It was really really really good I got the sweet and sour pork chicken combo plate and honestly 10/10 your state of the art Chinese food was very good very big portion size and was very authentic and flavorful, however I was dissapointed with the drunken noodle as it is almost all this I think pasta? Some sort of pasta carbohydrate and it’s just full of it maybe it was in the description but yeah 9/10 was very good would highly reccomend👍🏽

FUN! Personable, friendly environment. Had a good time talking with the server. My son called while we were talking, and my Chinese grandkids were saying hello, and the server started talking to my granddaughter in Mandarin. We all the biggest kick from that.The food was fresh, not overcooked, and just the right amount of taste without any overwhelming sense of what is this! Anyway, well definitely be back. Sunday evening around 7 pm is the perfect time to go. Not crowded, food came quickly. Overall, it was a pleasurable experience. Highly recommend. Dont take our word for it. Give them a try. Great comfort food. Out the door for three for about $85, with enough leftover for another meal for three. Try it, youll like it!

Very nice Chinese restaurant. Stopped here for a quick bite for lunch. The lady who served us was very nice and welcoming. Food was very good, we had won ton soup, chow fun and fried rice … I did particularly enjoy the chow fun, very flavorful.The place is quaint but a little dated. If I lived in the area I could totally imagine coming here regularly for food.Would definitely stop by again if in the area.

They must have had had one superbad day. Based on the reviews theyre awesome. This is the first time Ive ever given anyone a one-star review. Our server was completely oblivious we constantly had to ask for things such as plates for appetizers forks and napkins.

The restaurant has changed hands. Food quality has decreased drastically. The egg rolls used to be so good and now they are about a quarter of the size and do not taste good at all. The brandy fried chicken was strange pieces that we kept getting bones. Definitely too much breading. The chow mein was more like Italian chow mein, large noodles with no flavor. We were there before it changed hands and we really enjoyed it. We will not be going back.

Ive been going to Lees since I was a child. The restaurant has always been the go-to spot for family gatherings. Its been hit and miss whether food and service have been good over the past couple years.Mar Far fried chicken is some of the best Ive ever had. Egg Fu Yung is delicious and j think they have the best fried rice in the Yuba-Sutter Area. Their chow mein with the crisp noodles is my personal favorite, but the rest of the family prefers the stir fried soft noodles. Sweet and Sour Pork is a little too heavily breaded for my preference, but not bad.Last time I was there the food was great and the service has always been great. Definitely somewhere I will continue going back to.

The beer was served in a frosty glass- perfect. The cheese filled wontons were light and fluffy served with warm sweet and sour sauce. Tasty. I ordered the combination fried rice. There were shrimp instead of prawns,pork and chicken. The rice was very fluffy. The pork tasted like it was marinated in some sort of sweet and sour BBQ marinade - sweet. The service was excellent

The food is excellent with a diversified menu. You can order any number of entrees or select dinners for 2, 3, or 4 etc. They allow you to substitute on the dinner items although sometimes there is a slight additional charge depending on the items involved.Due to the way the entrance is constructed it could be a problem for wheelchair accessability.

Food was pretty good. However, everything that was meant to be breaded was highly breaded. The egg rolls, the prawns and the brandy chicken drums were so breaded that we had a hard time eating them without pulling the breading off.We may not go a 2nd time but if we do, we will for sure be very picky and wont be getting anything breaded. Breaded items aside, the food was really good we just dont get Chinese alot, so an unsure 2nd time visit is our combined disappointment of the excessive breading and the fact we just dont eat Chinese often enough.

My last visit to lees canton was 1974. We always had a family sit down there. We had been going to lees since they opened. I will never forget this place. My classic food is brandied fried chicken, pork fried rice,egg drop soup, and my family. to this day I make that same dinner once a month. Most of my family is gone but my memories are vivid because my 10 family members would sit at the big round table, elbow to elbow.Thank you lees for giving me a great memory

The food was very flavorful and fresh! Great selection. We will definitely order again. We’ve tried others between Yuba City and Marysville and this is the best by far in quality and flavor.I was a bit thrown off to walk up and find the door locked after I called in the order but I know what to expect next time if the restaurants are still closed for dine in.

Not the best but not terrible either. A weak 3 stars. Service wasn’t the best either. The Brandy Fried Chicken was over breaded and not cooked completely. Couldn’t eat it. Sweet and Sour Pork was mediocre at best. Ive had better at Panda Express. The Pork Fried Rice was decent however. Would I come back if I was in town again? Probably not...

I have been going to Lees Conton my entire life of 46 years. This place has never disappointed me or my entire family. The food has always been outstanding. Every time I go back home this is a must stop. Live on east coast now and no place has ever empressed me as much. The brandy fried chicken is to die for. No place I have been in all my years traveling in the military comes close. Love this place. Help keep them in business. They do an amazing job at keeping you safe and still able to enjoy their food.

My Grandparents lived halfway down REEVES AVE. Yes the 2 story which was a up-down duplex when they bought it in 1957. Anyhow the first Chinese food that I ever ate was from LEES CANTON. My mother was a waitress there and her co-waitress bought it from the LEES. NOW her Daughter has it and I thank her for the food tasting exactly how it was in 1960. THANK YOU LEES CANTON. A true Yuba City legacy.

Great service, delicious food. Theyre only open for takeout right now so, call in an order, let them know when you arrive, a server takes the payment and a server brings your food out to your vehicle. Fast, and friendly. Did I mention the food is delicious?

The staff is very nice. The fried rice is the best. The brandy fried chicken had an odd lemon taste. The sweet and sour pork has carrots in it instead of pineapple, an absolute fail. The sauce was also way to sweet.

The prices are still reasonable. The pork chow mein, broccoli beef and the fried cheese wontons were good. However, the egg roll was pretty much inedible because it was burnt.The service wasnt quite up to par. He didnt bother checking on us except to offer a refill on my lemonade. I wanted a Pepsi, but the soda machine was broken.

As a vegetarian, Id always order the vegetable fried rice, or the vegetable chow mein. The problem is its becoming super common for cross contamination with their food. Almost everytime I eat it, I have to pick out pork, which shouldnt be an ingredient with these dishes. This is the only place in town that has this as a regular problem. Other than that, good food, and family loves it. I just personally wont be coming back anymore.

This place is disgusting. I cannot believe that the Health department hasnt been called on them. I dont think that they used hot water to wash there dishes! I found roaches all over the place. When I was there I noticed a pallet of food delivered sat in a non-refrigerated room for more than 4 hours without getting to the cold box. I will never eat here again.

YUBA CITY, CA We spent over $50 for 3 people for take out. Boy we were really unhappy not only with the price, but with the quality of the food. My meal consisted of more than 50% bean sprouts and cabbage I got Lees Chow Mein and it was just awful. It was bland and tasteless. There was a small amount of chicken and pork and even that was tasteless the few shrimps that were in their didnt even look cooked. I didnt eat them because they were so unappetizing. My husbands Curry chicken was pretty generic, he said it needed more curry The pot stickers were also generic and fairly bland my sons Chow Mein Was just like mine with all the bean sprouts and cabbage and little meat and vegetables. Never again. I guess I should have checked the reviews before buying dinner, not after. Lesson learned.
