Yum! Great place for a quick and surprisingly affordable meal. You order on the self-serve register as theres no employees in the front of house, then the food comes out 5-10min later. The meats are slightly on the salty side so I wouldnt feel like eating this more than 1-2x a month but the dishes feel really healthy otherwise with a nice balance of meat : veggie : carb ratio. The kids LOVED the food. The drinks are on the sweet side and I didnt see an option for less sweet though there is an option for less ice. There was plenty of room to eat indoors when we went for lunch on Sunday.Warning, no restrooms available inside!

Usually get the banh mi sandwiches here that are very good with delicious bread and generous fillings. The price is more than usual for banh mi, but that’s the Ave for you. Strangely due to it being a Vietnamese cafe, they have a lot of Japanese curry dishes here as well.

They have the best way to prevent covid by having an ipad outside where you can order and pay, and the staff are completely behind closed doors. The tofu spring rolls were so delicious and so fresh! The lemongrass banh mi was pretty good as well.

Curry dish was excellent!Very satisfied for a lunch while shopping. Plastic fork supplied was of very poor quality. They need to provide sturdier utensils! But overall very pleased with lunch...

I love spring rolls and thai tea, but these have to be the most bland tasting rolls Ive ever had in my life. I didnt even know it was possible for a spring roll to have no flavor at all. As for the Thai tea, it has a horrible taste to it. Not creamy or delicious at all. The pork garlic noodle was overly salty.

Solid Banh Mi sandwich. Order on a screen. Wait. A guy calls your name when it’s ready. Don’t expect any customer service. If you set your expectations, the place is solid.

Super yummy! not the biggest fan of the egg rolls but everything else we tried was great. Japanese curry, rice, chicken, and banh mi were all good. Garlic noodles with pork were the best dish we tried!!

Got the banh mi, garlic noodle, and lychee lemonade for lunch. Pretty decent meal, good portions but the bread was a little too hard and didn’t give enough meat and veggies in the banh mi.

If youre not going there on purpose youll most probably miss Cherimoya Cafe. Its a tiny place right next to the parking, with some tables outside.I tried for the first time the corn nuggets. My God these babies are addictive! Super tasty but for me a tiny too oily. The chicken garlic noodles are great! I wasnt expecting much but they were actually amazing.As for the pork sandwich, even though its double the price of those in the city, for me it tasted way better! You can actually finish it without feeling sick! The pork was perfectly cooked and the veggies so refreshing and tasty.Overall, Cherimoya is a good hole in the wall if you want fast but tasty Vietnamese food.

This is a take out place. Take food out from here. The pork with garlic noodles is delicious. The pork or chicken with salad is amazing also - Im guessing the other meats are good, but I havent had them yet. There is some seating here outside when the weather is good.

All you need to know is that whenever I come home to Burlingame, Cherimoya is my first stop right off the plane. The Banh Mi is of course the star, but the garlic noodles are not to be missed either.

Vietnamese sandwiches, garlic noodles are our favorites. Tofu is fried, which one may or may not like. Japanese curry is a recent addition and is pretty reasonable.

I had their pork Vietnamese sandwich. It was excellent flavorful and even a little spicy. This place is great for on the go. They dont have why seating inside and a little outside. I dont think they even need it. The food comes out fast and youre back on the go.

My favorite sandwich place ever. love love love. soy chicken is always what I get and it always hit the spot. fresh and simple sandwich at very reasonable price. if you are looking for a quick take out lunch, this is your spot.

Cherimoya offers excellent food. I particularly like eating the Bahn-Mi sandwiches and the rice rolls.The food is fresh, tasty, is reasonably priced and the service is quick and efficient.The location is convenient, being right next to a public parking lot and the place is cute.Highly recommended.

Good banh-mi sandwich at reasonably affordable prices right on the Burlingame downtown strip. The store is completely contact free, you have to walk up to a touchscreen to order and pay and your banh-mi comes out through a window in 5-6 mins. The sandwich is good portion of meat and the bread is nice and crunchy.

Fantastic Bánh mì! Pickled diakon and carrots were delicious somewhat sweet like a coleslaw. It gets a little messy, but well worth it! Great combination of flavors.I will be back.

Mmm mmm good! What a delicious Bahn Mi sandwich! Hot and fresh with delicious mayo :) Reasonable prices. Great for take out, but minus one star for very slow service, no restrooms, and very limited seating (only one table). Ill definitely come back often for lunch-to-go.

Go there if you dont care at all. For $8.5 you can get what they call- tofu spring roll, with tiny slices of tofu, noodles and lettuce leaf. Thats it - no flavor, nothing green. Sauce wont help either, cos it taste awful

I like the sandwiches, but cant say the same for the rest of the food. The rice paper rolls (fresh spring rolls) were very average, as was the vermicilli. stick to the sandwiches.
