Cafe Patio Korean - Chinese Pub & Cuisine
133 W Chapman Ave #102, Fullerton, CA 92832, United States
Very nice Korean restaurant for big or small groups. Friendly servers, who were very helpful and delivered the food quickly even though we were a very large group. There were heaters for the outside seating. Lots of drink options, I especially reccomend the soju cocktail pitchers. Ours had lots of fun colored ice and came with fresh lychee.

Gen Korean BBQ House
1300 S Harbor Blvd, Fullerton, CA 92832, United States
Title: Disappointing Experience at GEN Korean BBQ in AnaheimI recently visited GEN Korean BBQ in Anaheim, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Despite the restaurant not being very busy, the service and overall cleanliness were major letdowns.Upon arrival, we waited a frustrating 25 minutes to be seated at a table that was not only dirty but also had grease dripping from below. The greasy floor in front of the table posed a serious slip and fall hazard, which added to our discomfort. To make matters worse, we sat at the table for an additional 15 minutes before any staff member came by. The lack of attention and slow service was quite surprising, especially given the restaurants relatively empty state. Our encounter with the server only exacerbated the negative experience. When we expressed our frustration and mentioned the possibility of leaving, the response we received was dismissive and rude. The server claimed to be busy, but a quick glance around the restaurant revealed that this was not the case.I have been to other GEN Korean BBQ locations within weeks of this visit, and the disparity in service and overall quality was stark. Its disheartening to see such inconsistency, and I would strongly advise potential patrons to steer clear of the GEN location in Fullerton near Anaheim, CA, at least based on my recent experience.
HamaHippo Korean Kitchen
2219 N Harbor Blvd, Fullerton, CA 92835, United States
My friends and I went to a newly opened Korean gem, a brand new Korean family restaurant in Fullerton. I went to try their steaming bowl of Galbi Tang, and it took center stage. It was amazing. The menu boasts a variety of authentic Korean delights, from the crispy and perfectly seasoned Korean fried chicken to the delicate and flavorful kimchi pancakes, every dish showcases the restaurants commitment to quality ingredients and culinary excellence. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, and very clean. The friendly staff add to the overall warmth, ensuring a memorable dining experience. In conclusion, this new Korean restaurant is a must-visit for those craving an authentic taste of Korea. It was about time we had a family Korean restaurant on this side of Fullerton. No need to drive to Buena Park or Garden Grove. Glad this place opened up. Will be visiting again...
Da Rae Korean restaurant
2984 Yorba Linda Blvd, Fullerton, CA 92831, United States
My favorite Korean restaurant in this area. Their side dishes are the best. Their bibimbap, cold noodle, and tofu soups are good. Also, their filtered water makes eating spicy food much more enjoyable because you can actually drink water that doesnt taste like old copper pipes. The food here tastes a lot more like home cooked Korean food and tastes very clean.
Sodam restaurant (Doori Restaurant)
1811 W Commonwealth Ave, Fullerton, CA 92833, United States
For Korean, go below. This Korean restaurant is a treasure of Fullerton, Ca. This is a small restaurant and parking lot is limited but, if you like Korean food, you must go there. Price is modest but banchan taste is an out standing. I am critical on foods. My sister and I like eat there so we go there if we are near by. Eat out there on weekdays if you do not want to wait for so long time to get served. Even weekdays, if you go there a lunch time, you might have to wait to get served. So go there early or off on rush hours.L.A., O/C, Riverside & San Bernadino Counties I travel often and go to restaurants. Koreans work hard to run successful restaurants. Among them, Sodam is cheap and friendly, and the owner is the busboy.
