This place was my favorite but not anymore, me and my family have gotten food poisoning there the last two times we ate there which was very awful me and my family were throwing up for days and our stomach ache really bad where we couldn’t even sleep!!! My poor 18th month old baby had it the worse!! Never eating here again!!!!

They have really let this place go it looks super unclean the person handing out the food doesn’t wear gloves and she wears rings and her hand touches the food . I was already ordering wish I would have just said no thanks and walked away.

I Always come here for the sushi. Some of our favorites are baked salmon, salmon lover roll and the crunch roll. The eel sauce and spicy sauce are good on the sushi also.

Theres always a nice sized crowd there because the food is reasonablly priced and so good. Do not leave before trying the sushi it is the best. The Las Vegas roll is my favorite and my other favorite is the classic California roll. It taste so good. Yum

This restaurant has been recommended to me by a few people. However as I trying to place an order over the phone with a lady named Alejandra let me tell you what a challenge . I had to talk to Wendy who may the owner or manager she was the only one to help me out. Alejandra was rude an uncapable of talking a 5 item order with no extras added. Hoping for the food to be as good as described 😓

We have ordered from Jaru House in the past and LOVED it, but today, when I called to place an order, I was disappointed. One of the things we really enjoy from there is the Jaru Bowl. The menu on the Jaru House website and on Grubhub both list the Jaru Bowl as coming with 1 Chinese Entree, 1Sushi Entree & 1 Side, just as we have ordered it through Grubhub and received it in the past. When I tried to order it over the phone today, I was told that it does not contain a sushi entree, that to get all three, I would have to order a Jaru Combo J-3, which is $6.60 more. I was also told that the Jaru bowl never included a sushi entree and that I never received that order. When I pointed out that I was reading it directly from our previous Grubhub order and the Jaru House website, I was told they never filled that order and the website is wrong. When I persisted, the person on the phone asked a manager who also said I was wrong and refused to place the order as listed. I called with a $50+ order, that did not get placed, because Jaru House refused to honor the menu posted on their website. The same menu that was honored and filled through Grubhub in the past.I can place the order through Grubhub with the options I have received before, but they add $1.00 per item, which is not cost effective when I pay no upcharge for pickup when I order direct. This is bad business. Even if the website and Grubhub are misrepresenting the menu, it should be honored until it is corrected.

The food was good, the presentation was nice, they used the to go box space very well. The panko for the roll was a bit stale, but thats about the only thing to critique, really. My love for California rolls may be cliche, but they managed to make it memorable, so yay!

The food didnt stand out like others have said. It was ok. I dont think we got in there on time when its fresh out of the kitchen maybe. I tried the honey chicken meh and forgot the other dish sorry 😜. We got there about 8 ish and it looked like they were prepping the place to get out and close which I understand on a Friday night. Ill probably go back however and try the sushi combo meals they have and get in earlier when its fresher. They do have steady traffic so they are doing something right I suppose.

We go for the coconut shrimp. Normally we get a very generous helping of the coconut shrimp to order with orange chicken but tonight order seemed smaller and the shrimp themselves seem smaller as well. But overall either variety combination of Chinese food and Miss food and Chinese food the dreams are delicious but can sometimes all taste the same the premises are clean just a little crowded with the tables. Although available parking It 2 seems alone congested and shopping alternative shopping and businesses located nearby and same Plaza and no one across

Their food is bland and tasted old, their fried rice was simple and nothing special, I had their mushroom chicken that comes with squash, both the chicken and the squash tasted really bad, the squash tasted as if it was old rotten before they cooked it. First and last time in this place.. avoid if possible.

They are allowing people without masks inside and everyone who goes there are at risk of infection. They are not following COVID19 safety rules set by the Los Angeles county, people are going into the restaurant to buy food and drinks can be bought and no masks at all. Plus the commonly touched surfaces are not being cleaned. Customer go at your own risk. This place is not safe at all.

Rude staff, completely ignore you, I will not be back. Its happened before and we have always been patient but today we waited over 10 mins while the place was empty with the workers available. They prefered to be on the phone and laughing, chatting than even acknowledging us customers.

Never go to this place i ordered a boba drink and it had no flavor i told the workers and they just said no refunds i didnt want a refund i wanted them to make taste like an actual drink but they just said no refunds again like wat is wrong with them dont they want to make the costumer happy apparently not and my friend actully ate their food but threw up 5 mintues later unless you like bad food go eat there or else never go.

This place has horrible customer service with the exception of one younger Hispanic woman, my mother and went to dine in and our egg rolls were cold when asked for fresh ones the cook refried the on that was bitten off of and brought it back when we asked for new ones he stated that it was already half eaten and refused to replace them NEVER AGAIN!
