2023-07-18 03:02:41I liked the restaurant’s decor and ambiance. It wasn’t too crowded for a late lunch on Saturday. Presentations for the dishes were very nice; however, all the dishes were just way too salty! I had to keep drinking water throughout my meal…I think I must have drunken at least 2 jugs of water! Service was mediocre. The person who brought the dishes out had no idea what those dishes were and mixed up our dish with the next table’s. There are a lot of places for improvement.

2023-08-05 04:51:27The food was amazing and the service was excellent. Our server was very helpful as we navigated the menu, looking for the right balance of dishes for our party of four. A little noisy, they might have turned the music down so we could hear each other talking. Going back the next time we are in Los Angeles.

2023-08-19 12:58:32Food was perfectly prepared and even though i did a take out to my hotel, the greens that came with my grilled lemongrass pork chop stayed dresh and crisp. The pork chop was so very nicely cooked! Very flavorful. And the rice cooked just right. It made my day!

2023-08-06 17:16:45Food was good and presentation was pretty! However, pricing is a bit excessive, or I guess that’s normal since it’s Downtown LA. $16 for two spring rolls, $26 for Banh xeo, that’s mostly beansprouts… overall the food was tasty and flavorful.

2023-08-08 16:29:03Ive been to the Irvine location. The DTLA space is about 1000% smaller. Given the smaller space, it feels a bit cozier. Definitely recommend reserving online.Came here on a Monday at 730pm. It was still relatively busy.Service: Food and drinks came out very fast. Almost feels a bit rushed. Certain nuances such as sauces took some effort. Given the shortage with Sriracha sauce. Recommend bringing your own. The spice condiments here tasted like ketchup. Not a fan at all. Given the prices, they should make their hot sauce in-house.Food wise. Its pretty decent. Better alternative than driving down to OC from LA for decent Vietnamese. Price wise, its way higher than traditional Vietnamese restaurants. The environment was alright. Given the small space, the noise volume can be a bit much.Overall, I will likely not be back to this location.

2023-06-10 20:13:34I’ve passed by this spot numerous times & I’ve heard great things about this spot.We ordered the pho banh cuon, imperial rolls &, shaky shaky beef, and for dessert we got the warm pecan tart, whiskey dates with ice cream. The pho banh cuon was pretty good overall and the sauce was the best part. The imperial rolls was also good but a little overcooked and the shaky shaky beef was excellent but the rice is what made it phenomenal. The desert was a great end to the whole overall dining experience.I definitely recommend this spot, but I wish the Banh mi was available for dinner. Parking is limited to street & customer service was great. Also seating is also pretty close to other parties if you’re a party of two.

2023-05-16 05:24:40We had been here before. Its a nice option if youre around downtown. The menu is mostly Thai and Southeast Asian. The food is pretty good, we had the papaya salad and a curry. Great desserts. My wife is pescatarian so he ask the server about options fir her and he marked in a menu with a pen. Nice detail. Excellent service

2023-04-30 00:56:45Stopped in for an early dinner and loved every minute.Atmosphere: cozy, trendy nookService: pleasant and unassumingFood: Great flavor and presentation. The eggplant was delicious, served hot with a savory sauce studded with garlic slices. The crispy prawns were fresh and as promised, highly recommend.Pricing: Moderate to somewhat pricey, but the portions are generous. $23 for prawns, $18 for the eggplant.

2023-07-21 15:11:50This place is a gem! I’ve never had a chance to make it to the entrees yet. I always end up getting full from their spring rolls or filling salads. The peanut dipping sauce is served warm and omg is it so good. I always order extra lol.
