This spot was pretty good! I thought because of the name that it wouldnt be that good but it was! The only thing, when they brought out Pho out they didnt bring all the fresh limes and herbs. Spring rolls were good, egg rolls were really good I forgot to take a picture. Thai tea was good they even had fresh young coconut.

Vietnamese spot with modern decor located in the Village. Came here for dinner on a Friday night around 7pm and there was no wait. The place is more trendy than your typical mom-and-pop, and accordingly pricier. Split a combo with my mom and my sister got the oxtail and brisket pho. We had an order of spring rolls as well, which came in two. The pho was good and it was good for two people to split.Credit cards accepted. Free parking in the shared lot available. Single occupant restrooms are available in the back.

I visited Mr. Pho California in Diamond Bar recently, and I have to say, it was a so-so experience. The fried rice I ordered was decent but nothing to write home about, Id give it a 6/10. The Chicken Pho was alright, but it didnt particularly stand out. Overall, it was an okay dining experience, but I wasnt overly impressed.One downside of my visit to Mr. Pho California in Diamond Bar was that it was quite loud inside the restaurant, which made it a bit challenging to have a quiet meal. Additionally, I had to ask for an extra plate because the first one they gave me was dirty, which was a bit disappointing. These factors did affect my overall dining experience. Probably wont be coming back here.

Cozette (hopefully I got her name right) our server was nice, friendly, patient. We asked few questions since its our first time and she was patient and really took the time to explain. Food was amazing. Ordered more than we could handle because we wanted to try everything. Then another staff came to our table his name was Allan... We immediately recognized him from another place. When he saw us he also recognized us. Its like seeing an old friend.This is our new favorite pho place.

+ pho comes out really fast+ garlic noodle’s steak & pho brisket are really tender and good- garlic noodle’s noodle feels cheapy like that of panda express- pho broth is lacking (feels too light)- rocket shrimp kinda sucks (vein is still in the shrimp & it tastes bland)- expensive for the quality of it.

Don’t sleep on the bone marrow pho. It was HUGE and soooooo good. Meat was tender and falling off the bone. Definitely coming back for this again.

The place was clean and spacious between the tables. I tried the Chicken Pho and the broth was great!! The garlic sauce they give with the pho was good too. Big portions, you definitely get what you pay for. I also got their iced Jasmine tea and I loved it, I wasn’t too sweetened which I prefer. Their spring rolls were also great as was the peanut sauce.

A brand new gem for the best Pho in town! The decor is fresh, clean, and contemporary. The ceiling is high making the place extremely welcoming! The staff are incredibly kind and they really look after you.The portions are very generous, the pho noodles are very tasty. You must try the garlic noodles with filet mignon. Wow, amazing! All in all, this place is a must try!Parking is very easy and you can do your shopping before or after your meal since it is located in the plaza of Homegoods, TJMaxx, and Aldi supermarket.We enjoy this place very much 💜

Oh wow! Havent had pho this good in such a long time! I was shopping at this plaza as I like to visit Homegoods and got hungry. Saw Mr. Pho inside this plaza and came to try it out. So good! Their pho noodle portion is very generous! Their soup is so flavorful and the ambiance is very contemporary. Their service is excellent here!I will definitely bring my friends here next time!! Cant wait.💚💚💚

First time eating here. Was just ok, but the fried tofu was delicious and lychee/Jasmine iced tea was refreshing. !Atmosphere was so so. Walls looked like there was food tossed on the walls and the light sconces had cobwebs on them. Didnt look the cleanest even if I remember, had posted an A rating. Maybe the kitchen was clean but the dining area looked like it needed a good scrubbing.

I tried Beef Pho, Spring Rolls, and Sandwich.Taste was just okay. Not that great, Not that bad.Very optimal for a new business.Definitely I will be there again to try another menus.Interior is very cooler than any others pho restaurant. It was feels like I am in the modern bar tbh.Spring Roll was so so. I recommend it.Pho had good portions of meats and noodles. Soup taste is just like “Oh it’s soup” If you really like deep tastes from soup or if you expected salty soup, you’d might be disappointed. However, just like what I said, it’s very optimal taste. You can control the salty with sauces. So wasn’t bad at all. I would love to try again with different types.Sandwich.Taste good But the portion of Sandwich wasn’t. If they put little bit more meats and veggies than I had. It will be good when I compares to the other pho places.Service is okay.Before covid, this place was a Japanese restaurant but unfortunately they couldn’t open and finally this new pho restaurant opened.Good luck for your successful business.I give 3 stars for now.After couple more visits, I will change it.

