I am writing this review on behalf of my family.My family ate there last weekend and experienced terrible service.They asked for extra salad which the serving was too small to split amongst a party of 6. After asking a third time for a side of salad, the manager said only 2 bowls of salad per table. No where in the establishment said there was a limit of two very small bowls. If this is true, it should be explicitly told to all customers via sign or menu.The manager proceeded to stick her face close up to my family, eyes wide open, and yelled to them You know this is not free right?The audacity to talk to customers like that is against proper customer service. Of course upset, they did not want help from the manager, and asked another worker to help change the grill. After being ignored of the request, my family decided to let the workers know that they are walking out without finishing the food nor paying due to the poor customer service. The manager chased my family and threatened to call the police on them. She was told that they would go next door to get dessert and wait for the police to arrive. After several minutes, the cops never came and my family took their leave.Very poor experience. The team needs to rework their management team and improve their customer services.
My friend and I saw they were having a soft opening while we were visting the Santa Anita Westfield mall and got the Bulgogi and Donkatsu, both delicious, definitely gonna visit them again and try their dine in portion.
Amazing food. Definitely a 10/10 rating, however, some of the staff don’t seem happy and the price is higher than normal, so I would give this place 9/10
Be prepared to eat! Their alacart meats and specials are huge. They use the best meats, with thick cuts, have not found any other KBBQ with better meat. Side dishes are all amazing, its really impressive. It is pricey so be prepared but its worth it.
The waitress wasnt very friendly, and I dont know why, because the store didnt seem busy... There are also concerns about hygiene, with waitresses using scissors used to cut raw meat directly from the kitchen to cut cooked food, such as noodles or chicken with chicken soup, dare not imagine how much bacteria on the clips and scissors
Finally, non-all you can eat KBBQ in town! I love their meat quality. The marinated soy crab was delicious, too. Kids friendly place & ambient (some kbbq places have very tight seating and close to the grill, etc). I’ll be coming here regularly when I get the kbbq craving!
I went there today with my dad and he absolutely loved it. he’s usually very picky about his meat and how fresh it is but he loves it here. the meat is so high in quality and fresh, the food is delicious too. the owner and the servers are extremely friendly and welcoming
Food was good, and pricing was very reasonable for the amount of food. Portions were good and service was good as well. Only thing that would have been nice is a changing table in the restroom. Other than that the experience was nice and will be back again.
The bibimbap is HUGE, with rice and four side dishes. K-Pop on the ceiling speakers, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere. 🇰🇷
Great service. The waitress cooked for us during lunchtime. Highly recommended to have lunch there 😋
The food was okay, but the service was disappointing. We went there for lunch during a workday, and we were the only table there. There were two servers: the tall one was really nice, but the short guy didn’t seem to care. He put the meat on the grill and didn’t care if it was overcooked. The rest of the time, he just stood there and chatted.We sat behind their phone. When the phone rang, he just sighed and stared at it without picking up the phone call for quite a while. He also kept saying something like the pay was not good enough for me to do xyz. Honestly, if you don’t want to work, just don’t come here. As a customer, I’m not here to pay the service fee and listen to your negativity.

It’s delicious. I don’t know why it’s been 3 months since I ate this Korean food. I can’t eat anything from other restaurants. My stomach swells after eating it. I don’t know if other people have eaten it once and don’t want to eat anything for several months experience of things
The service is very unprofessional and they charge for packing boxes. The stuff is just average.
Bibimbap, ginseng chicken soup, and spicy kimchi soup all taste good. I haven’t tried the barbecue, so I won’t comment on it.

2023-09-27 16:10:25This place was pretty good! The staff was friendly and the service was speedy. The best meat on the menu was the marinated beef. I really appreciate that they let you take home food and don’t weigh your leftovers like some other KBBQ spots in LA. I took away one star because I didn’t like the sauce choices and also wish they had lettuce wraps. Still a tasty and fun experience!

2023-09-05 02:38:58Even though it wasnt ayce, the quality more than makes up for it!The marbling on the kkotsal, prime short rib, is amazing!So buttery and melts in your mouth.The addition of mulnaengmyun and bibimnaengmyun is perfect with the meat.Love that they have draft beer now as well.Overall a really great experience and meal.

2023-10-16 07:24:02The staff was extremely helpful and relatively friendly. The waiters cooked our meats, gave us more side dishes, and helped pack our leftovers. The restaurant had a clean and open atmosphere. The food however felt too overpriced for its quality and how it tasted. For a restaurant that should be known for its meat, the meat was dry or too chewy and lacked flavor, even when cooked by the kitchen.

2023-10-18 02:29:28Our server Leiya was the best! She helped us with selecting our dinner since it was only our second time here. She had some great recommendations for our family and was always attentive when we needed something. Our food was great but the service was superb.

Service was mixed with a handful of employees being over the top wonderful & a few being … dismal enough in their service to have me wanting to just leave half way through.They are also an Asian restaurant that charges to have some rice with your Korean BBQ & Kimchi Stew!!!At the end, spoke with the manager (Eunice) who was absolutely a delight and definitely opened my mind to coming back & changed what would have been a 1 or 2 star rating to a solid 4. I’ll personally be giving it another shot in the coming months, but YMMV.

2023-08-01 23:41:45Negatives first.... no physical menu, service was slow, waiter forgot my drink, no follow up asking if anything needed, food flavor ok, pricey overall. Positives... the waiters were very nice, roomy seats, cold water pitchers on table, clean n music not loud, food enough for 2 people per order, plenty of side dishes with refills. Now going out to eat I first go for the food, then service. I dont mind paying more if worth it. And if service was great... I would leave up to a 50% tip! My average tip for a ok service would be 20%. If bad service, no tip. I am in client service myself. Hope improvements come quick to this Korean BBQ place.

2023-03-08 09:59:00I came here with high expectations but everything is just average. The meat was mainly flavorless except for the one that was marinated. The dipping sauces were bland. The server was supposed to cook the meat for us but it took him forever to come so we started to cook on our own. The side dishes were mediocre at best. It costs about $30 per person so the price was reasonable.

2023-08-29 21:35:23My family loves this place and kept trying to bring me and after finally joining them today I can see why.We dropped by when they opened on a tuesday afternoon and it was one of the better kbbq experiences ive had. We got the x-large despite only having 3 people because I wanted to try all the meats lol, and planned on taking the rest home if we couldnt finish. All of the meat had nice marbling, and was cut perfectly. Very worth the price youre paying.Service was amazing. They cooked our meats for us on the grill and their timing was beautiful to watch. They always showed up at the perfect time to flip all the meats even though they were fairly busy. We were eating slower than the meat was finishing they brought out a little tray to put on the grill to keep the meat hot but not overcook. When they could tell that we were full they brought out to go containers and cooked the meat and put them away for us.

2023-06-28 04:23:35I can’t believe this great BBQ is only rated as 3.9 in Google. We stop by this restaurant by chance but had a great lunch! The beef meat combos was super fresh and tender! And it had big portion enough for a group of 6. Their service was awesome! I would give them 10 stars if applicable.
