Daeho Kalbi Jjim & Beef Soup in Milpitas

Do make a reservation before you go or be there early, otherwise you will have to wait!Good way to enjoy Korean cuisine ， it was little different from what we usually have the Tofu house or Korean BBQ!It was very flavorful， meat are tender and well seasoned! The rice noodles, Carr, potatoes in the pot are very tasteful.And this meal cannot go wrong with a ice cold beer!

Had a great one pot ribs dish with rice. Meant for 2 person but it actually can fit for 4. Was awesome with extra cheese. Took a pic of the melting the cheese and leaving some caramelised cheese on the top. Was awesomely good. Overall good food and services. Do come early if you dont want to wait.

Delicious! The flavors are on point! Sweet and savory. We ordered the Kalbi Jjim Ribs with cheese. I would recommend having it with the noodles to help soak up the very tasty sauce. The servings are really big, the large bowl will serve 4 adults pretty easily. If you have big eaters in the group, you can add sides to your order. It gets busy at meal times so plan accordingly.

The best kalbi jjim I’ve ever had in my life. It’s very flavorful and juicy. Even the leftover tastes great! I am Thai and can handle spice well and I went there with my Korean friend who also loves spicy food and we order medium spicy (level 2) and, dang, the dish is spicy (still in my manageable limit though). Keep thinking about this restaurant and trying to find a reason to visit SF again just for this place…it’s that good

I found the atmosphere to be uncomfortably crowded and loud, which ruined my overall experience.The small dining spaces felt cramped and uncomfortable, with tables placed very close together. This lack of personal space made it difficult to relax and enjoy our meal. In fact, the person seated at the next table was so close that I was constantly worried about him bumping into our table and spilling our food. This anxiety made me leave the restaurant with a headache. While I understand the desire to maximise seating capacity, I believe that prioritizing customer comfort is equally important. By sacrificing personal space and a peaceful atmosphere for the sake of accommodating more guests, the restaurant creates a negative experience that outweighs any benefits of increased revenue.

Long wait time for weekend dinner should make reservation on line.. somehow we were lucky to get a table right away as all of our party was present. Staffs were quick to take our order. We ordered a large Kalbijjim $90 with 3 rice portions and side dishes. Very tasty beef dish cooked sizzling hot with radish, potatoes, rice cakes chives etc..

Excellent Service and Delicious Food!I had the pleasure of dining at this delightful restaurant recently, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience.From the moment I walked in, their warm hospitality shone through. Not only did they immediately ask for my order, but they also kept me informed about my table status via text messages which I greatly appreciated.Overall, it is not just the tasteful decor that drew me in but also their exceptionally good service and delectable food which has left an indelible impression on me. It is one of my favorite Korean restaurants. Cheese galbijjim is very famous, but I visit occasionally to eat the Suyuk. Chadol Yanggi Suyuk is so light and delicious that there is no place to follow it. There is a long wait, but if you go with 2 people, you are lucky enough to get a table quickly.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - Kalbijjim (Braised Beef Rib) with cheese and extra rice cake at mild spiciness. It was enough food for four of us and absolutely delicious! They torch the cheese at the table so it’s super melted and gooey. The broth/sauce is on the sweeter side so would consider slightly spicier in the future. The beef rib is super tender and had an amazing texture.Ambience: 5/5 - clean and bright space but the tables are fairly tight together as it’s quite a busy spotService: 5/5 - quick and very responsive from the servers but it did take about 20 minutes for us to get our food. They were quick to refill side dishes and water though. We were at the restaurant right when it opened so we were seated immediately. However, as we were heading out, there was a huge line outside the doorValue for price: 5/5 - a bit on the pricier side but the food is so delicious!

Overall delicious every time! Keep it to mild at the last for flavor on numbers 1-3. 3 is my fave cause I love the chewy cartridge! Yum. We always come during off hours. Less wait time! So worth it!
