Linko Sushi in Apple Valley

Service is friendly and fairly quick. It gets packed but for good reason. The rolls are on the smaller size but they still have an impactful punch. Lunch options are at good prices.

Changes my rating from 5 stars to one. 5 years ago this place was truly the best sushi place I had ever been, I travel a lot and it was hands down the best. Then they got bought portions went way way down the price went slightly down the atmosphere got nicer.I went back a few times because I was disappointed in the reduced quality. I have not been there once where a waitress or waiter check on us since. Out of water ready for more order No one comes by. Well once in awhile I like to stop by see if there is improvement but tonight the yellow tail was so bad I almost puked. It was so gross and it is my go to everywhere. I will never be going back. Not until they find there roots again. I suggest hiring the old owner and consulting on how to have quality and good service.

First time going and was just referred by a friend. Loved their variety of choices of sushi and other food. Everything was mouthwatering! Will be back for more!

The food here is extremely delicious and made with pride. The Fresh Raw Oysters are to die for! I tip my hat off to the chefs that keep sushi a delicacy with the wonder of food fusion alive.

Had a to go order yesterday and ate it today. Saw a long black hair in my food. I have short red hair, so its definitely not mine. Thought I found a good spot. Sadly wont be going again.

Favorite sushi spot in the desert! Highly recommend, food is always great! Complementary treats are always nice. Haven’t had an item here I didn’t like!

Beautiful ambience and atmosphere. Very nice date spot. Also a beautiful birthday spot. Ive taken many people here for their first time and it is always a big hit.

The dragon egg was my personal favorite menu item. The baked scallop roll seemed too sweet and needed something savory to balance the flavor.

I eat a WFPB diet almost exclusively and I still want to enjoy dining at a sushi restaurant from time to time. My vegetable roll was so colorful and so delicious! Even their simple side salad is just delightful. I always am greeted by their warm staff and the service is also top notch. All their food is so fresh, I won’t go anywhere else!

Very welcoming! They give you a little complementary shishito pepper appetizer and green tea ice cream dessert. They thank you when youre leaving. My favorite things are the Cajun Salmon roll and Jungle Roll, which is covered with seaweed salad. Both are unusual and not what you find at a typical sushi place. The only thing I think could be improved would be tea. Iced Green has little flavor and Hot Green is a teabag. A well-brewed, flavorful rice tea would be the icing on the cake. BTW, they are very clean and have a GOOD health rating. This is the most important point when dealing with raw fish. I love going here but it does get crowded if you go at dinner time or on weekends.
