The food is amazing! It’s rather unassuming from the outside. Looks like a little hole on a wall. However, the food is very good. The pho 🍲 is full of flavors, more than many others that I’ve tried. This place has become my favorite around this area.

I guess during weekdays Most of the food is take out, came here an hour before closing, I hear the cook talking in Quoc-ngu so the food must be good, and indeed as my weak spot is Pho, it was delicious

There was mold on the vegetables. I ordered a vegetarian pho and all the vegetables had mold on them. The cabbage, cauliflower carrots and broccoli all had mold. I will not be going back there.

Good service & fairly friendly. Priced right. However, sandwiches (baguette) are decent size, but have no sauce & too much bread. Barely satisfied my desire for a taste of Vietnamese food.

The pho is fresh, tasty with real broth, one of the best. The owner is very friendly. I have tried so many Vietnamese restaurants, and this one is among very few of my favorite.

One of the best spots for Pho in the Richmond area. They serve plenty of authentic Vietnamese dishes: pho noodle soup, vermicelli, and rice.My favorite is definitely the Bun Bo Hue. The soup is very authentic, with all the ingredients such as chili oil, lemongrass, banana flower, fish and shrimp sauce, and spices. With all the other pho houses cutting corners, Cam Hong is still sticking with originals: pork blood curd, bone-in pork hock, beef shank,must-try and Hue pork meatloaf. It is as good as those at the San Jose V-town. Make sure to ask for house-made chili oil sauce on the side. It brings the favor to the next level.My Favorites:5⭐ Bun Bo Hue (definitely a must try)5⭐ Pho Dac Biet5⭐ Bun Thit NuongThis is a family-owned business. The service is fast and the staff is friendly and polite. The restaurant has its own parking lot. Parking is plentiful. For a good eat in the neighborhood, Cam Hong is definitely a great choice.

Very good food. We went with some friends and they helped us order some food and drinks. It was wonderful. We had the shrimp and mango salad, #42,#47, and pho. We tried the jackfruit smoothie and it was delicious. We can’t wait to go again.

To each their own... Im not super critical when it comes to food but it wasnt my cup of tea.- BBQ pork with rice: meat marinade is on sweeter side; others may like it but not for me- wonton egg noodle soup: not bad but g broth came slightly sweetened- calamari: too chewy- Fried rice: my son ordered this meal and said it reminded him of eating pancakes lol. I tried it and figured that the fried rice must have been cooked with margarine... Who does that?- fried chicken wings: one of the safer appetizers to order and eat- egg rolls: came burntOn the other hand, service is good and they are able to customize your order. Ill have to try the other items later... Maybe.

Love this restaurant. The food here is always delicious, fresh and the egg rolls are to die for. The family that owns the restaurant. Works in the restaurant and they are very nice and professional. I never had a bad experience. This is hands down my favorite restaurant in the area. Great to bring kids of all ages. Just a good wholesome place. Please bring your whole family to this family owned restaurant. I promise you this. You wont leave hungry and you wont leave there disappointed.

2 of 3 cooks not masked and the 2 soups i ordered were super basic for $15 each. I took it home sautéed up more mushrooms, peppers etc to add to what was there. Decent amount of mung beans but I still added some from my kitchen. The basil was ok but barely any cilantro and some jalapeños.

I came from Seattle to visit my fam here in the Bay. They recommend me to come here and it was not a disappointment. I had ordered the chicken banh mi + chicken fried rice. The employees was very nice and polite too. And the food, it was hella bomb. If youre ever in the Bay area give this spot a try. You might like it like myself...

The food is quite good. Exterior and parking lot need help. Its an old Taco Bell and hasnt had any love in a long time. Parking lot needs to be cleaned up, get rid of the old RV and junk laying around. Service is friendly if a little inattentive at times. With some of the staff the language barrier can be challenging but not insurmountable. Still good food and worth the visit.

Their pho is ok. They dont put much tripe or tendon in it and the broth could be better, but its ok. Service is excellent and the staff is very nice. Dont bother ordering the fresh spring rolls as theyre premade and the rice paper is already hardening when they bring them to the table.

Didnt follow basic instructions, bought a paté bahn mi with barely any paté and no garnishes. Messed up my land ladys uncomplicated order as well. Food quality is decent but if they want to stay in business, they should respect their customers simple requests.

My parents placed an order for a combination sandwich, this is eventually not a combination sandwich and I called them to let them know whom ever they have hired doesnt seem to know what a combination sandwich should not work there!! Then they have the audacity to hang up on me and when I called them back they let it go straight to voicemail and I called back again they hung up on me again!! So unprofessional of them. Even over priced for everything. Thats why they have all these negative reviews. They need to retrain their employees for their rudeness and unprofessionalism towards customers!! I would not recommend this place at all for anyone with their rude behaviors.

My new favorite pho spot! The bbq beef was delicious, I love the spring rolls so crispy and tasty! Been there 4 times in a week and a half just cant get enuf of that broth! Walked in saying I think of your soup every day! Left saying Ill see you tomorrow!

Out of multiple places to eat Pho in El Sobrante, this ones the best. Id say, one of the best in the area. They have the usual things youd find in a Vietnamese/Thai menu. The PHO has a flavorful broth, and all the ingredients taste fresh. If you try the Spring rolls and you dont like the peanut dipping sauce to be watery and runny, theirs isnt, its nice and thick and very good. The shrimp And pork egg rolls are great with their fish sauce. The thai teas are oh so good, and very strong. The bobas are great. We get a couple different flavors after every meal. My favorite is the alvocado, but my kids like the pineapple, or the strawberry. One thing thats not on your average thai menu is there fried chicken, and seafood/shrimp boil menu. The have multiple items on that menu. But I like to get the shrimp boil item. Its delicious, and spicey, just how I like it.

Awesome Vietnamese sandwiches on fresh, flaky bread. Get the BBQ pork for a treat. Pho, fried rice, and BBQ chicken are all super tasty, too. This place needs a better sign on the street and a better menu/counter service, but theyre secondary to the great food. I keep going back.

Best Pho in Pinole. I get the #5, beef and brisket. The broth is always fresh and tasty, and I always get the steak on the side so I can cook it in the broth to a perfect med rare. I also recommend the fresh egg rolls with the peanut sauce.

I liked the vermicelli fish I got, but the banh mi on French bread was disappointing. The baguette was a bit stale and it just felt like it was missing something. Amazing boba drinks though and a good experience overall.
