This place is strange. Their hours are when every they feel like opening or taking orders. At first it seemed normal but they closed down and now claim new owners. I went in and the employee came out of the bathroom wiping his face with a paper towel. The guy cooking didn’t impress me either. I just walked out. I didn’t even order. Plus the prices are crazy! Stay away.

Every time I come to this place the Asian dude there gets my order wrong. I repeatedly told him no veggies this time and he even repeated it then I get home and of course there is veggies in both bowls. Im done giving this place my money im gonna start going to the one on Edinger by Marina high school.

A big thumbs up to Vu and the crew for a delicious catering order. Its not easy to get 45 individual meals ready on time, while also keeping them all hot and delicious, but they did an excellent job on all of it!Vu worked with us to get an affordable and delicious meal option to feed our football team on game day, and the boys and coaches all enjoyed the meal. The team was easy to communicate with, and provided everything we needed, even loading my car!Thanks Flame Broiler, we will continue to enjoy your food as often as possible!

We honestly stumbled upon this place... we were dumb and thought it was a burger place. 😒 We decided to try out and we blown away by how good the food was. We opened the containers in the car and were smacked in the face by an amazing aroma. I had a small bowl with white rice chicken veggies and onions. My husband had a small bowl with white rice half and half (chicken and beef) and onions. Both were great not heavy on the sauce but still packed with flavor, which surprised us both. We can say anything out their customer service we went in ordered and got what we asked for. Not great not bad but the food was better than what either of us expected. Well be going back.

Usually good... But sometimes (this has happened at least 3x now) they will decide not to answer the phone 30-45 minutes before close. So good luck getting a phone order in.Edit:8/28Now the employees are disconnecting the phone 45 minutes before 6pm. Been trying to call an order in for 30 mins but the phone goes straight to voicemail. Thats great. I have called 6x over the course of 30 mins. So I dont think they were taking orders for that entire timeUpdate: 10/09Employees continuously disconnect phone up to an hour before close. Have not been able to get anything but immediately going to voicemail since 5pm. This happened 2x this week. The owner needs to talk to them or find new employeesUpdate: 4/22/22Employees not answering phone for order at 12pm on a Saturday. How does this place never have good help, why do I even continue to eat here? Every time Im disappointed

WOW!!! This Flame Broiler location have delicious fresh food right off the grill. This location have a nice looking new design, the staff is friendly and very helpful when I bought six bowls and drink. They helped me with the sauce and carried my drinks and food to the car. FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! Unlike so many other flame broiler locations I have been to, they give nasty tough beef and gross looking chicken, even the tofu looks sad and white sometimes cold and not cooked. This spot have the best tasting food by far, my go to location now.

This flame broiler is pretty cool. When I walked in I was greeted right away by the staffs. Everyone is super friendly. Good music and piping hot food what more can I ask for 🤷‍♂️. It kind of reminds me of ordering from chipotle, which you build your meal before paying. All in all great experience! Will definitely come back

I eat at many flame broiler locations, my friend told me this location finally open, so we all came out to check it out. Of course, they having an awesome deal for grand opening event. I had my regular chicken bowl, veggies with brown rice, little magic sauce and normal hot sauce Im all set, Im was very happy with my meal.

I got the flyer yesterday and decided to try it after school. Interesting!!! they did not make me disappointed. The tofu and chicken are so really fresh and delicious. I have been the big fan of Flame Broiler for the long time. But now, I will become a loyalty customer of this location. SUPER FRIENDLY SERVICE AND...… 20% OFF FOR STUDENT.
