If you’re looking for the best pho spot in the area! Then this spot has to be on your bucket list. Fantastic owners and staff, always makes sure you’re taken care of! You can definitely bring by large groups and prefect spot for take out too! We are very lucky to have them!

It says under New Management.. theyve revamped the place! Updated their interiors and much cleaner. Helpful & friendly staff. Ordered #109 requested crispy noodle instead!! It was delicious and served with a free drink! But since I checked into Yelp, I was upgraded to a free thai tea!! Ive been coming here for over 10 years. Ill agree its definitely much better now.

It wasnt anything to shout about, Ive better tasting pho at other places.The waiter was pretty impatient to take our order even though we havent even had 3 minutes to look at the menu!

Ordered Pho Ga (chicken pho w/rice noodles and vegetables). This is the easiest pho dish to prepare and screw up: 1) too much salt in the broth. 2) the chicken - what small amount they give you for what they charge (I bought a large portion) was dry. Not juicy, not tender, not boiled. Pure bone dry.Also the brunette cashier (young, caucasion) was there to collect a paycheck - not genuine in her customer service; she just went through the motions. And rude: you ask a question, her response was authoritative (her answer/way is it, no exceptions), and the way she corrected the customer vs educating them.Definitely NOT one of the best pho restaurants as advertised. Lots of room for improvement. Doubtful.And they run the business like an assembly line and youre just a number.Lots of naive patrons.And the price they charge for 4 mini egg rolls is a rip.Nexxxxxxt?

First time trying this place and the service was excellent. I was in the mood for Phó, but server suggested Fried Chow Mein condition plate. Careful now because it was served steaming hot. It came shrimp and beef in vegetables on noodles with fried noodles all around it. It was mild in flavor, but it was what needed because it had broth at the bottom.

Tried this place twice and everytime the portions are really bad. This 16oz cup of Vietnamese iced coffee worth almost $6 after tax? Way more expensive than a Starbucks. So ridiculous! Last time I ordered the food was okay but portions were small too.I know after pandemic everything went up but this is just ridiculously expensive.

Delicious, you can count on it always being fresh.The only all vegetable Pho I will ever eat and enjoy.Hands down, the best Pho, Ive ever tasted!Ive been a customer since 2013 :)

Ordered to go. They told me 5 to 10 minutes. 30 minutes passed by and they told me another 5-10 minutes while everyone else that is not a to go order is getting thier food. Even sit in customers that came 15 minutes after me were already getting thier food. I had to spend my lunch time waiting and not enough time to eat since i had to go back to work. There was a couple of other people waiting for to go as well and didnt look nor sound happy with the service. One a food delivery driver said he had been already waiting over 30 minutes when i got there. Which he left without the order because they kept telling him the same thing they were telling me.From my oberservations (and this is not the first time) they push to go orders to the side and prioritize sit in customers first. I dont see that as fair as we are also thier customers . They dont have an equal flow of a serving system. A bit further from my job but Ill stick to pho grand on grand ave and wont be coming here any longer. These guys cant set the right expectations to their to go customers and favor sit in customers over to go customers.So beware your order will be pushed to the side (who knows how long because they dont) if you order to go or delivery.

I enjoy having a quiet lunch here as they have optional dine in seating.The rare steak pho bowl large is my favorite.The broth is extremely hot and delicious.The taste is authentic and flavorful of what you would expect from this dish if you have had it at other similar restaurants.A side dish of mint leaves, bean sprouts, lime and jalapeños are provided to you.The staff is polite and attentive to my table in regards to keeping my beverage full.I like the quiet calm atmosphere while I eat, I dont feel rushed to finish and leave.All my expectations are met and I am glad to continue to lunch here.

My family and I have been eating here for years! A few months ago we found a bug in the lettuce with egg rolls, and we complained. After this incident, we still came frequently to support this business. However, today we ate here again and found a total of 3 bugs in our lettuce again!! I definitely won’t be coming back.

I use to really love this place, but the last time I ordered from here they got my order all wrong. I called to let them know that they had messed up my order and returned the uneaten order. Instead of making a completely new order of soup with all the correct meats, they took back the old order and just added to it. Then the waiter accused me of possible eating the missing meats. Never will I eat at this place again. There are too many other Pho establishments in this area.

I ordered some soup and the cashier was having trouble with the credit card machine. I told him make sure not to double charge me. The cashier got offended and gave me a major attitude, i told him my concerns, just gave a nasty look. No apologies. Guess what i was double charged. I dont have any idea why this restaurant got an A rating when the cook and other kitchen staff were not wearing hair restraint while preparing food for the customers. I did not see them washing their hands, in between cashier and serving food. I will never go back to this place again.

The food is really good but the service is not great. The servers do not speak English well and have difficulty understanding what you are saying. They need to develop a better system in their workflow. Great Pho place in Chino, CA. It is not located in Chino Hills like the previous review

I love this pho so much ! But The second to last time I went I found hair in my food and it wasnt that gross that time because it was a tiny eyelash, so I chose to ignore it for the sake of good pho. BUT the last time I went I found at least 4 hairs !!!! And one was in my pho, TWO in my friends Pho and ANOTHER ONE in the shrimp rolls! Thats so disgusting and all they did was give me ONE bowl of pho for free. theyre unsanitary and I will never ever be returning it makes me sick thinking about it. Please save yourself from this place.

We first came here when we lived in Chino Hills. Even though we moved away, we still come here. You get your food quick and everything is on par for what you come to expect from PHO. Definitely worth a try if you have not been here...
