Delish Vietnamese food. Ive tried lots of the dishes--all really great. Spartan decorations, great prices, fine food. What more do you need?Weve been eating here for years because its so tasty and the quality is so good. Try the Pho soup dishes, Wonton noodle soup is amazing too.

AWESOME Atmosphere! Clean and smells DELICIOUS I Love Vietnamese Food and its hard to find a great affordable place to eat. For my first time visiting this place they offered all the goodies I like to eat. Portions are just right. Service is pleasant, nice music playing, servers always have a smile on their faces. Pho, size is small but just Right for a cold winter Day! Made my day! Thank you, keep up the good work! I shall Return!

Best pho in town. I love the hearty but light broth. The flavors in it are amazing. My kids love the egg rolls, and my husband hasnt had a negative thing to say about any of the meals he has tried. This is our go to place when we just want a soup that hugs our soul. I dont dare try to recreate this recipe because I know Ill only disappoint myself. I highly recommend this place!

My family has been coming to DT Noodles since they were back in Lincoln. They have our favorite soup of all, #44 Banh Canh Do Bien! The red broth is so delicious with a lot of seafood and thick Udon noodles. We add a side of the thin sliced beef too. Makes it even better!! This is the best Vietnamese restaurant in the Roseville area IMO.

The go-to Vietnamese restaurant in the Foothills-Junction area definitely. I ordered the broth-free pork barbecue noodles with egg rolls, while my wife ordered the beef noodle pho. We also shared a serving of shrimp spring rolls and we ordered Thai iced tea for each of us. Lots of rice noodles in our bowls and a good serving of proteins in our orders. The pho broth is not salty, which is a good thing. You can ask for extra broth should the noodles absorb the broth in your bowl, too. Will definitely come back to this place. I invite you to check it out, too.

Had their #66 rice plate with pork and was satisfied with the simple cooked pork. It may be on the dry side for those super specific pork eaters, but I liked it with the sauce you get with the plate that adds flavor and the moisture to the dish. It a small business with few workers and just be patient and be understanding and support local business. It a place worth supporting.

We love this place, whether dining in or taking out, the food is consistently delicious.The staff is friendly and the dining room is clean.We have tried various dishes over the years and they’ve all be yummy. Excellent flavor, spice and the veggies always are crispy and fresh.I hope they continue to do well, it’s so nice having something so great in the neighborhood.

Eh. Not really good and not the cheapest, so we wont be coming back. The pho wasnt good, tasted like typical packet flavoring. Egg rolls were crunchy outside but mushy inside, which was weird. The Spring rolls and thai tea were the only things that were alright. I appreciate the meal, but this is our honest review.

The server was great, as always. But weve been coming here for YEARS, and the food is good as always but portions are getting smaller, what I mean is, We order 2 of the same meal with 2x the meat for about ($10 extra each meal) the price of the main entrée and they give us half, and when you call them on it begrudgingly they bring out the difference, but bring out the 2nd entrée again with half the meat. 😕 sigh .. feels like they just dont feel like doing this anymore.😪 which is really sad.

The food is always delicious and we always feel so welcomed when we come in. We usually go for our post workout meal since our gym is right there. When we bring in our kids they are greeted with a big smile too. My family absolutely loves eating here, definitely recommend it!

Food here is usually pretty good but the service is lacking. The younger staff have a tendency to bs with each other instead of waiting on the customers. most of the time I have to flag them down to get some service or get my bill. Heres an idea. Instead of being on your phone or talking maybe take that time to clean the container that houses the soup spoons/chopsticks!! 🤢

Awesome place for Pho! great meats, the broth is full of flavor and not too salty. they are very accommodating with toppings and they make the best Bahn Mi Sandwiches Ive had (I dont think they use liver pate though). You wont be disappointed with anything on this menu. very authentic.

I agree with all the previous responses. The owner and/or manager is very rude. He knows who he is! However, I feel that the young kids are very nice and accommodating.. I can relate to several responses on this thread.. I gave it a few chances because I like Vietnamese food, but I feel that the owner should re-evaluate customer service skills.

Take out soup has broth packaged separately from ingredients (noodles, sprouts, fresh herbs, proteins) so its easy to make fresh soup several times from each container and microwave it. Also fresh shrimp rolls are delicious!

Best Vietnamese by far! The Bahn Mi is ridiculously good and it all comes down to that bread. Seriously try this sandwich.The combination grilled pork over rice noodle is also really good, the ingredients always seem perfectly seasoned and cooked just right.Great place that is under priced for what you get.

Will never return to this place again. Hubby ordered noodle dish. He forgot to ask if there were peanuts in the dish. We apologized that we didnt ask beforehand. And offered to pay. The server checked. And a male worker returned and said no peanuts in food and hurried off. I believe he was the manager or owner. My hubby took a taste and he had an allergic reaction immediately. I had medication for him so he didnt have as bad a reaction that he could have.

I have been going here for about 7 years. They started in Lincoln and had to move to Roseville due to the cost of rent. The whole family hella with the business. The kids are now twice the height that they were when they had the Lincoln restaurant. If you like pho and havent been there, then you are missing out!

Ill be honest, weve been here a couple of times - the pho is good. However, dont EVER get their dumpling BS thats horrible, taste like elephant snot that dried up.Unfortunately, Im giving this a review of 1 because of the service. The drugged up looking Ong Baks uncle with the flaming apron ruined our whole dining experience! Dude is such a D!ck. We asked to be seated away from the window because it was cold, we were both feeling under the weather and like a normal patron ready to give them my business I thought they would be accommodating. NOPE! Flaming apron yelled at us for not sitting where he ORDERED us to sit.He really pho’cd up.Im pretty short tempered myself, however they had a really a light crowd maybe 3 tables out of 30+. Needless to say I couldve caused a scene, but we just got up and left.Good pho HORRIBLE service, just be prepared.Never coming back, telling our entire family and friends about our experience.
