2023-07-10 04:12:54Really good Ramen spot tucked away in a great area. Outdoor seating was perfect. The ramen (I got the Tonkatsu) was very tasty. A little upset that for $17 It doesn’t come with a soft boiled egg, you have to buy that extra for $2 but..what are you gonna do it was still worth it. The server (our was Troy) was friendly and outgoing. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Service is very attentive with knowledgeable waiters explaining dishes and making great recommendations based on what you like. Atmosphere is classic hip modern but very comfortable inside and on the outdoor patio. We’re headed back in a week to try some other of their unique dishes! This place is a gem 💎

2023-12-09 03:30:44This is the best ramen I’ve ever had in my life. The service is unparalleled. I’m not even kidding, I dream about those soft boiled eggs. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu but the spicy tonkotsu is my all time favorite. Check this place out, it’s bound to become a classic.

2023-11-06 15:41:37Finest quality ingredients put together nicely. I was shocked with the quality, attention to details and no compromises attitude. Its hard to find this kind of Ramen anywhere and was stunned to find it in Westlake. The Chashu is really perfect.. not too fatty with a deep flavor. Shio ramen broth had a lot of depth, great balance and excellent flavor. The noodles were very satisfying. Ill definitely be going back.

2023-11-05 15:55:50What a find in the barren restaurant wasteland of Westlake Village. In a town that gives you only a very few options for great food this place is a breath of fresh air. The broth for the ramen is unbelievably delicious. I cant wait to go back. When you go be sure to order the pan fried wontons, so delicate and tasty. You have to try this place!

2023-10-31 18:53:45Tonkotsu ramen:- broth: balanced, nice katsuo flavors- ajitama: perfect- menma: balanced n crunchy- chashu: ok. Wish they offered torched slices- noodles: good. Wouldve liked more bounce- negi: shredded but kinda thick, would enjoy a thinner shred- nori: great and not soggy!!Verdict: will definitely come back. Extremely grateful for a decent ramen restaurant addition to this area. Hope they succeed, grow and continue to improve.Other feedback: beautiful interior and location of what was once Maru. Came in right at opening and the restaurant smelled of cleaning solution. Think theres room to improve the sensory experience here

2023-07-03 05:46:12Found this place while looking for the EA charging station. Family really enjoyed the ramen, we got an extra bowl of tonkotsu ramen cuz the kids wanted more. The yuzu shio ramen was so refreshing! It was perfect for this hot weekend weather. Karaage chicken was also yummy. Wish we lived near by, going to make it a regular stop whenever we head out this way. I also loved the minimalistic wood decor.
