My husband and I were skeptical about this place because we’ve tried a lot of Chinese food restaurants and they were alright. When we opened up out first take-out plates, we were absolutely surprised because it was amazing. Not only is the food delicious but its good for its price which is cheap. We come here at least once a week if we are running late on making dinner. Total recommend. Their service is also fast and they are so nice.

A solid place for really good Chinese. Was really glad to find this place after moving to Hayward last year. The House fried rice is a must with any order!

This place is delicious, fast, and won’t break the bank. The Mongolian beef is spicy with lots of peppers, and I can’t stop eating it. Their fried rice is perfect and doesn’t need any added soy sauce. The egg rolls are served hot and crispy. Their chicken is very soft, and my family isn’t a fan of the texture - they must brine it ahead of time - but the flavors are great. The woman who takes orders is sweet and delightful, and she often slips some extra red bean sesame balls into our bag.

Just tried their generals chicken with fried rice. Good sauce however there was a bit too many sesame seeds. It filled me up, saved some to eat later. Not the type of place to dine in, given the inside only has a bench to wait for your order.

Cook to order. Lunch special: fried rice and sesame chicken came out hot and delicious. Sauce was not too sweet. Try the chicken egg rolls. Take-out only

Seems The Egg Roll King does not know the difference between egg rolls and spring rolls. For spring rolls they were just ok. At some point Ill find a decent egg roll in Hayward CA.

1st, in complete transparency;I thought I was going to “King Eggroll” when I pulled in I realized I made aMistake. I ordered the food and therefore paid for it & took it home “ kids, mom did it again ( nod to moms continual all too quick navigation to places without truly reading) .Well I am here to say, what a fabulous mistake that was. The egg rolls are smaller, however packed with flavor . The lemon chicken & sweet & sour pork are actually NOT the frozen meat balls everyone seems to have changed to, rather, they are fresh .I will for sure come back & they also have us free French fries .

The egg foo young was greasy, disgusting and inedible. The fried rice was greasy and gummy. The lady told me I didnt pour the sauce over the egg Foo young. I knew that wasnt going to make this greasy dish any better. The bag I brought the food back in was dripping with grease. I got my money back. Never again 😒

Horrible service, received completely wrong order, drove over 20 minutes to get the wrong order then contacted them about it, offered no solution except about $20 for over a $50 plus tip. The manager, Ana has a really bad attitude raising her voice at me saying there is nothing she can do and will not return me the correct food nor refund.

I’ve been ordering takeout from here for years. Honestly I never even knew where the place was located. Great Chinese food! I’m writing this review though because over the years, I’ve come to realize that they always deliver super quick, they never miss anything in my order (100% always correct), and delivery people are nice! Plus, they throw in free crab wontons with your orders. I really appreciate them for all of the above. What more can you ask for! Thank you guys!
