I placed my order over the phone to go and they answered pretty fast this time. All white meat chicken bowl, white rice, no onions or cabbage and a diet raspberry Snapple. The food was 100% correct and quality was great, higher than I expected and stayed hot after my 15 minute drive. My only complaint was from the person that helped me while I was there. She did not greet me and refused to give me jalapeños claiming “They did not have any” even though they always do. I figured maybe they were out but then on my way out she opened the door for me, I thanked her, and then she told me next time I come don’t use my leg to leverage their heavy door. I felt like her comment was unnecessary as I did no damage to the door and in turn the interaction rubbed me the wrong way. Would have been a 5 star review otherwise.

Liars. Their online hours say they close at 9 p.m. I rolled up at 8:30 p.m. Their door was unlocked. Their neon and paper signs said OPEN. But, the cashier said, Were closed.I understand theres a lot of cleaning to do. Theyd probably cleaned the grill and closed out the drawer early. I left without argument. Never going back though.DO NOT RECOMMEND

The beef bowl tasted like they marinated the meat in urine. Do not eat here if you value your money. Id rather eat barbecued roadkill from the freeway. This turned me off all flame broilers, and I usually pay the overpriced $14 for a rice bowl atleast 3 times a month. Never again.

Got a coupon in the mail, figured Id try them out . . .-Sign on the door at 3pm saying they were closed for 40 minutes . . . I waited.-Asked if she was sure she applied the coupon I gave her, said yes . . . she didnt.-Gave me a completely wrong order . . . I refused to accept it.-She said it was refunded . . . Im guessing that was a lie.-Thanks for no food and making me call to dispute the transaction . . .*no employee could read or speak English. Wouldnt mind if they were able to do their jobs. . .NEVER GO HERE. EVER.

Google site said open till 8:45 but was locked up but open sign was still out when I got there at 8:25pm. Employees just looked at me when I tried to open door

Store closes at 9Came at at 8:45 the manager refused to serve me. And said they close at 9 but they are not making anymore food. If you close at 8:45 just change that on your signage and google. Go somewhere else

I’ve tried this place about four times now. Fast and easy to order in person or by phone. This location is small but clean with good customer service.

Love the food and typically the service is great. There’s a Hispanic girl who is personable and efficient. Last two times an older Persian lady has been there. She doesn’t come to counter immediately, I saw her on Facebook sitting in a customer table. She looks bored and mumbled something. Last night she was eating Cup of Noodles not even Flame Broiler food and again on her phone sitting in a customer’s table. She had Persian music BLASTING on her phone you couldn’t hear the TV over the Farsi singer. Again no hello, thank you, nothing. She hates her job and customers and the food ITS OBVIOUS. Love the food, but last nights front counter help needs to go.

Do not get the plate, same size as the Bowl. Absolute rip off. Gives you less rice and beef but packs it with cabbage. Horrible portion size for more money.
