This place has a great interior. Small, not meant to be a sit down place. Geared toward take-out.I got their chicken teriyaki bento box. First of all it looks stunning. I wish it tasted as good. The edamame salad was great. But the chicken was very dry and tasted like it had been cooked/reheated multiple times.Also the prices are a lot. I would have snapped a pic, if my battery didnt die inside the restaurant. This costed $10.95. So dont go by the Yelp prices anymore. Definitely $$.Overall, great ambience, food left something to be desired. Probably wont be back.

Great bento options! We got the beef, teriyaki chicken, and fried shrimp. Owner had food ready on time and food tasted great! Definitely will come here again

I was excited to see the hamachi collar offered as a special bento and ordered that. First, I loved the fatty fish collar which was pretty tasty (plain shio yaki style). The sides were on the sweet side (as verified by my blood glucose reading after) and overall the quantity was on the smallish side. Compared to the price/quantity of a Tea Era or Bento Express box lunch (which are both within 3-5 min driving neighborhood) it was pricey, but the side dishes are of higher quality and I was rooting for the husband-wife business partners.

Easy to find location. Good food for reasonable price. I went in on a Saturday for lunch and didnt have to wait for too long. I didnt find a bathroom there though.

They give you so much food for what you are ordering! I love the little bento boxes and the owners were so nice. They deserve all the stars!I got the teriyaki chicken with fried shrimp, and I wanted a side of California rolls. They said they were out the side of rolls, so they gave me a combination with the chicken, shrimp, and rolls (which was on the menu). I didnt even see it and I appreciated the work around.Next, I would love to try the salt and pepper chicken bento!

I was looking for authentic Taiwanese bento but was very disappointed with the pork rice I ordered. It says 爌肉， but it is not 爌肉 at all, more like 肉絲。 Nothing is even close to the Taiwanese standard. With the price $17 it is asking, it doesn’t worth a second visit for me.

Should of kept it moving. Not your traditional Japanese cuisine. No veggie tempura or miso soup. Pour tasting chicken teriyaki. To top it all off the food wasnt even hot. If you are looking for authentic Japanese, dont go there.

Expensive for the quality of ingredients and alternatives available nearby. Beef teriyaki is tiny over cooked pieces with seasoning that is not Japanese but Chinese flavors. They dont have miso soup or udon that would usually be a good combo.

The people who gave 5 stars or 4 did not eat there. The food is frozen. I can say this because I was there and bought their teriyaki Angus beef with fried shrimp combo. Another person said that the chicken and beef were cut into small pieces. he is right, they are cut I to small cubes. To cut them into cubes about the same size, is to have it frozen then cut. The shrimp looks and tastes like the frozen shrimp, you can buy at Safeway.

This is probably the tastiest Bento Box Ive ever had in my life! I had the Saba (mackerel) which came with rice, kidney beans, a pickled egg, tofu, and and vegetables. This was more of a specialty Bento, they had the more traditional type Bento boxes available to( which had salad and gyoza).We would definitely come back again

Cute little place. I ordered the Teriyaki chicken bento without rice. They generously gave me extra salad because I wasnt getting rice. Lots of chicken with yum yum yum sauce. Great for a quick meal

Showed up in middle of the afternoon—must have been over 90 degrees F inside the place. They have no restrooms. I ordered California rolls, paid for it, and then was instructed to go pick them up in the refrigerated display near the entrance (no different than picking up California rolls at Safeway). Weird place. At least the California rolls seemed fresh.

Good food, but not dine-in friendly. There is no customer washroom and they dont even provide paper napkins. A purell dispenser is not a replacement for napkins.
