We had a long day unfortunately we came in 15 mins before closing. You can tell the staff was not excited to see us and the girl that took our order didn’t welcome us just started with the order right away. The reason I’m giving them a better rating is because Gianah was the one to give us our food and thanked us! We know what it’s like to have someone come in right before you close but I’m thankful she was not in a rush to get us out!

First n last time posting this and this goes towards who ever has red hair in the kitchen . This is my 5th time I received an order with hair in it. Owner or management do ur job n tell your workers there’s policy in every kitchen. Tf

I ordered the regular beef bowl but there were no veggies. The veggies were going to be half of my meal, paired with the beef, and I usually leave most of the rice untouched. Dissatisfied.

Food was very tasty customer service was amazing best I’ve seen in a while. Workers were extremely friendly and greeted me when I walked in. Cashier assisted me in what I wanted as this was my first time visiting and was unsure if the options. Love the ambiance Will definitely be back for more. Thanks for the amazing food and service !!!

I gave only 3 stars just because the food was hot and was fantastic! The food made up for the terrible front service. Not even a welcome or smile while taking the order the other girl next to her watching videos and laughing. I came in yesterday around 4pm these girls working looked miserable.

Walked in and immediately felt a weird vibe. 3 young ladies were standing at the register and talking to themselves when I opened the door. As I approached them they suddenly became very quiet and did not greet me until I was literally standing right in front of them. The other 2 girls just stood there without saying and worse not doing anything. I’m sure they could be cleaning something instead of just standing there giving a weird vibe. There was no music playing in the restaurant and it just gave this atmosphere of feeling unwanted. After asking her about her menu, because this was my first time in one, I left after receiving short answers. Maybe the food is good but the mood felt off. Good customer service is hard to find now a days.

I first walked in and noticed the establishment was clean. Customer service couldve been better, I didnt feel welcomed. But I can say by the time I got home with my take out it was still very hot, in addition it was delicious.

Tasty bowls 👌 My go to is regular bowl half chicken, half beef with white rice and veggies. Some magic sauce always help 🔥 The girls are always nice and make order fast, I like how they bring you the food. Overall this place is tasty and clean with nice people working there. I do feel the price is a little high but not bad if you eat here once on a while.

Love the way they cook the chicken breast. Dont like that the rest of my food sits on the counter well it cooks. I been there three times and all three times only got two little pieces of broccoli and four carrots the rest cabbage. Im not the type to complain. Its three strikes your out.

Usually a good choice. Tofu and veggies were good. Asked for Triple Hot Sauce and got jalapenos. Ask for more regular hot sauce got an attitude and eye roll. Service at the one on Gosford is better as of this moment. They also have Triple Hot Sauce.

Ive never heard of this place until a friend recommend it, surprisingly its next to a gym Ive been going to for as long I can remember as well.... Definitely my top 5 places to go eat at if your looking for something quick and healthy! The atmosphere of the place is nice and welcoming. The staff was kind and informative, I was asking many questions regarding the food and options they had. Also asking questions about the Magic Sauce which seems like their take on teriyaki sauce. Eitherway, I was overall very content with the great taste of the food and the serving size to price ratio of the food you got. If your looking for quick healthy food at a great price, then flame broiler is for you! Go check it out!

The food is great, I love it. The staff however Ive had a couple of bad experiences with. One time I asked for a mini bowl and the lady at the register said its a mini bowl!, I took it like if she was insinuating that I wasnt going to get full with it. I didnt think that was necessary to say to me since I did ask for a mini bowl.Todaythat I went in, I checked my order because I have got the wrong order there before, which I did again. I told the lady at the register Im sorry my order is wrong, I wanted brown rice and she literally rolled her eyes at me and just took the food but didnt say anything to me.

This place is amazing for good healthy food without anything you dont want like additives or preservatives or skin or anything thats fried...just white or brown rice and vegetables and choice of protein. Also they have tofu if you are not into meat! I could literally smell the angus beef being cooked from outside in the street and the aroma was so good it made me pull over! The service was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be coming back here.

Extremely disappointed in my experience here. The girl I ordered from seemed annoyed and disinterested the entire time I placed my order. I requested a small change to my bowl and she acted as if it was the biggest Inconvenience ever. The food was decent, but the customer service was very low quality. Customers and their requests should be a priority, not a burden.

Friendly service and good-healthy fast food for cheap. They dont cook with Oil which is a huge perk for those living the fitness life. Youll see lots of people head here after the gym. Its one of the best rice bowls youll get in town.

I have never been to a more unprofessional facility in my entire life. As a restaurant business, the customers should always be main priority, but not here. I went in yesterday, and bought some food with a hundred dollar bill. The cashier hands me back my change with a twenty that looked really old. I mentioned it to her, and she assured me she checked it with the machine, and it was real. Today I went to use the twenty, and was accused of it being fake. I then called the location today, asked to speak with manager, and the girl who answered told me they were not there. She then proceeded by asking me what was the problem, and after I explained to her the problem she told me she will go talk to the boss. I then asked why she told me the manager was not there, and told me she was the manager. I asked for her name and she then replied I dont have to give it to you, and that her Boss will get back to me if I wanted to leave my name and number, and to stop arguing with her. I highly recommend to NOT go here unless you want to deal with very rude employees. If a business makes it hard for you to be in touch with a manager, or owner, then it is not a well ran business. Which this business is not well ran whatsoever. If I could I would give absolutely no stars.

Healthy food that tastes good and costs the same as fast food. I have been a regular here for the last few months and I have never been disappointed .you can get flame broiled chicken or beef with vegetables and rice For the same price as a burger joint.

It took about 20 minutes for me to get my food there reason it took so long was because the beef was in ready in the future it might be a good idea to inform the customer that the meat or protein will take some time to cook and ask if they have the time to wait not all of us have long lunches at work

Very rude when I asked to have my large chicken bowl without rice, the girl seemed baffled as if I asked her a calculus problem. She then rudely told me its a $.50 charge for removing the rice from the meal? Which I found absurd and with the ending product the chicken had no flavor, the amount was not anywhere near large portion. Very upset

My plate was ready quickly and it was delicious! The steamed vegetables were steamed crisp (not soggy), the chicken was delicious and there was plenty of it, and the magic sauce was great on both the rice and chicken.

The servers, Britney and Jazman, were a big help in finding delicious no-carb meals for my wife. They even had the nutritional facts of their foods and sauces in a laminated paper packet. It is near my wifes job, too, so we can meet there during the week. I recommend this FLAME BROILER to anybody.
