20 bucks for a freezer store personal size pizza, I didnt even use my own money for this I used a gift card so I only spent 24 minutes of my life waiting for this thing.Give me back my 24 minutes man.

Tonight I tried something different for dinner and it wasnt disappointing it was a great place I sat at the bar, had me a strawberry lemonade which was great order me a small barbecue chicken pizza bite size boneless wings and the street corn and watch the chef master Francisco do his thing my server Marissa was absolutely amazing.. and that only comes from great leadership the general manager Beronica must be proud of the team she has because they took pride in their restaurant and with their service if you are anywhere near Ventura Mall Stop in to this California Pizza Kitchen its probably the best decision I made today.

Food was very expensive for the quality. Over $50 for a pizza (6 slices) and two weak, very sugary drinks seems a little ridiculous. It didnt help that the waitress suggested giving us two types of sauces and did not inform us that there was a fee for each ($1.50 for each little bowl of sauce lol). There were also crumbs in the menus so that was a little gross. The pizza was tasty though, even though it was a tad bit salty. Nice atmosphere in the evening, made it feel cozy. I would give this place another chance . . . if it werent so expensive.

My sister and I went to CPK yesterday and the host that greeted us, Brooklyn, was so sweet and understood that we preferred a booth vs a table. She seated us in Michelles section. Michelle was a great waitress and was patient with us while we took our time deciding what we wanted to order. The food is always consistent at this restaurant.

Visited our local Ventura California CPK for lunch with a group from the office. They got us right in and we got lucky with our server, Ryan. He was fast, friendly and funny. All my favorite qualities in a server! The food was delicious, especially the dumplings.Great experience and we will be back!

I love this place. 😀 one of my favorite restaurants. The best food in the world lives here. Our waitress forgot to put the little slices of watermelon 🍉 in my watermelon lemonade. She set it down and said, oh, I forgot the watermelon slices, I thought she would return with them, but she never did so. Thats why I downgraded Service.

One of my favorite places to go to for dinner. Been to this CPK many times, and Im always pleased. Today I got the free Dodger pizza, with a salad for my friend. I picked my favorite non pizza dish. Chicken Tequila Fettuccine is my pick, I prefer green noodles and the creamy jalapeño lime sauce . It works for me.

For the most part this place has been very good. There have been times where my husbands garlic cream fettuccine has more flavor than other times which is kind of a bummer, but for the most part we really enjoy this restaurant. Their Works Pizza is amazing and my family really enjoys the Thai Crunch Salad! The BUTTER CAKE is a FAVORITE that everyone should try! It’s a cake that melts in your mouth!

Came here with my parents on a Sunday and it was our first time ever eating in California Pizza kitchen and we enjoyed it. The pizza is over priced for what your getting but it isnt cheap either. We ordered the BQQ Chicken Pizza(15.49) and a Hawaiian Pizza(14.99) and we LOVED it. I myself recommend this location 100% and I want to thank our server Robert for being understanding that this was our first time.

We were in town for family birthdays and the choice was CPK. My husband had told the young lady who seated us that we had three birthdays we were celebrating, she acknowledged. Then we told our waitress once we were seated and once after dinner, when our daughter said she had a coupon for a dessert we bought another birthday dessert but not before my husband told the waitress again there were three birthdays. We got nothing extra, just the free coupon dessert and paid for a second. Very disappointing!

Honestly I only come to this location for the free Dodger pizza. The service is TERRIBLE! Let me repeat TERRRRRRIBLE!!!!! I guess they assume they not gone get a good tip or whatever, but they will completely ignore you. Well me anyway on multiple occasions. 3 of the 5 times I went I didn’t even get bread that everyone gets. They take my order an disappear. It was so bad one night I went in, it literally was me an another person in the restaurant an the girl brought me a cold pizza. LITERALLY COLD!! How does that happen! I had to get them to remake a free pizza! Now you guys are wasting money because of poor service. I will continue to come only for the free pizza. I honestly can not recommend this place in faith. Hell I went in there one day to pick up an order an the manager completely ignored me standing there an asked everyone else if they would like something to drink while they wait. Really?? I’m staring to think it’s a SKIN thing. I have not had any confrontations with anyone for them to look at me side ways. I tip well for good serve. Hell the two people that gave me bread, I tipped like $2 on a free check. This is my assessment of this establishment an I feel they can use a lot of training on service. NEVER want anyone to lose a job or anything like that. I would just train better so these type of reviews don’t happen!

