Love the food and typically the service is great. There's a Hispanic girl who is personable and efficient. Last two times an older Persian lady has been there. She doesn't come to counter immediately, I saw her on Facebook sitting in a customer table. She looks bored and mumbled something. Last night she was eating Cup of Noodles not even Flame Broiler food and again on her phone sitting in a customer's table. She had Persian music BLASTING on her phone you couldn't hear the TV over the Farsi singer. Again no hello, thank you, nothing. She hates her job and customers and the food ITS OBVIOUS. Love the food, but last nights front counter help needs to go.

The place is a little hard to find because its kind of tucked inside the Laguna Design Center.If you havent been here before you place an order at the counter, they give you a number, and then a sever will bring your food out to the table.Food delivery is super quick, like less than ten minutes. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, smiling, and personable.The proprietors are Hawaiian, and this is evidenced on both the menu, a little bit in the decor, and the fact that all staff members are wearing hawaiian shirts.The food is where things fell apart a little bit. I have the eggs benedict with the fried potatoes, and my dining companion had the breakfast sandwich with the fried potatoes. My fried potatoes are a little soft and not crispy like I had expected them to be. However, my companion said hers were crispy, and her sandwich was delicious.For my eggs benedict, the english muffin didnt seem to be toasted at all as it was soft and somewhat mushy. The eggs were perfectly poached, and the hollandaise sauce was good, but unfortunately, it was cold. This is really surprising as the food was brought out so quickly. Im thinking that for them to give such quick service that everything is prepped and the sauce probably was allowed to get a little too cool.All in all, it was a fun place, a good meal, even if it was a little cold.I would definitely go again, and I would certainly recommend it.

I began frequenting this establishment sometime in 2015 or so. I was directed there by an acquaintance who indicated that Oh My Sushi had great sushi and good customer service. I was hopeful because I had had about enough of Good Choice Sushis lack of consistency and was in need of a solid new choice for sushi.I became a frequent visitor and recipient of to-go orders. The sushi was of good quality and the customer service was overall decent; but not exceptional.I moved from the area in 2020 and returned in 2022. I once again began visiting and ordering from Oh My Sushi; however, I noticed that the cut rolls were rather small and would often fall apart. An unfortunate change and degradation in the quality of the sushi I had previously grown to love.Perhaps things will change. I have not written the place off as I have with Good Choice Sushi in Laguna Niguel; but I would really like to see a return to the quality I previously experienced if I were to return as a frequent patron of this establishment.

My husband and I love this restaurant/lounge. The Knolls is divided in 2 halfs. It is divided by a glass partition. One side is the restaurant side, if you want more of a quiet and romantic dinning experience. The other side is the bar. The actual bar shape is a u . The bar is beautiful. The food is fantastic, our favorite is Signature pizza and the Boom boom shrimp. Lets not forget the Korean steak Tacos yummmmmmy. ? If you love to be entertained by an accomplished guitarist, songwriter/composer and vocalist then Mike Hamilton is a must see. Mike has recorded with several artists Stevie Nicks, Sting, Bette Midler just to name a few. You can catch him on Saturday nights playing at the Knolls.
