Kazuma Sushi in Fremont

We went for our 8th anniversary and the food was absolutely delicious. The servers were very polite and courteous. We and a very good experience. Will go again!

Sushi is my wifes absolute favorite food, therefore I have to go with her everywhere. I primarily enjoy sushi rolls. But in this case, every orders food were excellent. If its your first time, Id advise sticking to the Thumbs up menu options.

Delicious food. Strongly recommend vegetarian rolls and chicken Katsu with curry. Plenty of sushi, cold and hot options. Ingredients seemed very fresh. Staff was super friendly. Amazing place overall.

My first visit. They have lots of vegetarian options for me so i was impressed. Prices are average. Drink prices were high but the sake was cheap if you get the hot. dry cold sake very expensive. We ordered 140 dollars worth of sushi. all kinds of rolls and Uni. Uni is hard to get and its pricy. We had better Uni elsewhere but it was still good.we had a few service issues that i wanted to draw attention to. First our sake was forgotten and we had to ask after all our food was out.the other was my futomaki roll had crab in it. I am highly allergic to crab. even though its imitation i do not take a chance. and the chef argued with our server about it. that kinda sucked because we felt bad. kinda a gaslight moment that we sent him twice to fix it. then he remade it and it was good but sloppy. like we insulted him.after that the service was just meh.. like we didnt see our server again till he brought the check. no offer of any dessert if they had it and no refills on drinks.so all in all good sushi not the best but still pretty good service .. meh..i think id get it to go and serve myself next time.

Best sushi ever. My first time and the sushi was amazing. The salad dressing was so tasty. This is a must try restaurant. The sushi is fresh and so tasty. The staff is really friendly.

I truly want to give Kazuma Sushi 5 stars but not just yet. Weve been there twice now. We spent a lot of money both times. Its not a cheap place to eat at thus we limit ourselves to special occasions only. The owner/host made sure we are taken care of properly. Food used good quality ingredients and is quite tasty. Ratio of rice to meat or fish on the Don dishes favored the rice so we felt less satisfied after eating the entrees. The order of food arrival was wrong. Our sushi rolls only came after all the main entrees were almost consumed. Assuming its considered an appetizer, it should come first. In our case both times, it came last. The servers kept asking, is there anything else you need and our response simply stated, our sushi. Anyway, our salad came midway too into the meal. In fact, we had to ask for our salad, wondering where they were and whether our meals came with it. The good news was they kept us hydrated with water since it was a hot day. Anyway, our general experience was good, it could be better. I am fully confident they will get the order of food delivery correct sooner or later. We will continue to recommend this neighborhood Japanese restaurant and visit them again, hoping to award them with 5 star rating.

First time visiting and it was one of the best sushi place in town! The owner and staffs were all above and beyond kind and friendly, and the Nigiri Sushi Omakase was a blast. The sushis were all in fresh condition, great quality and not to mention they were super delicious. Definitely will revisit soon. Thank you for the great experience! 감사합니다, 번창하세요!😊

Really good food and really a friend recommended this place and it was good. Service was fast we did not have to wait for a table the staff was really friendly and helped us out with her menu and the prices are phenomenal and the quality of the food is amazing definitely go check

If youre looking for nice Japanese restaurant in Fremont give Kazuma a try. Not as trendy or fancy as that place near the costco on automall but nicer most othe places.Located across from Ho chow in that little strip mall on warm springs, Kazuma has a large and extensive menu. There are two spacious dining areas. Atmosphere is modern with dark paneling and ceiling, perhaps a little too dark. Ceilings are high enough to allow for conversation.Overall food is quite good. Portion size is average and prices are moderate. One could slightly argue that that the rolls are on the small side.I had the sushi moriwase and the presentation was great. Every piece of fish was fresh and overall I was quite happy with it. It tastes very bit as good as it looked. Their green pepper (i think its pepper) relish really complemented the flavorsThey have a bar but it was stocked with sake and beer. The dining area to the right is for larger parties. I guess they dont serve Japanese whiskies. They should.The restaurants location across from the companies on warm springs boulevard makes it ideal for company lunches and dinners.Overall Kazuma is a good choice for getting a nice Japanese meal in a nice Japanese restaurant. Its a good place to take a friend or significant other.
