Best Vietnamese food anywhere. Some of my Vietnamese friends say it’s not authentic, but to me there is nothing like it. My favorites are: Grilled mussels, Shrimp roll and Sate Soup.The grilled mussels are served with lime juice, salt and pepper, crispy fried onions and crushed peanuts. You have to losen the mussel off the shell and slurp it to get all the flavors combined. Delicious 🤤The spring rolls are fresh made to order and served with a peanut sauce with a flavor unlike anywhere else, 😋The Sate soup comes with Beansprouts, Tai basil, and lemon . You need to add that to your soup bowl before you start enjoying it.

I have been coming here for over a decade for the Sate soup and it has only gotten better with time! I’m not much of a pho person but I LOVE this soup. Best soup on this planet! Perfect combination of savory and spicy.I also really enjoy the spring rolls, the grilled mussels, and the clay pot with combo shrimp and steak!

Weve been return customers of Le Soleil for years, but today we came for our longtime favorite vermicelli plates and were disappointed. :(The chef mustve changed because the flavors arent as tasty as they used to be.Servers were kind and attentive, but unfortunately we probably wont be coming back for the food.

I love this restaurant. The servers are always super nice. The food is delicious, reasonably priced and there are plenty of gluten-free options. My favorites are the chicken and shrimp crêpe and curry vegetable.

Pretty typical Vietnamese restaurant. Order a dac biet noodle soup and a combination Cajun rice. The soup is a bit light compared to other places, but still has that distinct pho flavor. The meat was good, slightly raw as expected, which I like. The Cajun rice on the other hand was disappointing, maybe I was expecting too much as its not something you see on the menu of a Vietnamese restaurant.

The chef might be in vacation: vermicelli dish did not taste the same or as good as usual tonight. Not as sweet, too spicy, virtually zero mint. Too much celery. Hopefully owners and chef have not changed! Other three dishes were great as always. April 9.

Ive been coming here for some time now and love it. The service is stellar, staff friendly and menu selection excellent. My latest favorite is the spicy red curry which I get with the tofu. Theres lots of seating room and parking is typically not an issue. Come check em out!

Wonderful Pho! This is one of my wifes favorite places to eat. Can be a bit loud and echoey if theres a lot of people in there, but otherwise no complaints. The food selection is great and have never had a bad meal there - and weve been going there for over 10 years now.

Favorite spot in the area for many, love the gumbo, skewered prawns with virmicelli, and pho is very popular here. Can get noisy and wait area is tiny. Good menu but I havent had much more than the gumbo and chicken.

This place is fairly close to my office so me and my coworkers often have lunch at this place. Its not your usual Vietnamese restaurants. They serve French/Vietnamese fusion food with reasonable prices.I love their claypot dishes, the fried chicken dish (with tomato rice!) and also the grilled mussels. Ironically, their pho isnt that great. They do serve satay noodle which quite good. You wont find this dish at most Vietnamese places. Ive read in the menu that they serve jambalaya as well, but Ive never tried it before.

The first time I came here I thought the food was decent and enjoyed my pho. Recently, when I came back, the prices were raised on everything. The pho was expensive! And when I got my dish, the quantity of meat and noodles was just sad. There was so little compared to what Ive had at other restaurants. Honestly, I think the prices went up and the quality went down.

Id give this place a zero if I could. Ordered through doordash. It clearly states on the app & internet menu my order of grilled pork vermicelli comes with vermicelli at room temperature. My order comes with just the pork, veggies, no vermicelli whatsoever. Employee said they asked to doordash if my order was supposed to come with vermicelli or rice. What would doordash know? Called to rectify the problem after paying doordash for delivery. The employee says her manager was supposed to call me. Never got the call. Called again. Im sitting here with cold food. I offered to come and pick up the correct order. The employee insist I wait for the manager to call. Wow! No customer service here, whatsoever

I come to this place at least a few times a month and it satisfies my seafood noodle cravings. It probably wont be the best noodle soup or pho that you have ever had, but it will get the hunger job done. Pricing on their soups can be more expensive than traditional Vietnamese restaurants and service sometimes can be really slow during the dinner hours when it is rather busy. If you are in downtown San Leandro and craving some pho this place is worth a shot.

Nice atmosphere, clean restaurant. The pho seems to be the signature dish and the beef did not disappoint. Along with a Thai iced tea the bill was close to $15 which seems expensive.They do make all dishes to go and you may order by phone.
