CA NOODLE is definitely one of the best noodle houses Ive tried in the Tri-Valley area. The restaurant has a nice ambiance and convenient parking, although there might be a bit of wait during weekend dining times.Every time I go, I always order the braised beef noodles, and my husband enjoys their cold dishes like spicy sauce beef & beef tendon, garlic sauce shredded salad, sweet and sour cucumber, etc.I have to mention why I love their braised beef noodles. They use high-quality beef and the portions are generous. The noodles are perfectly firm, never mushy, and the broth is deliciously flavorful.If youre in the area and in the mood for noodles, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Marinated pig ears were really delicious. The beef noodle soup was good too. The dry beef noodles were a little too spicy for my taste. I would visit again if I’m in Pleasanton.

Noodles are really delicious! We tried both dry noodle (拌面) and fried noodle (炒面), both are tasty. Highly recommend.Not recommend Cumin Lamb (孜然羊肉), too much pepper and too few meat. Most of the lamb are very fat.

If you like chewy noodle this is the place! Noodle is handmade, bouncy and fresh. We got the beef noodle soup and Big Plate beef w/noodle. Taste is on point. I recommend this place. 😃

A different restaurant used to be at this location but sadly didnt make it through covid. But this new restaurant has most certainly picked up where the people restaurant left offThere is no doubt that you need to order dishes that reflect the namesake. The noodles are phenomenal and have a delicate, tender finish. The sauces and spices are fantastic and the restaurant has clearly found a strong following.

Was on the search for Liangpi noodles. The noodles were fantastic, the taste was delicious. Would have loved the ability to adjust spice level and maybe add blanched bean sprouts. Nonetheless, would eat again and highly recommend.

My family hails from a region of China known for its noodle dishes. It’s hard to find restaurants that serve authentic northern Chinese noodles. My mom says this place has the best noodles she has ever tasted in America, and I concur.

Finally an authentic Chinese noodle restaurant in Pleasanton! The spicy pork noodle soup was delicious as was the braised beef noodle soup and fungus salad. A must try, the flavors are amazing.

Best part was the service - very responsive and eager to help. Food is good but nothing special (the spicy fish noodles needed a little bit of salt to punch up the flavors).The day I went, it was hot in Pleasanton and unfortunately their AC was broken (my bad, ordering a hot soup on a hot day with no AC). This place has pretty high rating, so maybe I will try out one more time.

For $16 (before tax and tips), you get 2 slices of shanghai Bok Choi, 3 small pieces of beef, and a lot of noodle and soup. I guess the inflation really makes these restaurants very cost sensitive.

Normally I would rate places based on their food, but this place took FOREVER to get us all our food. It wasnt until about an whole hour after we were seated until we got all our dishes. From what we observed, it looked like they were giving one dish per table at a time and rotating through each table, and that included the water as well. There would be people that would come in like 45 minutes after we sat down and still get a dish before we had all our dishes yet. We were in a hurry too so this was NOT okay. And we only ordered three dishes, two of the dishes were cold dishes and one of those two was a simple seaweed salad appetizer, which somehow came like 20 minutes after a main dish.The food was just okay. Maybe its just because they just opened but I think Im going to wait a while and see how the future reviews are going to be before coming back.

Ordered the spicy beef and tendon as well as the spicy beef noodle. The flavors were perfectly balanced with the right amount of mala without any one flavor being too over powering. What surprised me most was in this era of inflation and shrinkflation how generous the portions were. The bowl of noodles contained a great helping of noodles, veggies, and beef.Service was excellent. Food came quickly and was very fresh and hot when served. The waitress was also very attentive and friendly.Will definitely be returning here for more.

Very good authentic food. Noodles are clearly made my hand. Overall, taste is excellent. Source: Am Chinese.Inside is clean and bright. Tables are not sticky and chairs are clean.Prices above average no thanks to bidenflation. Prices should be lowered a tad.

We have been buying food from this restaurant very often. We really like the noodles here. We just found their special pork burger (which we call Rou jia mo in Chinese) is also delicious and traditional. The staff is funny btw:)

东湾最好吃牛肉面 The greatest beef noodle soup in east bay/tri-valley. I am a big fan of beef noodle soup. Noodles are chewy, beef are well marinated and the soup is real delicious, which is definitely a winner among 90% beef noodle soup in Bay Area.

I went in to try this restaurant because parking was convenient, and it was surprisingly delicious. I ordered beef noodles and roujiamo. The beef was huge and the noodles were hand-made. They were the width I like and very chewy! The roujiamo is also good, and I think the dough my friend ordered is also good, and there are no surprises at all! !

The braised beef and mutton noodle soup both taste great. The noodles should be homemade, they are very delicious and soupy. The portion size is also very sufficient. Even after two people ordered two bowls, they couldnt finish the food and had to take it out. But don’t order xiaolongbao, the soup will be gone.
