The beef Katsu and curry is amazing!! Best I’ve had and the only place to give enough rice. Service was also fast and water was provided.

Food is really good! However it seems more catered towards people ordering to go or delivery. Not really enough space for eating inside. Its a chain from Los Angeles, but its placed in Little Saigon of westminster. If youre looking for something like katsu or curry, check it out.
I just had Bonchon last week, and omg this is sooooo much better at a fraction of the price!Fried chicken and Katsu crunchy on the outside and juicy inside. Their sauce isn’t as salty as Bonchon but super yummy and has this umami from fermented soy. Perfect combo of Korean and Japanese flavors.Highly recommend!

This place is a hidden gem hidden within many Vietnamese restaurants around the area. This Korean own restaurant has variety of items. My sis and I ended up only ordered two things due to the fact that we’re restaurants hopping. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and let me just say; please do medium! I’m a spicy eater and Jesus this thing is spicy. The chicken is so so good served with coleslaw and it compliments each other so well. My sis got the portobello katsu sandwich and it was good as well. If you’re tired of all the Vietnamese restaurants around and wanted to try something new; this place is it. Until next time!!! Peace
If you love Japanese style curry and katsu with a Vietnamese twist, this is the place to go. We are locals and are avid fans of Japanese style curry. This place does Japanese curry justice. Go for the katsu curry plate and you will not be disappointed, katsu is always crispy even when you pour curry on it. Our favorite is the katsu or Korean dumpling curry. Mushroom tempura is also to die for. Dishes are also optional with Vietnamese style pickled greens which are delicious. When you order, there is a self-serve kiosk in front where you order with card or contactless payment, if using cash, you will need to ask staff. Portions are large will fill you up pretty nice.

Two words - flavor bomb. I keep having to reschedule my trip to Japan due to the pandemic so I thought I’d get my fix here. Got the rosemary sando, and it’s like a superior, pimped out version of the already-delicious katsu sandwiches you find in conbini stores. Delicious!
Place is small but really well kept. The food, while some have some interesting names, was amazing. A little pricey, but if you do come by make sure to get the Pearl Harbor Meal.
Was staying nearby at an Airbnb and decided to check this place out. This place is straight up gas 🔥 In the 3 days I was staying, I came by twice and ordered curry chicken katsu, baja chicken katsu sandwich, and the kamikaze.

The meat is good quality but not top-quality (I guess Ive been spoiled by Japan, where you can easily find excellent katsu at moderate prices). But for the price, you definitely get your moneys worth. The curry is good and creamy, but if you order the katsu-curry udon, itll get a little soggy. I guess its inevitable. The dining room is pretty basic, but it seems clean enough. As for service... well, there isnt really any. You order through a touchscreen, and then the kitchen staff will hand you your tray at the counter. Its more like a take-out place. But overall, its still recommended.

2023-11-24 05:34:04Katsu Bar is one of my favorite sando places. Nothing beats the egg salad in my opinion. And the curry complements the taste so well!Ive gotten it multiple times and take a lot of friends there. The cauliflower is also really good.

Everything else seems ok.Now I got the Korean fried kimchi dumpling for 7 something.It was a bit underwhelming, the filling is not full, there is no dipping sauce.Haven’t tried the burger, but for a 7 dollar appetizer, really not worth it.The cozy Korean trend atmosphere is pretty nice though

2022-10-29 21:42:48I can finally take this off my bucket list. I always see this kind of sandwich at Japanese videos except I do not have to go to Japan. The sandwich 🥪 were good even my kids enjoyed it. We also tried the curry it is also good. I definitely recommend coming here.

2021-05-20 18:29:36This place was bomb! They have a self ordering kiosk. I had a great talk with JP and he was super passionate and fun to talk to. I got a bunch of katsu sando for some friends and they liked it. I got the kamikaze sandwhich and you can get double pork katsu inside for an extra 3.00. I definitely enjoyed it a ton. I will be back, thanks for the great experience JP and team!
