California Sushi & Teriyaki 8--Lakewood in Lakewood

Quick stop with the fam, ended up ordering more than we should have. The menu is extensive and so appetizing. Went with crunch roll, Mexico city roll, chicken teriyaki bowl, and bowl of ramen. Crunch roll and Mexican roll were good portions for the price, flavorful, and filling. Teriyaki bowl had an abundance of chicken, good tasting teriyaki sauce, and veggies were perfectly streamed. Ramen was least liked it was just yakisoba from what I tasted, but slightly dull in flavor. Overall, great sushi, good teriyaki, and big portions. Would recommend checking it out if youre around and looking for some good sushi or teriyaki spot to try out.

We ordered take out here. It’s good for what it is. If you’re a person that absolutely loves good quality sushi, you’re not going to get it here. The quality here is more fast-food style. If you want something fast, go here. Great and fast service.

Friendliest place in town…Undoubtedly some of the best Chicken Teriyaki I’ve had in the area, but more specifically for my review I’d like to compliment the cleanliness, efficiency, and most pleasant customer service I’ve experienced in a while. Always had good to go but ate inside and the service was wonderful. They only thing was they didnt have was hot tea to drink.

Wow this place is the best place I have tried so far. They have a wonderful selection of sushi and bowls and ramen plus they have Thai tea and a wonderful selection of drinks too!! They made the food so fast which was super impressive !! Thank you so much for accepting all forms of payment and being so accommodating and accepting of everyone who comes in . The food plates are very big too Wich was also super impressive. Thank you to the owner and workers !!! Excellent customer service!!!

First time. The food is really good. Got the beef+ chicken plate & gyoza everything was tasteful and cooked properly 🔥❤️

I was more than pleased on my first visit here.I ordered the Philadelphia Sushi Roll which is made with crab meat, avocado, cucumber and of course cream cheese in the inside and a slice of salmon in the outside. Delicious. This was also my first time having a Philadelphia roll as well.My partner (who is less adventurous) had a teriyaki chicken bowl that came with a smaller bowl of miso soup and salad. The chicken was tender and crispy and had a good taste.The place is small but has a good vibe. Well kept and almost romantic. At the very least it looks nicer in the inside than the outside.

My favorite place to dine in and eat out at everything on the menu is delicious and very reasonable with price all of the employees are friendly knowledgeable nice and giving lots of customers so plan on ordering ahead have also had catering from them A Plus phenomenal job would definitely recommend them
