Pedro was awesome! We got our food very quick! The meat and vegetables was good but the salad and orange tasted funky. If I go back it would only be a bowl and try to put some teriyaki sauce on it or something.They have a nice outdoor area to eat

It was pretty good; the regular bowls had a lot of food. Rice and green onions are based. The chicken is a bit dry. I like the sauce, which you need to add separately.

A nice spot to grab a super quick bite of fast-food but the prices are a little high for the relatively small portions. The ingredients are relatively high quality but the flavor was lacking without dousing it with the sauce which they provide on the side. Also I ordered the full plate and the proportions were a little off for me. Wish they offered more salad or a different side and fruit on the side somewhere else. However its close to campus and they take Triton cash while the outdoor seating is plentiful and parking is usually not too difficult to find.

I got the combination of chicken and beef for my rice bowl. Very fast service, reasonably cheap prices, and good quality. I got the smallest size and it was still super filling.

Decent fast clean food. I ordered the Plate with beef. Flavors on the beer and rice were good but the salad was not a salad as it was just shredded cabbage & shredded carrots. And the fruit was laughable as it was simply an old dry half of what i think was an orange.I would try again, but I wouldnt waste my money on the Plate next time as its a joke.

I got the organic tofu and veggies bowl and it was very good. It was a nice quick, healthy meal. The tofu was made really well and flavorful. I also loved the flavors from the soy and hot sauce combination. Overall I had a great experience from ordering to picking up. Ill definitely be back!

Awful customer service! Our chicken is way over done and basically petrified. You also need to specify that you want veggies if you want them even tho the are in the photograph of the dish you are ordering (false advertising) and you are nickel and dime for every ingredient added to your order. If you call to talk to the establishment about this you will be interrupted, yelled at and laughed at by Juan. Horrible customer service. $60 for dinner for 3 people? As a customer we should be treated better and with respect. We will no longer support this establishment. I would recommend that you do the same.

Amazing food! Kinda pricey but definitely worth it for what you get... The magic sauce is AMAZING and tastes sooo good but you dont even need it because the meat is seasoned and flavor is already cooked into it. The Angus beef is slightly sweet and tastes like a Korean BBQ meat and the chicken is good quality and grilled perfectly...

We had a beef bowl with white sticky rice, green onions, and a few bits of carrot, broccoli and cabbage. While the beef was tasty, it had no sauce on it so the dish was very dry. There were two sauces that could be added, but they were not especially tasty. Would not go back.

I gave it a 1 star due to the fact that they nickle and dime the customer. They charge EXTRA for the flaver and 1400% mark up for the syrup for a fountain drink that comes out to about .20 per cup. They lost my business, maybe when I start making 6 figures Ill come back...

I hand an awesome mini Chicken bowl. It isnt mini at all. It was 3 healthy meals for me. It was not greasy and had wonderful charbroiled flavor. I got mine with brown rice and veggies. The vegetables were cooked to perfection for my needs. There sauce was good too! I will definitely eat here again! Absolutely yummy!

I always love it. No seating inside but they do have sufficient outdoor seating. They only do a couple of things but they do them very well with healthy ingredients. Plus, theyll customize it to your liking. The smell coming out of the store is so compelling.

For the record, my bowl of choice is: half n half (half chicken, half steak) with white rice and vegetablesIts fast food. Its affordable. Its filling. Its somewhat healthy. But is it any good?Depends. I appreciate the intense char-grilled flavor imparted into the meat here in small amounts. My first 9-10 bites are great, and then it starts to wear out its welcome and I need to smother everything in their branded magic sauce (essentially a teriyaki sauce variant) which adds back all the calories I was trying to avoid.Still, you definitely could do worse than this place.

The instructions say pick a base, pick a meat. One of the base options is salad. I order a need bowl with salad base. He says I can only get that with the plate ($3 more), okay fine, a plate with salad and beef. A fine combination, but I still need a base and apparently double salad beef plate requires a still add rice or veggies.For only having like 4 items on the menu, they sure have a lot of rules that keep me from paying $10 for 7 oz of meat with some lettuce.

The Works bowl was amazing, especially for the price! Best semi-fast food ever! It was prepared to order and came out piping hot. I did a mixture of the special sauce and sriracha/hot sauce. Delicious!

Simple, fast, healthy and tasty. Good when you are hungry but don’t want to get heavy stomach. And it’s not expensive. Also it’s not spicy so kids eat it too. I like it.

I like the healthy food they provide, they provide a plate full of nutrition of salad, steamed veggies, protein, rice and a fruit. The order and waiting lines are fast. I only wish If they could provide variety of veggies because the salad was only cabbage and most of the steamed veggies was cabbage and that’s kind of boring and doesn’t encourage to order again.

Inhospitable employee, the cashier today was rude. I ordered and immediate cancelled. Adding to my disatisfaction this place doesnt have a bathroom. When i asked about a local restroom the employee replied with contempt, Rubios. I came to this establishment because Ive been to one before. Ill never come back to this one. Terrible choice in work staff.

Received wrong order but was too far and late afterwards for me to muster the will to return to ask for the right order to be given to me. Quite frankly was disappointed. If in the future this continues to happen I’ll drop down to a 1 star rating. On the other hand if this doesn’t happen again then I may increase this rating.
