Tofu bowl is a good vegan option. Service was fast. Food wasnt burnt. My main complaint is that the food is served in plastic. Plastic can leach into hot food and lead to health issues. Also its a shame that the vegan option is slightly more expensive than meat options because this discourages healthy choices..

Food is great but they haven’t fixed their air conditioning for almost a week. And it’s been hottest time of the summer, over 102°F right now. Therefore the temperature in the restaurant was at least 110°F but probably even hotter than that because of the heat from the oven/stove/fryers/etc being in constant use. Standing in there for just the few minutes waiting for my order the heat made my eczema flare up. I can’t believe the workers have to work in those conditions. And the saddest part was that it actually felt cooler walking out of the store to the 102° weather.

Drove over to Redlands last night for the Chicken bowl which is always delicious however the restaurant was Hotter than a Texas Fish Fry I asked the worker if I could open the door and she looked at the owner and then back at me and said No Ive never had an issue there but they shoulda been closed as it was blazing Hot in there and they had no problem having customers walk out

Not corporately owned anymore and you can tell. Air conditioning is too expensive to run. Temp inside was 90 degrees. No self serve sauces anymore. Won’t be coming back

This is my first time at a flame broiler. I had a great experience. I was greeted by Janet. Very sweet, patient, courteous, explained everything in detail. The cooks were eager to make my order. The restaurant is very clean & organized. Several TVs that kept me entertained. I didnt wait very long. The food was a good portion. Delicious and fresh.Muy buena comida saludable, precios razonables, buen servicio. Te lo recomiendo

The food is definitely 5 stars because of that magic sauce they have. But the price for a bowl of rice and meat and vegetables is very expensive. Your lookin at spending about 15 bux for a small bowl and no drink. Its not ever busy but Im sure people who go here are regulars. Ive only gone here maybe 4 times ever and its been here for atleast 6 years.

This place was great. The wait wasnt too bad, and there were a lot of people in and out. I recently began a diet, so the protein with brown rice and veggies was just perfect and very filling. Covid-19 precautions are being taken and the cashier was very friendly!! Definitely would recommend!!!

Never disappoints. Great place with the food always ready whether I order in or over the phone. I like coming here for quick healthy dish. They have options of getting food without rice and you can ask for no broccoli for example if you wish. Its always clean here when I go and the cashier is nice and confirms my order before I finalize it.

Ahh yes, the simple yet healthy and tasty things in life!! That is the flame broiler! The first time I had their chicken bowl my wife picked one up for me. Believe it or not I thought it was steak - not chicken, it was that good! My wife and I love to go there once a week as our new place to dine since covid has made going out to dinner impossible. I dont mean to imply that you can sit down and eat there - we take the food home and enjoy!NOTE: since both of us really enjoy the chicken bowl, with veggies and onions and brown rice, we go on the weekend and purchase the four bowls for $20 special. I cant always finish one bowl in one sitting so sometimes these four bowls turn into eight meals! So we love the extra value of buying for at a time, and that offer so far, is only on the weekends. Not only are they great tasting but good for you as well. The service is great also!

I was introduced to Flame Broiler back in 2010 when I moved to Newport beach. They have never let me down. They provide fast, healthy and delicious food. I always get the bowl with veggies and brown rice. Ive had both the chicken and the beef bowls. Make sure to use the magic sauce (one little plastic to-go cup amount is perfect).

My FIRST and LAST time here!! The servings are super small. I ordered 6 chicken plates. My kids didnt like it and the cashier was touching the salad with her dirty hands!! Once she noticed that I was looking at her, she right away went to get sanitizer!! Never going back!!

This little place is between fast food and self serve. They prepare your bowl as you order so everything is fresh. The choices for the bowls are white or brown rice and/or grilled chicken, beef, delicious grilled tofu, fresh veggies ( carrots, broccoli, cabbage, green onions) and a shredded lettuce salad. Lately I have skipping the rice for extra veggies. I do not go away hungry even if I order a mini bowl. Dont forget to get the sauces that are situated in the center of the room. Enjoy. I do!

I like this place, the only thing is, theyre rather stingy and dont fill their bowls completely. Theyre giving tiny portions of their chicken. They push their vegetables, but give you just a little bit of chicken. They just need to address this issue and make these corrections and then, Id give them five stars.

Theyve started putting less food in their bowls than before. Food is good, but when they first opened, the bowls to go were packed to the lid. Now, Im surprised if they fill them even 3/4 of the way ( of course its mostly rice too, you have to order extra meat to even get a decent portion of protein).Nearby Waba grill and Watercress offer competitive portions if you are disappointed with the meal size.

BEWARE! I RECEIVED RAW CHICKEN IN MY CHICKEN PLATE ORDER. I called and Jacob had told me I could get my order replaced. Then he called back and said that the main manager would not replace the order. If you get raw chicken what would constitute actually getting a order replace? We would go there all the time this is just ridiculous and not appropriate!

Charged $3 something for extra veggies. I wanted extra veggies in my bowl i was told no. Been going here since location opened. I dont mind paying extra but over $3. For extra veggies. Original ordered mini chicken veggie bowl with extra veggies. Cashier said so no rice. I want rice also just want extra veggies. Was told i had to by the veggies seperate. This is after many many many times ordering the same thing. Sad but i will take my healthy eating habits to other businesses in redlands.
