This is a great place to come and eat with the family. You can order to share, or you can order for yourself and still get a really good portion. Every time I come here with my family of four, we always end up taking food home. The taste of food is good and fresh. The wonton soup is my favorite. Customer service is fair, not too friendly, but they are not rude. They are definitely quick in serving you.

Amazing portions, great price and everything was flavorful and fresh! Staff were friendly the whole time and checked in after the meal to make sure everything was to our liking. Definitely coming back soon :) !

Prices went up, in these times its expected. But my favorite War wonton went from $8.95 to $11.00. Orange chicken went from $10.45 to $13.00. Thats $4.60 more, plus now higher taxes. Other places maybe items went up $1,$ 1.50, but these are high increases in prices. Often wed order dinner for the family and spend $150 or more for 6 to 8 people, not bad. Now the prices have gone up between 2.05 to 3.75 more per item. Wed eat out to support our local places, sometimes we were tired of home cooked meals or didnt have time and were too hungry to wait and cook. Prices are higher in the markets too but still less expensive than the price increase here. I will post photos the old and new men prices.

I ordered the well done briskey pho with extra noodles and broth . The broth and brisket didnt taste flavorful and the brisket was kinda tough. The price seemed to high for the dish as well. Customer service was good though

I am surprised this place has high ratings. Big bowl with a lot of broth but hardly no meat or noodles. If you want an authentic Pho with generous portions please try Golden Noodle in West Covina or Rowland Heights.It is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I’ve been too.

Food was ok- pho was not great at all! The lady servicing us was very cold and unwelcoming and my family has gone there 3 times previously and the service was good, but after today, they said they will never go back again. I went in and I was going to ask about getting a high chair and before I spoke she says, “no public restroom here”… I was like…”huh?” But she then saw that I wanted a high chair so she told me where they were and I went to get it. But talk about rude! Never coming back to this place again. Pho is waaaayy better in other places!

I tell them multiple times to take the onions out of my food but they don’t so I go fine whatever but this time I get an onion stuck in the back of my throat and I’m coughing up blood and the food and after I show them proof they don’t give me my money and make a bunch of excuses almost blaming me

One of the last great Chinese food establishments. Entrees are 12-16$ depending on meats or dish. 1 entree is enough for at least 3 people. I recommend 1 rice dish and 1 noodle dish. They have a GREAT portion of whatever protein you ordered. Tons of shrimp/beef/chicken in your fried rice/pad thai/Chow fun.Conveniently near me but tucked away in a tiny, crowded strip mall, Youd never think to try it, much less go inside. Its the only chinese food I ever get now.A true gem of Norwalk. I HIGHLY recommend.

Deals dont exist unless you mention them and you double check the receipt for the deal. Food is great but customer service definitely can improve.

Disappointed with my undelivered order. I placed delivery order and waited two hours called restaurant and was informed the restaurant doesn’t have enough drivers. The purpose of my review is to provide business owner a recommendation, first you should figure out a way to let customers know of delays, and secondly schedule additional drivers on Friday thru Saturday. I ordered from this place in the past and needless to say this will be the last time get it together.

Fast service, great prices, great portions. I love this place! Their combination crispy noodles with gravy are delicious, orange chicken is delicious, beef brocoli is great, steamed rice is soft and nice little stickiness to it, walnut shrimp is also good. Phone orders are accurate and they also deliver. I love this place

Been here once before and we were the only ones so service was good. Not today however. My boyfriend and I showed up and were seated right away. Then a few minutes after 3 other couples showed up and were seated. They all recieved their drinks and appetizers before us. We actually got our spring rolls about ten minutes before our drinks were brought out. The other 3 couples were done and out before us even though we got there first. Its as if they were doing it purposely. There was no way it was a staffing issue because everyone else was served in a timely manner. They just did not go in order with who comes in first. It was extremely irritating watching everyone else get their beverages and food way before us when we got there way before them. This was just terrible service. No excuse.

The Food is really good, and it always comes out HOT! Ive gotten a few different menu items, and Ive yet to be disappointed. The wait is not bad either, seats are evenly spaced out for covid reasons, and theres a TV to watch while you wait/eat. My only dislike is on the menu, youll see House Special a few times, but no definition of what is in the house special. Why is it special, what is in the house special?

We always enjoy Golden Pho except last night. We ordered the family dinner for three and in the beef broccoli was metal shavings and small BB like metal balls. We called twice and was given excuses. Guess a call to the health department is next

Great food!! Because of their low english profficiency make sure you speak clearly and slowly when placing an order. And make sure they repeat it back to make sure they have the order right. We (family) order home delivery or eat there at least twice a week. Great tasting food. Good price too. Nice people.

Flies in my drinkOnce I was near finished with my Thai tea I looked in the cup to realize there were flies crawling around in my sealed cup.The servers didnt seem too concerned about it. They simply stated that the flies must have been in the cup before they filled and sealed it. They seemed more interested in closing up for Christmas eve.

I ordered the 1st Pho item on the menu - combination of all sort of meats (steak, meat ball, tendon, tripe). I would call it the Meat Lover Pho. They severed with a big portion of rice noodle soup & lots of meat in it.The Vietnamese spring rolls were also good...stuff w/ fresh veggie, shrimp & BBQ pork. Served w/ peanut & brown sweet dipping sauce.Nothing fancy inside. Just a good place for quick healthy lunch & at a good price.

The $5-$7 lunch specials are hard to beat. Choose your entree (~20 different options with a variety of meats and/or veggies), rice (steamed or fried), and soup (hot & sour or egg flower), plus an egg roll on the side.Food: super solid. The hot & sour soup was delicious. I got the kung pao beef, which was great. Im glad that they didnt cater too much to Western taste buds and make everything cloyingly sweet/salty. Id stick with the steamed rice though. The fried rice is literally, fried. rice. Not egg fried rice with bits of veggies. Portion size was perfect.Service: friendly, prompt. the owner seemed very eager to give recommendations, which were appreciated. took a little while for the check though, but it looked like there only 2 people manning the whole front-end of the place so not a huge deal.

I bought $56 and tipped $5 tonight. Im not a happy camper though. I called to notify them about my soup spilling in the entire bag, the girl wanted to cut me off and succeeded after she promised a phone call back. That call was from 9:08. And Im still waiting. My uncle ordered a delivery and we got tasteless food. Walnut shrimp, mongolian bbq, 2 sides of fried rice and porkchops. all for $41 + tip. the restaurant was very near by and they left out an order but we cant ask for a refund because we dont have the reciept. never ordering food from here again.

Delicious food and price is very economical. Had the pho and it was quite a generous serving of noodles and meats! They also have a buy 1 get 1 free boba tea! Service was also good. The hubby enjoyed his kung pao 3 flavors from the lunch menu.

This place is amazing! Outstanding service. Its clean. It has an A on the front window. The owner Ted is incredibly friendly. By far the best all around. I wont eat at another Chinese restaurant as long as this place stands. PLUS they deliver!

I would have given them 5 stars but they didnt give me my complete order. They forgot to give me my fried rice but they did not forget to charge it. Unfortunately I was too far to go back. I dont understand how they forgot it because there were no other costumers but myself.

This place used to be better when they oened up but they have gone down on everything which includes services. Food quality is acceptable but when ask questions to female server she had hard time answering correctly. Price is ok. Not expensive but not cheap.
