California Pizza Kitchen at Rossmoor Center in Seal Beach

We came on a Friday afternoon at opening around 11 AM. I was surprised at how packed it was, but it’s especially popular among the senior crowd I think. All good, our service was decent and the staff is accommodating to a large party. My only minor complaint was that the lunch personal pizza was not as juicy as I anticipated, particularly the job. I’m not sure if it would have been different if it was a regular sized. Overall, I think this place is doing just fine with business.

Good family dining spot here in Rossmor. The food is always good and the service is pretty fast. I usually order the Roasted Garlic Chicken Pizza, Chicken Fettuccine or the Tortilla Soup and my son usually orders a cheese pizza or the Mac N Cheese. They have a good range of pasta and appetizers also! You cant go wrong with the menu and the dessert options are also great.

CPK is always a reliable choice. The menu has a little something for everyone, but the prices are high for what you recieve. Its usually clean, and the service is adequate. I suggest going at happy hour and getting 1/2 off the appetizer menu. The Buffalo cauliflower bites are great!

All of the employees seemed like they did not want to be there. Host seated 2 groups before us even though we were there first. We told the server we were ready to order (since it took him a long time to even acknowledge us) but he walked away and said hell get our drinks. No one smiles, no one greeted us properly. Just a bad experience all around. Definitely not the same as other CPKs Ive been to.

The food was good as usual but our server A.JAY was awesome. We enjoyed our Eve today. After a long time. She was very humble, knowledgeable, was very quick and she served everything with smile. In fact we have visited this location a lot of times but this time it was different experience because of her. I want to congratulate her manager because team members like her always add value to the location. She was nice to us, nice to people next to us and also to a family sitting 3 booths away. She is a GEM. 5 stars for food, 10 stars for service & Smiles.

CPK is a well known chain, this location serves it well. Rossmor can be a busy area so check availability during peak times if waiting bugs you.As a local family I also value some of their deals. The $8 take home pizza. The rewards that can have dollar discounts; saved $15 on the last visit.I probably frequent once a month to once every other month.

We went for dinner on June 9th. We had dine-in service. The food was good but the service was the one of the worst, or possibly the worst, service ever for a major chain. I asked for bread about four times, finally received it. I requested crushed pepper, still waiting, as I never received that. Asked for more bread, never got that either. Saw multiple customers leave after getting drinks without someone ever taking their order. Having said that, the customers that left, were smart. Not sure why you have 3-4 people seating us in the front and only 1-2 waiters. I can understand why we were seated right away. If I saw 2-3 parties leave, I can only imagine how many left prior. Next time I will bring my own crushed pepper and bread. BTW. I had a party of five and left a tip. For the waiter as I felt bad for her. This is the second time Ive been burned by this location. There will never be a third one.

When I dined there for lunch (around 12), it was surprisingly not busy, so the service was great! Overall, the food and dining experience/atmosphere was a 10/10, and I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Very appreciative of CPK for taking care of Veterans. Love this place. Great food and cold drinks are always expected and CPK never disappoints.

The food is always good at this CPK. Service is above average and the atmosphere is great. This restaurant also get props for being a huge community supporter and providing ways for local clubs, schools, and groups to raise money through dining.Well done CPK