Mi Rak Korean BBQ
1056 S Brookhurst Rd, Fullerton, CA 92833, United States
Mirak is a Korean restaurant that specialized in black goat stew.Supposedly this stew is especially beneficial to women.Being a nursing mom, I am willing to try anything to increase my milk flow.So here we go trying the famous black goat stew – Heugyeomso. We liked all the banchan. Our waitresses quickly refilled them when the plates were empty. This was the special dipping sauce for the goat meat.It has sesame oil, spicy red pepper paste, perilla seeds, and green onion.* 흑염소 전골 (2인분) Black Goat Meat Stew (2 Portion) | $34.99The hot pot stew was filled with tender black goat meat, perilla leaves, and leeks. The soup base was quite spicy. I could taste the soybean paste in the soup.It was very hearty and rich. The goat meat did have a gamey taste. With the special dipping sauce, the meat was very tasty. The waitress came back and refilled the stew with more vegetables. When we almost finished the stew, the waitress used a little bit of the leftover soup to make kimchi fried rice. She just added some chopped kimchi, seaweed, and white rice. It was so good. After the meal, our waitress brought us some pumpkin juice for dessert. She said this is the special dessert only at this restaurant.True. I've never had it before in any other restaurants. The cold pumpkin juice was sweet and light. It's the perfect way to end our meal.We love the black goat stew. Not only it was delicious, it indeed increased my milk.I had the leftover soup, and it happened again. So I definitely will be back again and eat for my baby!
bb.q Chicken Fullerton
2323 E Chapman Ave Unit C, Fullerton, CA 92831, United States
I stumbled upon this restaurant by accident and I am so glad I did. Their fried chicken is some of the best around - always hot and fresh with amazing flavors. The wings are fat and juicy, making for a delicious meal. Ive tried a lot of Korean fried chicken, but nothing beats the crispiness of BBQ Chicken. I particularly enjoyed the spicy galbi wings and honey garlic chicken - the batter was subtly spicy and perfectly fried. The only downside was the high pricing, which left me disappointed. However, the staff was friendly and the chicken itself was moist. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for delicious fried chicken with amazing flavors.
Grits Asian Fusion Restaurant & Pub
133 W Chapman Ave #102, Fullerton, CA 92832, United States
My experiences with Grits leave me wanting to give this place a one star, and sometimes, a five star rating.Expect a wait time, and not a short one. 30 minutes or more every time I have gone. Im sure if you arrive and are the first people there in the morning, there will still be a 30 minute wait. This is okay, its a popular place. Except every time I get seated, I look around and see empty tables. Why are they not filling the place? Im not sure the wait staff or kitchen can handle too many orders..Staff is always friendly and helpful, except for the one time. More about that later. They always seem to be rushing around and sweating. They work pretty hard. The wait time to get your food is surprisingly short, once you put in your order. Around 10 minutes. Which makes me wonder, why is there always a long wait time for this place? If the staff is moving quickly, and the food comes quick, people can be in and out faster, right? For the food, its amazing. Its the reason youve heard about this place and are trying it. The fried chicken is crispy and cooked perfectly, the waffles are flavorful and light, and the jalapeño grits, are just amazing. Except for the one time where the food wasnt great. This way many months ago, the girlfriend and I sat down to eat, after a long wait, and ordered right away. I dont remember what she had, but I do remember I ordered the Pork Belly Benny. It sounded good, and I couldnt wait to try it.Food comes, looks amazing. I go to dig in, and its barely warm, kind of cold in spots. Im hungry, and I hate to complain. But I realized the pork just isnt right. Its a bit under cooked. Should have been cooked to medium, but is medium rare to rare. It doesnt taste that good, and is ungodly chewy. Like chewing on a piece for 3 minutes and have to spit it back out. That doesnt seem like its proper pork belly.I decided to complain to the waiter, who was friendly up to this point. And he gets defensive and decides to argue with me that the pork is cooked right and it is not chewy. Huh? How does he know? Who argues with the customer on whether they like something? Isnt the right thing to do is apologize and offer to take it back, or make another dish? But instead, he argued with me that its made the way it should be... He had no other answer or solution for me.
Flame Broiler
1000 W Commonwealth Ave, Fullerton, CA 92833, United States
This is the remake. I asked for all white chicken with brown rice n veggies but got all black chicken instead. I live like 15 mins away but went back cuz it was legit all burned tasted like smoke. The first time they know they burned it and threw some away cuz the bowl had like super little chicken. didnt do anything about it. The 2nd time still came out some black chicken. I think Im gonna go to Chipotle now instead. The girl and the manager are nice but the chefs need to stop burning the chicken. Vegetables were super soggy from too much boiling too. Also there were no veggies and it seemed like they mixed up the veggies from the previous bowl instead of making it all over lol. I get i came late but thats unprofessional ! I come here everyday and dont expect Starbucks customer service but I dont think I will be back lolThey burned a lot of my other bowls too but this time I call it quits ....Goodbye flame broiler after 10 + years of eating it obsessivelyHello Chipotle ?
