Very good vegan breakfast burrito, so good taste of everything in. Fresh, delicious combo of tasty vegan cheese, potatoes, their own tofu-egg, and veggies, and a good smokey salsa. I skipped the impossible sausage and asked for avocado instead and it was so yummy. I appreciate that they could make changes in my burrito. The jungle sandwich on sourdough bread was also nice. Its very nice service and theres a friendly atmosphere.

The Old Skool Bahn Mi is an amazing combination of baguette, pork pate, ham, cheese, pickled veggies, jalapeno, and cilantro. I could eat this every day!Very friendly place, and highly recommended.

Great Bành Mì…like the best sandwich I ever had!! The staff are really friendly and nice. Though the space is pretty small the atmosphere is very calming, which would be a great place to study. It was a bit stuffy inside, but I believe it was summer when I went here.

My family and I came here on an afternoon and ordered a few sandwiches including the spicy chicken banh mi, and turkey pesto sandwich. All were delicious. The bread the pesto turkey sandwich was super soft and fresh. The banh me was def spicy as advertised and Im a regular spicy foodie--so caution to those that dont like a lot of heat on their food! Very delicious and will definitely come again!

Food:Lokal‘a bacon breakfast burritos are absolute FIRE. Omg. It has just the right amount of egg, cheese, potato (not too dry), peppers, bacon, etc.. The tortilla has a littleeee crunch from the grill and doesn’t get soggy. The burrito always stays intact which is rare and amazing….. and they are served all day.I also get the Albacore Tuna Melt sometimes which comes on crispy-ish sourdough and is so flavorful, fresh, and absolutely divide. *chefs kiss* Their coffee (I like the cold brew) is awesome as well (and I’m a Starbucks brat).Service: Plus, the staff are so friendly and personable, give you a mom and pop feel. The food comes out SO quickly. They also do take out but again it takes like 2 secs, you may as well order there.Atmosphere: Inside and outside have cute places to sit and eat or study, and it’s rarely crowded.Price: That’s not even including one of the best parts of Lokal: the REASONABLE PRICES.I come here at LEAST 3x a week and you should too.

The Manager with the blue hair lies in order to save face. I order online for the local discount, but the manager lied by saying We cant give discounts on online orders. Every order I have ever placed there was online, and every order received the local discount until this particular manager. When I told her that I ONLY place online orders and ALWAYS receive the discount, her face went white as a sheet, and she mumbled something about a new POS system. Eat somewhere else if you want to be treated with respect.

The vegan Lemongrass Tofu Bahn Mi is Bahn Mi perfection. They have great vegan options, in general, friendly staff, and great drink options. Their brunch options are solid, too. Their vegan breakfast sandwich is awesome

Holy heck this place is unreal! If you dont go here and order the whole menu, youve made a mistake. The French toast was DAYUM good and the steak sandwich was to die for. They also have amazing breakfast sandwiches which are very reasonably priced. Overall 12/10 and thanks for the staff recommendations 🫡The person who gave this place 3 stars is untrustworthy in my opinion cause this is 🫰🫰🦅🦅🔥🔥We dont have photos cause we ate all the food :/

Ive had 2 Bahn mis here... They were better than good! Bread spot on, meat spot on, veggie so juicy crunchy, the sauce.. Perfect. I would dare say if you get accustomed to this type of flavor, it will ruin all OTHER Bahn mi houses. Cant wait to try the rest of the menu

I like this shop, but I’d ask that they please not cancel pending Too Good To Go orders after the pick up window has already started. I got the message as I was literally parking in their lot, halfway through the time window. Giving 3 stars because deal seekers can’t be too choosy, but it felt a bit rude.

Update 2022.Ive ordered from here recently and its been amazing and consistent. I continue to come mostly for the avocado coffee smoothie but their sandwiches have stepped up and I enjoy the bahn mi sandwiches a lot. 😁

This place has the best food. The crunchiest, freshest banh mi since Banh Mi Venice and ASAP Phorage closed their doors. The most mouthwatering burger with fries and a beer this stretch of Lincoln. The most complete breakfast burritos (outside of maybe Great Whites, which are tasty)
