California Pizza Kitchen at Marina Del Rey in Marina Del Rey

This was our first time at CPK and the pizza was so good that we ordered extras. The server made continuous rounds to make sure we didnt need anything. This is a great location to just walk around after a meal with ample parking as well.

Staff was very friendly on entering the restaurant but seemed very lacking in knowledge and was unable to answer several questions. Food came out fairly quickly and hot and as ordered. The interior of the restaurant leaves much to be desired as the booth we were sat at had a large hole in booth that had been covered with blue tape. Overall, food was not bad at all, but it might be worth taking it to go and get your answers from someone other than the staff.

The pizza is really great. We ordered carne asada with green peppers. The flavor was delicious. The cessar salad was very tasteful. I would re order.

I’m vegetarian and they put chicken in my pasta, when there wasn’t even chicken in the dish originally. Absolutely disgusting, not sure what pan they used or how that happens. Never coming back again. I’m furious! My first piece of meat in years!!!Update: the manager said the chef used the wrong spatula. God Forbid it was an allergy!! Disgusting and horrible place i am so seriously upset. Never eat at this location! Food is not safe!

I dont know what they did, maybe they changed management, but CPK is back in the Marina the way it should be--perfect.We have ordered there so many times now I have lost count and each and every time our order is perfect and the service is great. We have not eaten inside much, but when we do the service is friendly and fast and the food great.We have been doing CPK take away at least 10 times in the past few months. It is that good. We call it in or just walk in. The manager there is so great. If there is the slightest problem, they are on it right away. They tell us when to pick up and it is hot and ready the minute we get there. All of their take away is as good as eating there, and that is not usually my experience with a lot of other take aways.We love all of their pizza and now have been through the entire menu of pizza. We have not tried the cauliflower dough and never will, just not our thing. The five cheese is so great and the shrimp pizza and Thai pizza are some of our favorites.We also love their bread and they give you plenty if you ask, I do and I get extra and it is so good. It is always fresh.Their pastas are also very good. We especially love all of their salads. Try their chopped or Italian or Caesar. Just wow.This is now our favorite CPK and we are so open to be able to go local again. So go there.

Love the chopped Chinese chicken salad, friendly staff. Disabled parking section, restrooms, full bar and other good variety of food dishes. When we returned for a re visit the table looked like it was clean but had dirty appitizer dishes, with place settings. Service slow waited again around 25 min to receive our food, waiter was nice. Went back today and again service was very slow, waiting for our food about 30. Food ok couldve been better. Once again dirty appetizer dishes. Its time for me to change my rate 4 to a 3 star.

I visited CPK in Marina del Rey a few weeks ago, and the food tasted great 👍 A big shout out to Eva who was my server, she provided excellent customer service 🙌

When did this place turn into an Applebees? Plastic flyers on all the tables. I thought this used to be more upscale but not so much anymore

I have been here many times. Sometimes the service isnt that good, but most of the time it is. They are very friendly and chill. They let me do the things I need to do, sitting at my table and they refill things when I ask like coffee, iced tea, and water.They have updated their lunch specials menu to include many more options!! Its a combination of two different things that you choose. They give a lot more choices now you can get soup and salad and sandwiches and pizzas. Its a really nice little lunch combo for the price. I think the special is on from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m every day. I believe that time frames right... it could be longer.

I ordered a half size Thai chicken salad!! Delicious, great dressing 👌 They have a new Korean steak pizza, sooooo good 👍 😋
