3.5 is the exact stars I would give. Honestly, this place is above average, but not the best and could have been better. The fish sauce that came with cơm tấm was good, but their grilled meat was overcooked and dry, and marinated a little too sweet. Their bì (pork skin) definitely lacked flavor. My sister ordered bún thịt nướng (vermicelli and grilled meat) and the dish came out straight up cold. We had to ask them to reheat her food.This place is very popular though, but underwhelming at best for us and nothing special Parking depends, we didn’t have any issue finding a spot. We came here with very high expectations, but I guess now we know.

Its been three or more years since weve eaten here but I must say, the Pho broth is delicious and perfectly seasoned, not salty at all. I spoke to the owner and she said their broth is made everyday. Their portion is deceivingly less but after our meal, we were absolutely full. Their soup menu is not riddled with overwhelming options nor portion selection. We ordered the rare beef and it was great. We also ordered the egg roll for appetizers. Even though theres nothing special about our starter, the hero of the meal is the Pho soup. Looking forward to returning there and please pay them visit. They are open till midnight.

SOO good. We went in the day. The lady was nice. I got pho, with three meats, tripe and two others. We also got boba smoothie drinks. The avocado one was surprisingly sweet. Delicious.

Really nice staff! They have a great venue for parties and such :) she gave me a small bowl of soup for free! BBQ beef has a great marinade and comes with noodles, veggies, and some peanuts.They distance everyone very well. Pho was alright, nothing special about it. They give water bottles for water.

Pho broth was excellent and rich. Just the right balance of fatty and savory. The beef was fresh and tender, and did not taste like it was previously frozen at the time of serving.

Came here late to eat but the owner was really nice. The food is amazing, especially the pork chop over rice with egg. Highly recommended.

Delicious food fresh ingredients delightful family owned in a beautiful building. Honestly this is the nicest pho restaurant I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot of pho restaurants. The building itself is an old church so it’s incredible. Also there’s a stage for events. Check it out. Tasty and tasteful.

The food and service here are both incredible! The employees give you a very welcoming feel. They pay attention but give you a certain amount of space from a distance.The ingredients are very fresh, and served hot. Fish sauce is just right, not overwhelming or salty like other places Ive been to.If you come here, I really do recommend eating the rice combo! Its delicious and the price is reasonable as most have judged so.5 stars, because this is hands down the best Com Tam place Ive gone to. At least in California (:

Food is average .. the broth a little too salty . I ordered the seafood but served he beef soup. Took awhile to get my good served even my next table comes later . The price a bit high for a bowl of pho coast me $10.75 before tax but the ingredients inside rather more than other pho place. 3 prawns, many squids and fish meat. So it is quite ok for the value. The service is great and attentive.

The food is not worth the price. The taste of Pho is not so good as the reviews said. The server would only come once when you order the food. I wouldn’t recommend it.