Very unhappy with our experience. We we’re seated by the nice host and sat there for a long time and NO ONE helped us take our order. Not even our drink order. So we just got up and left. I would understand if they were busy. But it obvious it was a slow day for them. So there’s no excuse.

Whenever I come here, I always receive the worst customer service. It clearly shows that the employees don’t want to be there. What happened today was the worst out of the times I’ve been coming here. I asked for a side of bread but the employee was touching money and proceeds to grab the bread without washing her hands. I pointed it out to her but she was being extremely rude and condescending. Also, the manager did not care about the situation and was also rude. I can’t believe employees of a restaurant could act this way. Never coming back and reporting it to the health department.

Great service- food came quickly- food was excellent. My mom never strays from the BBQ chopped chicken salad or the pea and barley soup. I understand because theyre both delicious! We also ordered their vegetarian pizza and that was also very yummy. I used to order the chicken tequilla fettuccine waaaaaay back in the days. Stopped in last night to pick up dinner for New Year’s Eve.This is actually been the restaurant that we go to for years to celebrate New Year’s Eve dinner.This time I walked in and the place was empty. You obviously can’t sit inside with COVID-19 and they’re following all the regulations. We ordered a couple pizzas and a salad. The food is always good.If I had to give a critique I would say that I walked into the restaurant I was standing in front of four workers for two minutes before I had to ask for help. I think that they could work on making sure to greet our customers. I understand that the place was busy but I would highly suggest to make that a priority

I came in asking for an Alfredo. Shrimp, chicken and mushroom were my choices. I said I wanted all 3. My bill came out to $26.93. I received 1 tiny slice of squished bread, and a container way less then the size of my thumb in height with a small hand full of noodles, 4 shrimp with tails, 1 mushroom, and a few little chicken pieces Maybe being the size of 2 chicken nuggets combined. I paid 26.93 for something that my mom could eat and still be hungry due to her Gastric bypass surgery. I even took a picture of it. I will just go to dominos and call it a night. The food was good but Im left hungry and unsatisfied.! Wont be going back.

This restaurant is conveniently located at the mall entrance. Ive only been here for lunch during the weekdays and always order from the lunch specials. It can get pricey if you order a drink other than water. Service quality varies, depending on who is assigned to your table. The restaurant itself is clean and inviting. Im usually checking work-related emails and eating, so the servers seem to know to check in on me only when needed. Some of the servers are very attentive, and I appreciate that. They have a free membership program, but I dont visit often enough to accrue benefits.

Understaffing was part of the problem, but it seemed like the bigger issue was the amount of dawdling the cooks were doing IN PLAIN SIGHT. Cmon, guys! I dont want to have to wait 40 minutes for my food while you chat and goof around. If Im in the area again I might give it a try another time, but not until were further out of quarantine. They are very consistent with their menus, so while in LA recently I ordered my favorite (BBQ chopped chicken salad) and also a small round choc. cake dessert w/whipped cream, hot fudge, etc. I actually bought this to go and the to go was prepared so nicely, as things always are~~everytime I visit the SB location...I have tried quite a few things on their menu over the years, but I always come back to my fav... they have a vegetarian & a vegan part on their menu, the former having more choices, but there are ways to be creative with some of the other items to suit the needs of many diners. I hope you give this restaurant a chance as Im sure you wont be disappointed. There is usually a waiting line during the weekends and other occasions, but they do a great job accommodating diners before and after they are seated. Enjoy!

The food was fine, no complaints about service or quality. Unfortunately, CPKmade the same corporate move as Woodranch did across the parking lot. They got a strong base then changed the menu and more importantly the kitchen menu (the same item from the menu is now prepared differently). My pizza was 80% (at best) the ingredients from before. Pretty much just a $16 piece of cheese bread. Im disappointed and wont be back anytime soon.

