Dirty Ruben didnt taste right!Cooking bacon in oven in a restaurant with no ventilation, stink like oil when left the place!If you had ikess before, be ready to leave disappointed!

Very unique blend of ingredients in these sandwiches and they tasted great! Lots of vegetarian options! I had the Reading Rainbow, a vegetarian sandwich with red pesto and avocado in sourdough roll and it tasted great! My friend got the veggie teriyaki chicken sandwich on the dutch roll. I think I liked her dutch roll better. The sourdough roll is very bready.

My sandwich barely had any veggies in it besides a couple of thin slices of tomatoes. I had remembered Ikes being delicious when I visited couple years ago but this was a disappointing experience. I couldve gotten more veggies from a fast food burger.

This is one of the best in SLO, definitely recommend going here. Its a little pricey but absolutely worth it.

Best. Sandwich. Ever.Not much more I can say! I got the #68 (turkey and provolone) and it was out of this world. Their special sauce is superb and so is the Dutch crunch roll. Just perfection!

I love Ikes. I have tried a handful of different sandwiches and they have all been very good! I have a few favorites that I go back to but also like to try new things. Im addicted to the dirty sauce. Ikes sandwiches are partially customizable and always consistently satisfying.

Nothing special or outstanding. More bread than anything when it comes to the insides of the sandwich. I would suggest ordering double everything inside your sandwich...but even then, it doesnt justify the pricing.

We ordered two sandwiches, the first one they made the wrong sandwich and the second one they lost the ticket so it wasnt made until I brought it to their attention. However, when they realized that there were mistakes, they were quick to remedy the situation.

Ikes is a very clean and very friendly sandwich shop. The BEST sandwich of my life was eaten here. It isnt on the menu, but it is called the Mark Appell. It is fried chicken with honey and BBQ sauce. Do your taste buds a favor and ORDER IT!!!

No joke - we did a comparison of local sandwiches at work with all the usual SLO delis. Our team takes sandwiches very seriously, as you can tell. We did a blind taste test and Ikes was a last minute addition because it had just opened. Despite no one having tried it before, Ikes was the top winner. Their bread is good, the secret sauce is delish, and hey free lollipop with each.We had a basic roast beef for the competition and since then Ive been back for a tuna sandwich and a turkey one, both were great. Give it a shot, youll be pleased!

This is a good place for a quick lunch. Not the best sandwiches ever, but the staff are friendly and the restaurant has a good downtown location. Ikes also has gf bread as one of the bread options

Got the Eye of the tiger. Very tasty, fresh. Cost about 10$ so a decent price however the sauce is great 10/10 would recommend

I am giving a 2 star. The reason i am giving such a low rating is I have been 2 times and the service is extremely slow. I dont recommend you go if you are on a 30 minute break you will be late! I wont be going back to be honest .