Love the idea of short rib pho! It was pretty good, the meat was very good. It was $19 a bowl. Plenty for one person, definitely not a meal you eat on the first date. I would say it was good but one star loss due to I wish the broth was more rich. Had to spice it up with Sriracha and hoisin sauce :). Overall I would come back again for this!

Good was great. So was the service (at first) as after we got our food they weren’t checking back. The little metal glasses for water was something different. Would give it 4 1/2 but can’t. First time here, will update if/when I return.

Best Vietnamese restaurant around the area! Love Pho here. They made the soup so savory and tasty. There’s so much meat in 1 bowl and the portion of everything else is big. The back ribs were cooked to soft but chewy, sweet and tangy.Not all Pho place makes good, authentic taste of broth. This place is 1 of the successor in that.The interior is not a standard Pho restaurant, but designed to stand out and luxury I have to say. Drinks menu is also great. They offer sugar cane juice, their thai tea is also amazing! The smell of strong green tea, mixed with the right amount of milk really brings out their handmade recipe. I want to try the eggrolls and garlic noodles shaken beef next visit. I hope they’re doing great so I can keep coming in for my favorite of Pho bowl. 🥰

My wife is not vietnamese but she needs to have pho literally 2x a week. Needless to say weve been to our share of pho restaurants all over So Cal. Having said that Mr. Pho is the best in this area. This restaurant also has the best server in the area in Allen as well. A lot of bests thrown around but they deserve it.

Ordered spring rolls with shrimp only because I don’t eat pork. They messed up the order and it had pork. I had to return them and now my stomach feels queasy. They remade them but didn’t offer anything for my trouble and it cut into my lunch time. Just disappointed in the service.

My first time ordering from Mr. Pho. I got the chicken pho and the Saigon sandwich. Heres my verdict:Chicken Pho - Dont get it. This is not chicken pho. The broth doesnt taste like pho, the chicken is shredded, dry and not fresh. You cant just throw chicken broth, noodles and shredded chicken together and call it chicken pho. Chicken pho has to be done right and its not easy. There are restaurants that specializes in chicken pho only. There are very few that can do both beef and chicken. You are misleading your customers by offering this. Many may never have chicken pho before and youve given them a false representation of what many consider a core staple of Vietnamese cuisine.Saigon sandwich - Good but with a caveat. The insides (meat and vegs) is very good. The bread was REALLY chewy. Maybe because I got it to go and the bread was toasted but its been sitting there so thats why its chewy ? At any rate, I took it home, took out the insides, toasted the bread, put back the insides, and everything is good. So maybe only order the sandwich when you are at the restaurant.I should probably come back for the oxtail pho. But $20.00 for a bowl of Pho ??

My wife and I were in the area for a family event and ended up eating here for dinner 3 nights in a row because it was so good. My wife loved the beef pho and I loved their vegetarian options, especially their Bahn Mi. I will definitely come back here everytime Im in the area. Our server Alan was amazing, friendly, funny, and attentive. He definitely made our experience here much much better.

Oof!!! Mr Pho is a PERFECT find for those whose love Vietnamese food, especially PHO. This is a modern restaurant which just had their soft opening recently in April.They have QR codes for the menus or physical menus for you to look at. You can make your own Pho and you have the choice of thin or thick (fresh) noodles. I just got my own Pho with thick noodles and filet-steak. The broth was really clean, hearty and beefy as well.The staff were all very attentive, responsive and were super friendly.Definitely a must stop when you’re in the area.

Orded the build your own pho with steak and meatballs and was not disappointed with the food.However, I was not very impressed with the service. The employee seemed annoyed when we would ask for more water even though we were the only people in the restaurant at the time.I am willing to give it another try as the food was good given the price.

Got there at 7p, half place full, waitress said they were real busy, waited 15 mins for them to just clean up a table we like… food was bad, soda lemonade, grosss… fried noodle, noodle was bad and like expired food…. Pho combo, those brisket, frozen bad… Yes, of course, gave you bill before you even finished your food… waitress was joking around, siting on table… wow… we would go no more….

Average, at best. Pricey. $15 for a bowl (one size) of pho.Came for oxtail pho. They were out of ox-tail, bone marrow and short rib. So nothing special.I did the build your own pho. Got fresh noodles with filet, tendon and fatty brisket.The broth came out somewhere between warm and hot. Important for those that like their broth piping hot. The broth was good, but not $15-for-a-small-bowl good.I really wanted to like this place, because its close to work.Bottom line, when compared to my usual pho place (Pho Huynh in El Monte), this place is trash.
