Above average Korean foods are available with a variety of choices. DolPan BiBimBop is popular, and there are many decent lunch menus. Personally, I did not enjoy their noodles.

Quite a huge gap between quality/prestige and pricing. Maybe some items offer enough for 2 stomachs but its not well advertised on menu and Im not shelling out hundreds to test the menu. Flavors seem authentic at least but theres no way Im shelling out $40 for lunch. At minimum $20 a pop for literally any menu item including appetizers (aside from tofu soup at $16), Id rather learn to make it at home. Plate of Kalbi at $35? Theres a lot more options at that price point.
The service was nice and the onion pancake was one of my favorites ive ever tried. the tea was a great start to the meal and they had really large servings. really good kimchi & the beef bulgogi was delicious.
The place is clean, the service is nice, the food is authentic, and the price is fair.

Really delicious food. Service was good. Ordered the soft tofu soup combination that came with bibimbab and an extra rice. Perfect for two. Very filling. Love that it also came with a spring onion pancake and sides.

I LOVED THIS PLACE! Home cooking just like my 엄마s. We stopped by for my birthday dinner and the staff was kind enough to make me 미역국 although its not on their menu. Overall, we all enjoyed our meal and are so thrilled we finally found a reasonably priced korean restaurant that we all enjoyed!
My favorite Korean restaurant in this area. Their side dishes are the best. Their bibimbap, cold noodle, and tofu soups are good. Also, their filtered water makes eating spicy food much more enjoyable because you can actually drink water that doesnt taste like old copper pipes. The food here tastes a lot more like home cooked Korean food and tastes very clean.
I got the fish intestine stew which was too salty, my friend got bibimbap which was too bland and we waited for a long time to get our food. It was our first time visiting and was not that satisfied.
Food and service was excellent but it was kinda small and a bit crowded. We got there around noon and we got a seat right away. Banchan selection was great! You get free appetizers like scallion pancakes and cold tofu which was delicious! Overall, I recommend and will be coming back.
A constant flow of customers. Larger groups were waiting outside the door and the waiting line grew long and short but never got less than two people while we dined. Primarily Korean people and many families with children of all ages. Many Korean families had English speaking children. Service is great. Waitress spoke English fluently. Good food and generous portions. We had dinner on Saturday evening. Highly recommended.
Very Authentic. Everthing tastes like my mom made it, when she The side dishes taste like I am having it at a Korean village. People think Korean food is all about salty and spicy but this place proves that its just like any other cuisine which is if you use good fresh ingredients with the proper flavors, you have magic. Highly recommend.
My mum thought the appetizer pancake was the seafood one lol . I had the bibimbap ( am I spelling it right ?) it was really really good. Btw the seafood pancake was very large and nice too with a LOT of seafood.

Honestly, the food isnt all that great, and I think its way too expensive compared to the quality of food we got. The restaurants not that clean, and we didnt get our food for a pretty long time, so Im just really disappointed and annoyed. Just a waste of time and money.

Thank goodness this place opened near my house because I dont have to drive over 20 miles for a Korean food anymore. For a small size restaurant it really has a alot of authentic Korean dishes. I highly recommend this place if youre near Brea, placentia and Yorba Linda area.

This was the first place I saw where they had green onion pancakes as a bonchon. The portions were huge and the food was good. I ordered the seafood pancake and that was enough for my family and leftovers.
At first I compared the price to normal AYCE korean bbq places and walked out thinking Id rather eat more at an all you can eat place. After googling other places I figured I was already parked there so might as well give it a try. $20 for the bbq ribs and it was like the perfect bite you want to get from other AYCE restaurants until FULL satisfaction. I eat high quantities of food so was surprised that every bite was quality AND that I almost didnt finish. Now I recommend this to anyone who wants a more authentic Korean bbq restaurant thats not watered down. Feels like your koreans friends parents cooked up every dish from scratch! The rice is always perfect and the food is cooked to perfection on a hot sizzling dish. Service was very friendly and attentive.
My favorite Go To place for Authentic Korean dishes. Never disappointed. We eat here at least once a month. Definitely worth a try if you are craving Korean food.

Disgusting. Employees do not wear mask in kitchen while we are still in a pandemic. I cannot imagine what else they dont follow. Do tbey even wash hands handling our food. Probably not.

Bibimbap was really delicious! Even though I ate soft tofu stew at a medium spicy level, it was a bit boring for me as a Korean :) And the side dishes on the cafeteria brought back memories of Korean school. It was great. The staff were also very friendly, which was nice!!

2023-10-12 05:26:24Small, authentic Korean restaurant located in the corner of a moderate-sized plaza next to Island Tan and Izakaya Takasei. They dont have a lot of parking right in front of their restaurant but theres ample parking available in the adjoining lots.Service was relatively quick and friendly and their banchan (small side dishes like kimchi, fish cakes, bean sprouts, etc) were delicious with free refills. Thought their prices were on the higher end but Im glad that atleast their portions are good. Was also surprised that they do not offer any alcoholic beverages here! Was totally craving a nice beer to pair with my bibimbap!

2023-03-25 17:04:55Very good and authentic food. It just wasnt my favorite with what I ordered. The pork cutlet appetizer was huge, it could feed 4 people. The chicken fried rice was good and so were the dumplings. They dont have beer or liquor, only sodas. Service was excellent and they gave us a pancake thing as a starter that was included, plus soup. I thought it was a little expensive but that may just be California prices and i admit, you get a lot of food for your money.

The complimentary pancake was a pleasant surprise. The hot stone pork Bibimbap was delicious, and so was the Chicken Ssambap. Lots of other items I would love to come and eat. A definite place to try.

No matter what, really fresh, good quality vegetables here. Although the tofu soup was a bit on the salty side it was still amazing and the tofu was very smooth.

2023-09-20 18:26:07Everything we ordered was spot on. My husband enjoyed their soon tofu soup more than other neighborhood tofu places. The side dishes are all tasty and the servers are so friendly and nice. We came with three little children so we were a little cramped at their table for four but still enjoyed our dinner very much. All the tables are small and close together so I cant imagine coming here with a big group.

2021-01-14 15:02:28I love the quality and quantity of food and side dishes this restaurant gives you (before and after the pandemic). The soups are so comforting and tasty. I especially like their gamjatang (pork bone soup). You can get sundubu (tofu stew) by itself at any spiciness you like or upgrade to a combo with bulgolgi, chicken or galbi. The tteokbokki (spicy rice cake) is so good and they give you a lot! Their menu has a lot of variety and covers all my Korean food cravings!They are following all proper social distancing & mask policies. Call on the phone for takeout, its pretty quick. You can ask for curbside pickup & they will bring it to your car. Wait outside by the table when picking up for safety. They box the food really well too. The thing that surprised me the most is they still give you all their sides for takeout! Kimchi, bean sprouts, a huge seafood pancake, spicy cucumbers, radish and the dessert rice drink! Its wonderful that I can get the dish Im craving but also get the restaurant experience of having the sides too.
