Im so glad I have Kim Kee Noodles.Update: The best period!Update: I eat Kim Kee once a week and I am not ashamed to admit it!!!!!Update: Had the noodles dry for the first time..... i am keeping it with soup inside. It was greta but i like the soup inside better!This is one of the greatest noodle spots around and Ive tried many many!!!!! Love the fact that you have the option of pho or egg noodles, skinny or thick and soup inside or out. It all makes a nice taste difference!

Fantastic wonton noodle soup, you can also get it wet or dry! You can get egg noodle thin or thick and choice of rice noodle too. Bot chien is also awesome there. Always consistent noodle house and service was really good. Their sliced jalapeños were great!

Not a bad place if you are looking to get noodle soup in the early morning. We ordered their Hu Tieu style soup and it tasted great. We didnt like the omelette that much. It was a bit oily and not that much flavor to it. If you dont like eating soup, I recommend getting their chow fun seafood combination. It the thick white noodles that comes in a gravy sauce. Recommend!

Best wonton soup ever!! It was my first time, and I wasn’t sure on how it was going to taste, but the flavors are so on point. The prices are reasonable, excellent services. I would come back and recommend this to anyone.

I feel like it was okay, maybe just personal preference. We ordered the house noodles (dry) and a hokkien style noodles (dry). The house noodles were okay, the hokkien style noodles has vinegar in it so it was not my favorite. They did warn me before hand that it has some vinegar in it, I thought I would be okay but ended up being too much for me. The fry radish cake tasted really good with their chili pepper! Long line as well, get there early!!

Just know you are here for the food and the price you pay for that food and nothing else.Dont expect to have good service or for it to be super clean/quiet. Its a classic traditional Asian kitchen area so go in with appropriate expectations.But the food is great and the prices are low even if theyve raised them compared to before. Still great!

I really wanted to like this but unfortunately it is awful. I ordered satay beef noodle soup, it is super spicy and barely any soup in it. It is not salty at all, just pure spicy, couldn’t taste anything else but the spice. The rice noodle was very soggy. Very disappointed.

Absolutely love this place. I have been coming here for years and the service and food are both great. The staff are like family to me. They always remember me and greet me in a friendly way. Actually they know my whole family, even though we never eat there together (Im not just talking about my immediate family, my uncles, aunts, and cousins too)! I love their noodle soups especially, but the pan fried noodles, rice cakes, and ice coffees are loved by the rest of my family 👪

Food was amazing! It was some of the best egg noodles Ive ever had, servers were attentive, food came out quickly and tasted fresh.Only one major down point:Silverware was not clean, soup spoon and fork (I know Im still learning how to use chopsticks). Everything else was great!

Tried #21 - House with Egg Noodles, with soup on the side. Soup was one of my favorites that Ive tried, but I think Ill leave the soup inside since I dont really use sauces and need the flavor from the soup.Also tried the fish cake and the Chinese donut. The fish cake was nice and chewy. As for the chinese donut, definitely one of my favorites, hands down. It had such a nice crispy texture on the outside and it was just perfect.

I usually get the same thing every time I stop by this place. The number 21 with half white fat noodles a have yellow fat noodles. The soup comes with lots of meat. You get shrimp, fish balls, pork liver, and other delicious items. Service is fast and efficient. Highly recommend Kim Kee Noodle Cafe.

It is very disappointed experience to eat at Kim Kee noodle cafe in Monterey park.1.I asked for a cup of hot water, till we finished our meal, the waitress did not bring it to me.2. Next table, a man has continued coughing and sneezing then he walked into the kitchen to get the paper containers and plastic bag for 3 times without his mask put on.3. We ordered 3 dishes, a congee has waited for 10 minutes, pork kidney dish for 15 minutes, the beef tender with rice for 25 minutes. I asked why waited for so long she indicated that the machine was broken????4. Bad service and narrow place so your table is very close to next table.

Noodles whether dry or in soup is always consistently good. Our favorite is the seafood noodles dry with variety of fish and squid balls, shrimp and filets of fish. Been coming to this location for almost two decades a few of the waitresses have been here just as long. Count on starting to be busy starting around 1045 so get there early.

The food is hot and delicious, reasonably priced, menu had accurate pictures. They also just finished cleaning when I came, so the place was clean, including the restroom. I just wish that they would have come a little bit more often to my table to see if I needed anything.

Love the food here. If its your first time, try the beef satay Noodle dish. Its soup less and good. Or you can get any of their soup noodles, but ask them to put the soup on the side. Then when it arrives, add some satay sauce they have on every table into the noodles and spoon a little bit of soup into the noodles and mix. This will make it into a spicy soupless Noodle. You can add more soup if you like, but soupless is the bestJust drink the soup separately.

Bring your own black vinegar put two/three tablespoons into the dry noodle together with their house recipe chilli. Taste the magic. Disclaimer: They do not have nor provide the black vinegar you need to bring your own. Tips: Get the higher/best quality vinegar from asian/japanese supermarket. Its going to be worth it.
