There was a young man (I think his name was Isaac) who was by himself helping all the customers but didn’t seem flustered at all! He was calm and professional and constantly reassured everyone he would help them as soon as he could. My drinks were delicious and he was so friendly with a smile that never left his face. Thank you for keeping that customer service alive and well ! I was having a rough day but his friendliness and smile made my visit so much better. Thanks Nekter!!!

Lovely little health conscience smoothie/juice/ice cream bar. I got the Charcoal Vanilla with cacao nibs and fresh strawberries and my husband got the orange dream smoothie. Both were amazing and tasted so fresh. Great place to hang out, we saw people playing tabletop games like Jenga and Uno. I also noticed a couple Vegan menu options for those living a plant based lifestyle.

Everything is always good and they dont take long to make your order. I just wish they were open longer. They close so early.

Upon arriving, the manager and I entered together. She sat and started eating her lunch. It looked like an item from Starbucks. I ordered two drinks and waited. As I waited, about 4 customers ordered after i did and received their drinks. After about 30 min of waiting, I asked when my drinks were going to be ready. The attendant told me they were almost ready.I no longer wanted to wait and asked for my money back. They called over the manager, who was still seated finishing her lunch (Starbucks item), a Caucasian lady, mid 30s.She walked over almost bothered and said it takes long to make fresh drinks, and besides, you came at a busy time. I told her my fresh drinks took long but not for the 4 customers that ordered after I did?She returned my money and sarcastically said you would get your money in 4 to 5 days, as if to try to bait me to argue.The unfortunate thing about this incident is that it occurred in front of the manager. As a manager and seeing that it was a busy time and letting her employees struggle, as she is sitting there eating for over 30 minutes and not helping shows the type of management this establishment has. The role of a supervisor or manager is to assist their employees even if its your lunch time.Nekter, its time you revisit this managers training because her failure to act will further cost you to lose more business and customers. Rest assured, I wont go back as well as the other 2 customers that left before ordering due to the long wait time to order and receive your order.

Nice place, very busy, I felt bad the only worker their was swamped. She kept apologizing but I understood! Hope they get more than one person on shift!

Absurdly long waits. They have been way understaffed for months, and don’t make a serious effort to hire. From the moment I walked in it took 10 minutes to get someone to take my order, and there was no line. After I ordered it took over 30 mins to get my order. They are flooded with Doordash orders that slow them down too. Services like that are good for business, but a cancer to the quality of customer service on walk-in customers. I am tired of how many such encounters Ive had like this here; I am returning.

Best juice place in the high desert. Plus all mostly vegan healthy options very flavorful juices and smoothies I especially recommend the two faced and granola very tasty and fresh

I was here in the morning and it took a while because there was only one employee, but she was friendly and tried to work quickly to take and make everyone’s orders. I got the popular berry banana açaí bowl which was great. Delicious crunchy granola and it was clear everything’s really fresh. Great to have a place like this in the HD!
