Great food always hot and fresh tasting without ever having to wait a really long time for your food. Staff is friendly place is clean offer online ordering with pick up or delivery. Prices are fair cheaper then the other Hawaiian places around and quality is just as good if not better. Highly recommended

The restaurant itself is in okay quality and could be a little cleaner, napkins and forks on the ground. Restroom could use love too.The food is very enjoyable, delicious, and quick. Definitely worth the value and good lunch special.

Their service was on point. Food tastes good and portions were big as always. The kalua was a bit dry, wish they added more of the sauce but at least not oily. We didnt wait long for our Bbq combo plate and katsu & kalua pork plate despite the kitchen making two party platters ahead of us. Definitely would come back after a good gym session 😅

Honestly had pretty low expectations for this place from its reviews, but I was really craving chicken katsu and it was close by. For shelter in place, we ordered by phone and the food was ready as soon as I picked it up. Its located in the Luckys plaza, so theres always plenty of parking. The regular plate was only a little more than $10 with tax so I thought it was fairly priced. When I opened the box, I was shocked at how much katsu they gave. They gave almost four layers of katsu! as well as generous macaroni salad. I was able to share this with a friend and be super full. I am super impressed by their generous servings and plan to come again soon.

My favorite Hawaiian BBQ spot. This specific location has decent prices and great service. The portions are also huge! Getting a mini katsu gives you so much chicken.The tossed salad with Italian dressing is a good option if you dont want rice and mac salad.

We ordered the classic Katsu/BBQ and the plate was filled to the brim. Eating here reminded me of the very first time I ever had L&L, because the portions were generous, the chicken was crisp, and the flavors were on point. Honestly, I would have to put it in my top 3 of L&Ls that Ive had over the past 14 years.

This is the best L n L Ive been to in the peninsula! The food has always been tasty and consistent, and I dont find the mini versions of the plates being that different from the regular, which means it fills me up just as good! Very nice staff, and speedy service. Keep it up!

My go-to order is a mini BBQ chicken. About $9 for a very filling meal. I can never finish the full order in one sitting. It comes with one scoop of Mac salad, one scoop of rice, and a WHOLE LOTTA chicken. Amazingly moist chicken and I honestly have not found a better Mac salad.

Helps fill that Hawaiian food fix. The katsu is the best. Fried extra crispy on the outside but yet still moist and juicy on the inside. And you can get it in two sizes regular or mini. I get the regular with two scoops and Mac salad and have some left over for lunch the next day. You can also half and half ( two different items) if you want to mix it up.

Their Chicken, Stake and Katsu is great, the only issue I have with the place is that the food typically has too much fat (meat) or skin (chicken) for my liking. The food is really good overall, plentiful and very well made. I would recommend to anyone who wants tasty food, I would say get the chicken if you are similar to my taste (not wanting too much fat) as its much easier to remove and you will have more to eat. I have been going to this L&L for ten plus years now. It is my favorite Hawaiian Barbecue place. My favorite is a regular plate with Chicken Katsu and Garlic shrimp. On occasion I’ll go loco moco, which is a burger patty with gravy and an egg. The BBQ Plate is also great, they have great short ribs. The macaroni salad is the best I’ve ever tried and a spam musubi is a must. Don’t forget one of those Hawaiian drinks with guava.
