place a little bigger. The only thing I dont like is that they removed the hanging menus but I guess it doesnt go along with the decor.

Great combination of toppings, flavors, and ice consistency. Would recommend this for a first date treat, a Monday day pick me up, or just cuz youre feeling like Bobba. I also ordered the popcorn chicken based on the reviews i read, thought it was gonna be amazing but for me it was a disappointment tasted funny and weird texture? Not for everybody I guess. Quiet low key place with very cute kawaii theme/style feel to it. I could ooh and ahh over the menu design all day. If you come here don’t ever except the spice levels on the popcorn chicken or fries to be correct. A mild to them means absolutely nothing... sometimes it’s no seasoning at all and other times it’s unbearable without sauce. This a great place to hang out and catch up with friends. It is one of the good boba places in the SF Valley. My favorite drink here is the Almond Milk Tea Boba. So delicious! I also like to add egg pudding/custard sometimes. They also have great little snacks. I like getting the combo because you can get two portions plus get a free regular sized boba as well. (Drinks that dont qualify for free are 50% off) I like their popcorn chicken a lot. I have also tried their squid balls and thought they were good. Be careful when ordering spicy.I always get my food spicy everywhere I go or even very spicy, but they actually make their stuff here pretty spicy! My squid balls were actually a lot spicer than I thought they would be, but they were delicious nonetheless! They also have little games you can play such as Jenga and some card games. Wifi is free as well. There are a good amount of tables as well as comfy furniture to sit on. Great music. A nice and fun place to hang out with good company. Kickin Kasian is next door so a lot of people like to eat there and get their dessert here afterwards.

It gets super busy here and its the main reason why most CSUN clubs do fundraisers here. Not too many sitting areas to lounge and drink away. They do offer board games and some sitting areas. Not advisable to sit in there when it gets busy, because its definitely hard to maneuver around when its busy. People who wait in line dont want to move out of their way for you to get out. Thats probably one of the downfalls that resorts to my 3-star rating. Its ok. To get your boba, you have to squeeze your way to the other side to get your drink. Not to mention, you get more ice than drinks. You have to ask for less ice. they charge you and if u dont tip them, they give you this WTF face. Boba is not impressive, either. the variety of drink selection is nice, and they have some great snacks like their chicken nuggets. But, overall.. this place is just okay

Great place that has boba drinks and tapas style food. Boba is sort of a no brainer, and they have a ton of different choices of add-ns for your drinks. Food is pretty darn tasty too. There is one small tv that always on, but you cant ever hear what going on. It gets pretty crazy busy inside. Parking is sometimes a bit of a challenge. This place is great! Ive been going here ever since I started attending CSUN in 2011. The workers are nice but the place can get pretty packed really quickly. The building is small but theres outlets and a good vibe to sit and chill with friends. I honestly dont like the new remodeling that much as it makes the place look cold as in its not a place to have fun. I know that may contradict what I said before, but as long as youre with good people, its easy to forget.My go to drinks are either Thai tea slush with oreo or the Black n White (oreo slush with a dash of cappuccino). As for food, popcorn chicken is always a must!! Bounce always fulfills my munchies from the day :)

I really like bounce boba its right by Cal State Northridge. Its a cute little shop, where they have not just boba but also iced drinks, delicious food, and delicious tea. It gets busy but they are fast you can order on an IPad and create your own order and pay on the iPad kind of like a self-check out.
