Good food. They charge for everything here though even substitutions. .50 but its the principal. The staff is very nice though I will definitely be back!
A great little spot in the center of Lancaster hidden in the target shopping center. This place has great fresh and tasty food. At an incredibly reasonable price. I will definitely be going back here.
Vegan (or with dairy cheese) meatballs subs, pizza, gluten free pizza, lentil, butternut squash and tortilla soups are all my favorites. Love her tunaless salad sandwiches too. Great service. Patsy is the best. Thank you for bringing such awesome vegan and vegetarian options to the AV. Meat options too! Love you guys!

Amazing place! Vegan chicken sandwich was so juicy and delicious, it pleasantly surprised me! The stuff is super nice! We came a few moments before closing and they still fed us. Super nice people and wonderful vegan sandwiches. Im in love

We didnt get what we asked for. We asked for a salad that was supposed to have kale and got a salad without any kale. We ordered vegan tomato bisque but it wasnt vegan because we didnt taste the coconut milk. The drinks were okay but were made with concentrated juice not natural fruits. The sandwich was good. Thats it but please do not try to give out something other than what is asked for. Disappointed.
Everything I have tried on their menu is delicious. My fav is the spicy tuna☺️. The service staff are so kind and helpful to fill your order to exactly how you want it. Great customer service. 🙏

It was a bit disappointing not trying the butternut squash soup, or the sandwich (forgot the name but it had pesto and I love that stuff) and the beyond beef burger they have on the menu. I say that because they ran out of ingredients to make it. I totally get it, it’s vegan, it’s expensive! Hey, I’m just glad there is a restaurant that serves vegan food. Their food wasn’t just good it beats veggie grill flavors. I’m definitely going to be a regular! I had the veggie sandwich, I tried the egg less sandwich, and the meatball sub (all vegan) delicious flavor in every bite.
Have been there a few times, NEVER disappointed ! Finally had the opportunity to take my sister who is also vegetarian. We are both transitioning to Vegan. This little airy and warm place will be a go-to food place for both of us. Have called ahead a couple times when in a hurry for a meal ready to go.... and it always was ! My faves are the Meatless Meatball Sandwich and the Vegan Pizza !

There arent too many vegan friendly restaurants in the AV yet but Get Fresh Cafe is one of my favorites. My go-to meals are their taco salad, Not So Tuna sandwich and their vegan tomato bisque. Yum!
This place is a small Cafe with a large variety of vegan options. I love the taco salad, spicy Italian sausage, and most of the vegan soups yumm! The staff here is very nice! They place cozy when you can eat in the dining room.

Omg it was so delicious I just loved it so much. I had ordered the vegan burger and one of the ladies that was working there told me that it tastes a lot like meat and I didn’t believe her but it really does. I totally recommend it to everyone . They have things for vegan,vegetarian, and much more! Not the last time I go there. :)
Needed lunch on the way to Mammoth and the reviews brought us here and we were not disappointed! I enjoyed a cup of kale and turkey soup and the pesto zoodles. If I would have been blindfolded I would have thought it was a thick pasta with a great sauce! The owner was suoer nice and friendly. Great find!!
The food is fantastic. Not many Vegan/Vegetarian restaurants in the AV, but the choices and food is great here. Friendly and quick service even when they only have one person working.

As the name would cause you to assume, they have fresh foods, however when my wife and I came in to get a smoothie, we assumed it would be made of fresh fruits, the lady working the counter turned around, pulled out a cardboard carton and squeezed some sort of preserved fruit purée into the blender with some ice. While my banana/strawberry smoothie didnt taste too bad, my wifes mango smoothie was absolutely disgusting. Mostly I just feel that if your name is get fresh cafe, you should be using actual fresh fruit in your smoothies.
Patsy is the greatest! Our organization has decided to make her our primary cater for any meetings and events that we have at our facility. Its such a sigh of relief when all we have to say is the food is from Patsy. Instantly everybody already knows its going to be good. Her sandwiches, wraps, salads, soups, excetera are always fresh and tasty.
I wanted to try something healthy and decided to try this place for the first time. I got the chef salad on the go wrap, and it was sooooo delicious!! I will definitely be going back and trying other things.
I was searching for a vegan place and this cafe popped up. I had the vegan sandwich which was prepared fresh and served. Good Food.
So went in for lunch at 11, we Didnt get our food for 45 mins and had to change it to a to go order since we were on lunch. Tomato soup we got wasnt even warm, and the wrap was completely dry since they forgot to put dressing on it. Needless to say more then likely wont be going back.
The food here is so good! And theres no guilt because everything is so healthy. I cant wait to come back and try more items on the menu.
What a gem! Stopped for dinner takeout on a road trip because they had food to accommodate food sensitivities. Everything was fresh and delicious. So good, we made special plans to stop on the way back!

My tastebuds to be honest didnt like the chicken salad so much but one of the ladies gave me a sample of their vegan tune which Im going to try next time. The dragonfruit lemonade was the real star . Overall I give it a B

Really great place for lunch or early dinner. Its so hard finding vegan and vegetarian friendly places in the AV. So happy to have found this place. Will be making this hidden gem my regular spot.

2022-02-17 20:18:09Ive been to Get Fresh Cafe thrice. I cant seem to fall in love with it as much as I want to with all the vegan options. The food is good, but it is a small portion for the amount you pay. I try to keep in mind everything is made fresh & healthy. Nothing Ive tried has me wanting to go back. Im still going to support them because they do offer vegan options. Everyone is super friendly & patient. Its clean. Its a small place; its a good place to sit down with another person. My plan is eventually to try everything vegan there & find something I love.

2022-04-17 02:18:22Second time here and so delish, again. We walked in at 6, not realizing they closed at 6:30, but they served us graciously and quickly. They treated our kids kindly but not patronizing. We had just finished a movie and everyone was all greased out from the popcorn and this was exactly the nourishing, cleansing meal we needed. The butternut squash soup was totally different from the creamy kind I am used to, but the flavor was incredible - a little spicy - and filling. The chicken and taco salads were generous portions and the cilantro dressing was delicious. My daughter ordered a personal pizza and gave it two thumbs up - it was also incredibly quick, which was amazing. Will definitely come back again - and pay attention to the hours next time!
