The absolute BEST Baja Fish Tacos Ive experienced and had the pleasure of enjoying. Light and flavorful. When I was under the weather I tried these and they perked me right up. I didnt feel bloated or stuffy after enjoying. The crunch and savory sauce mixed together with the freshness of the fish and slaw, OMG!!!!!!!! Can I say, A-Ma-Zing!!!! You gotta try them. Great for a hot day. The tortilla is made in house daily and fresh. You dont taste oil but fresh fish. Enjoy!!!

Great spot, would have given 5 stars but I ordered online pick up and when I got there realized door dash had marked up my meal by about 30%. That really took the enjoyment out of otherwise good food.To the restaurant, I would recommend you work with other online pick up options that don’t rip off your customers. Several have little to no mark up, but DoorDash marked a $22 meal up to $29 which frankly sucks.

Taco reimagined go be more gringo… but what a nice surprise! 1 taco is about 4 inches and packed with Steak. The good stuff and not chewy full of gristle. Corn, lots of lettuce and this interesting 1000 island like dressing.Yumm

Ordered 2 Carnitas tacos. They are generous in size. These tacos have subtle pineapple flavor that pairs nicely with the pork. Very well balanced and layered flavors.

I’ve been here and tried a few things across the years and their meat isn’t quality. It’ll vary day by day but it’s majorly not worth the price. The quesadillas are ok, the tacos are like a salad on tortillas so considering the price you’re paying an exorbitant amount for a salad. I used to get the vegan nachos and it cost me 30$ for a large VEGAN nachos with a large side of guac without it it’s 22$ still for beans chips and a couple of sliced up chilis I get labor is expensive but it takes 5 minutes to mama and there’s no meat it’s insane

Had the Half Rotisserie Chicken with C Chop salad. The chicken was roasted well and the presentation was awesome. I like the citrus and spicy taste in the dressing and the pumpkin seeds that added more crunch to the salad.

Love their vegetarian tacos. Theyre big boi tacos and will really fill you up. The new and fingerling potato one and the white bean one are my favourites. Their Mexican brownie is also very delicious and a perfect soft, gooey, and crumbly texture. A little pricey but its all worth it in the end.

I gave this place a great review in the past but my experience today was terrible. My order was missing a brownie, two salsas, and an extra order of tortillas that I paid for. When my brother in law went to pick up the order, the employees almost didnt give him the mexican cokes that we ordered. He had to remind the employees. After we got back to the hotel, I checked my order and noticed the missing items. The man I spoke to on the phone (Juan) basically was arguing with me and insisting that he put the items in the bag and refused to give me a partial refund but that I can drive all the way back down there(30 minutes away) to pick up the items that they didnt include. Why would I waste my time calling or bother scamming someone out of 8 dollars worth of food? I just want what I paid for. I WAS a repeat customer and now I am never going here again.

Nachorizzo and rotisserie duck taco. Amazing taste and quality. On top of that, the lady at the register today was professional and helpful, made a great impression on us. This place is a hit and we will be coming back.

First time in the market and decided to try out C CASA. There wasnt a line, the customer service was great and the food was also delicious. I recommend ordering the Carnitas Tostada, it has a great flavor and it was the rightf amount. I will definitely go back again.

Rich bold flavors with an eclectic yet traditional menu that offers buffalo, duck, crab, and lamb alongside a lengthy list of vegetarian options. The plates may seem small but the intensity in taste makes up for it.

Really nice place to visit when visiting from out of town. Ingredients were fresh and had a wonderful crunch. Staff were very considerate and I was especially happy that we got given a fork for when I inevitably dropped some of the filling out of the taco!

C CASA in general is hit and miss. Their carnitas tostada is pretty good. Their chilorillo beef quesadilla is in my opinion the best thing on the menu.

The food was really good and at a great price. I got the salmon taco and the individual chips and guacamole. The staff was friendly. The order came out quick. It was filling, too. I would go back.

I had really high expectations for the $19 Mexican Salad and they were not met. Everything was wilted and it looked like it was dumped out of a bag. Spotted others eating tacos and they looked good. The salad is probably not the best thing to order from this place^^

So Ive gone back and forth whether to review this, because I think my experience was a fluke. But I cant get past the wiggle I felt in my mouth, when taking a bite of delicious vegetarian taco ended up including a small slug. I think its actually because the pea shoots/microgreens were so fresh. The place was clean, the food innovative and decently good. But they must have missed the slug when washing the greens. They were apologetic and did full refund. Again its likely an aberration and youre safe to eat there, but sadly I cant get past the memory to go again.

This place is ideal if you have someone with a gluten issue. The food is fresh and delicious. The only thing that prevented me from giving it 5 stars was that this, my third time getting food from there, was the third time in a row they had a missing item with my order. Ordered everything through DoorDash, but always had something missing, even when we did a pick-up vs delivery order. 1st time - Ordered a side of chips/salsa - they gave us chips, no salsa. 2nd time (picked up)- Ordered a side of chips/salsa - they didnt give us chips or salsa. Didnt realize it until we were on our way home that those items were missing. Then today, the 3rd time, we got the salsa and no chips. Its actually really funny. With this pattern, I suppose the 4th time theyll provide us the whole order. The food we do get is worth going back for though :D

Got a rotisserie chicken bowl from this place and it was particularly bad. It had zero flavor and the thing theyre supposedly known for - their chicken - was ungodly dry and flavorless. It was $20 after tip and it was the worst meal Ive had in a while. Definitely not coming back 👎

This food was absolutely the blandest Ive ever eaten. No flavor at all. I actually thought there was something wrong with my taste buds! Usually food prepared with fresh ingredients dont need a lot of seasoning, but the chicken, rice, guacamole, and the pico de gallo had absolutely no taste (I had the rotisserie chicken bowl). My husband had the Mexican Chicken Salad, and said the same thing. I usually will bring unfinished food home, but I threw this out. Maybe other dishes are good, but these 2 were definitely not. Wouldnt recommend it and I wont be going there again.

Really delish tacos that are more like salads loaded with unique flavors and sauces. Unique Choices of lamb, salmon, white beans and all the typical stuff lovelyly spiced. Ive had the spiced lamb and salmon- both mouthwaterly good. Nice, Smiling staff too!

I came here today for lunch afterMy lunch buddy/ partner in crime told me about this place. I ordered the pork tostada and it was delicious. I thought that one may not of been enough food, but it was plenty. It came with a white beans, fresh veggies, and large round tostada at the bottom. The flavors were incredible and fresh.Ill be back soon!

I am wowed by their menu and will be back for more C style eats very soon! My health conscious appetite really appreciated the thoughtful veg options - a bountiful serving of warm sweet potato cubes, black beans, crunchy salty toasted pepitas, fresh microgreens, sliced radishes, and I think? shredded cabbage, with a tangy spicy sauce atop a hearty toasty corn tortilla Mmmmm. Was out shopping in Berkeley and while passing thru Emeryville decided to stop for lunch at the Public Market. I heard aboutC Casa and decided to eat there. I ordered the sweet potato black bean taco. It was amazing. Very filling.The food was just a tad high, UNTIL I learned that all their food is no -gmo, gluten free, organic, and hormone free meats. So, needless to say, thats well worth it in my book. I also heard that C Cssa is coming to my town in San Ramon, at our new City Center sometime later this year. Im definitely looking forward to their arrival. Im spreading the word now.