I come here all the time, so I feel I can give an honest assessment of this place. I order one thing every time. Pepperoni pizza with a side of Truffle Oil. Everytime I come I PROMISE I have a different experience with the same order. It is either hit or miss. The pizza is good or it is terrible! No in-between. This experience, there literally was only a couple people in the entire restaurant when I first walked in. I was seated immediately an then I waited for at least 10 minutes before my waitress even walked over. I ordered my food an waited for them to bring me a COLD pizza! Remember they are not busy at all. How does my Pizza come out COLD! Then to top it off they brought out a empty side bowl an claim it had truffle oil in it. I sent it back as I order this every time an get almost a third a bowl of oil. Now frustrated from the poor experience thus far I walk up an speak with the manager. She had my pizza remade an brought out. As for my waitress she helped ever table around me LITERALLY an walked right by me ever time. I needed a refill, never got it. Will not be returning. To many bad experiences for someone who tips well for poor service. The waitress that worked the tables beside me was on it. I seen her more than my reflection typing this review. This place is so over rated. It deserves a negative star. The food there is just bland and there is absolutely nothing exceptional about it. We tried BBQ Pizza, California Signature Pizza, Veggie Pizza and a couple of side dishes and salads. I would give it a zero star if possible. Every pizza had huge tasteless, flavorless outer crust and was missing sauce. They price themselves as if they are serving the best meal possible on earth. No, just plain outright No. This is a no go place for me from now, never again.

I was not feeling well encouraged at all with the other bussinesses who were unprofessional in their business relations with me during my visit in the pacific view mall this morning especially when I was trying to get back with my cell phone service provider metro pcs who I had purchased several devices there from over the past few years, but its customer representative service provider she was not handling her customer service position very patiently and really trying not to be reasonable for the urgent need I had as my last device I recently purchased thru her assistance over the past few months was stolen as I had to go out to a certain location to get to atm to withdraw from my debit card a transaction!!!! But I left it either here in this hotel room I am presently at or perhaps had it with me at the moment I was at this atm !? Which I dont think I had it with me at the atm for I last recall I did see it on the bed here in the room before leaving!!! But as I was just in a hurry to get the money from the atm some blocks away from this hotel?! As I was starting to Wonder about this while after retrieving my transaction from the near by bank atm across from where I was at a city park on a park family outdoor table facing quite a distance away from where I got my transaction from this morning I did see others who were also around the atm as I was overlooking the area but wasnt sure if I had my tablet with me while I was there!!!!?? So being in a hurry to get back here to the hotel room hoping that I had left it here!!!? It was not anywhere to be found!??!!So I immediately thought to just go back over to this atm where I was this morning but after a few minutes walk away from this hotel, after reaching There nothing was There either!!!!!! Congratulations California Pizza Kitchen! You broke the previous record with 7 upsells in one restaurant visit. The previous record was four. After making us wait half an hour before a waitress even came by to take our drink order, you tried to make up for it by bringing us appetizers containing guacamole, which I am alergic to. During the whole dinner process, we got two upsells for your smartphone application, two upsells on the ridiculously overpriced $7 slices of pumpkin carrot cake, two upsells on the $10 off you get if you spend $40, which turned out to be a lie because its contingent on signing up for some silly program youve concocted. And finally, an upsell on some charity YOU want to donate to. Yes, you, not me. You are the straw that broke the camels back. I used to enjoy going out to eat for the relaxing atmosphere, but now, if I have to listen to various people claw at the money in my wallet instead of being thankful for patronizing your restaurant, it is no longer enjoyable. The food was excellent, and the restaurant was clean, but because of your reprehensible behavior, I wont be back, ever.

We order the creamy garlic fettuccine with extra cream on the side but was more just like dried out garlic fettuccine and a side if diced garlic 😖, our only one drink refill had to be to go since they were changing their syrup in their soda machine and were done by the time our check to pay was on our table 🤯😳 . Super dissatisfying and disappointing
