2023-08-27 18:35:53This restaurant never fails to deliver on the quality and taste of the food they serve. We went there over the weekend and ordered Kathiawadi and Punjabi thali along with other chat dishes. The food was delicious and the service was quick.I will highly recommend this place to folks looking for good Indian vegetarian food. One thing that they can improve is Mango lassi. We ordered one but it did not taste like Mango lassi at all.

2022-08-04 22:10:47The service was good. When we entered they had opened 30 minutes before. The cook time was reasonable- it wasn’t brought out too soon(like it was pre frozen), but it also didn’t take too long. The food was enjoyable. We ordered each person their own plate and one for the table. Portions are a little small so you might have to buy more than one thing. The bathroom was okay, there was no mirror. Overall a good experience.

2022-08-06 13:44:27This is a sweet little restaurant, with a bit a a bistro like feel. The service was great. They were super nice. The prices seem fair. The food was good. The portions are a bit small, but that’s inflation for you. Lol 😆 Over all, if you are in the area, pop in for a quick bite.

2023-05-01 21:06:28Been going here for over 2 decades so when visiting socal had to make a stop. The food is same as it always has been - AWESOME. The puri shak with undhiu and dum aloo curries were sumptuous and mango lassi is a must.

2018-07-31 16:00:26Let me begin by saying that I am not too knowledgeable when it comes to Indian food. This review is going to be based upon my impressions alone and will make no reference to authentic Indian food as I havent had that. With that out of the way, Ill say that I was blown away by all the tastes. It astounds me just how flavorful Indian food is and how colorful it can be. We ordered a bunch of food to try and taste as much as we could. The dishes ranged from OK to amazing. The majority were above average. The ones that I was not too fond of were those that required the dipping sauces to give it flavor. Simply because the sauces were not to my liking. Yet, there was this green sauce that was just phenomenal! I ended up pouring that onto all the food! It was just that good!According to my friends, the South Indian dishes were not as good as the rest..

2022-09-17 15:32:37Another great Indian cuisine restaurant in Artesia. We had a lunch here where we ordered vada pav, samosa for starters and gujrati thali for main course. Absolutely great authentic Indian taste. Every thing they served was tasty. Even the Lassi we ordered in the end. Its a 20 odd table restaurant with corner location in a square. A must visit for Indian food lovers 😋 😍 👌🏼

2023-02-27 03:30:56Love the Thali here! We ordered one of the Gujrati Thali and one of Kathiyavadi Thali. The variety of dishes in it is really worth the money and is extremely tasty. The Thali itself is pretty sumptuous and we ordered one vada pav as well. We ended up in a food coma at the end😂

2022-03-14 14:37:55This is a great Gujurati/North Indian style restaurant and sweet shop! I have visited multiple times to pick up some sweets for family members and on my most recent visit I tried the chaat papdi. It was prepared well and tested great, it hit the spot for something light! I will be back to try more food out here.

2022-05-01 01:03:37I love coming to Jay Bharat when I crave Indian food. They have delicious Masala Dosas and Idli Sambar. I also stock up on many of the frozen curries and other foods they have so Im stocked up for at least a month. The Mango Lassi is graet, as are all of their sweets.

2023-07-07 16:45:23We went to Bombay Sweets for decades but it was definitely time to switch. Weve been to Jay Bharats several times over the last 20 years? Weve now been twice in the last week. Its very clean with an A rating. There is a free parking lot in the back. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and the food came out quickly. We usually get mango lassis, a variety of dosas, idlis and sev puri. Their coconut chutney and sambar are fire!!! They have frozen food to buy and eat at home. I will definitely be buying some in the future.
