Theyres a lot of places to choose from Neckter from south county orange in the california. This place provides service to chose from. They have several juices to pick from including acai bowls from. The juices here a good choice to pick from & order from mobile appliction. Good detox juices here.

Want to start if by saying this 5 stars is only because of sarah I hope that is her name. It was busy and she was working so hard while it seemed like other employees were just standing around complaining I think jose was his name he had a man bun. lol sorry but it doesn’t look good when customers see one girl working hard and and seeing jose just complaining to her about her work seems like jose needs to look in mirror.

This store was not crowded at the time of my visit. The gal was polite and took my order quickly. The toxin flush is one of my favorite and it was prepared fast and tasted delicious.

I really want to like this place, but for the price the customer service is abhorrent.There’s never any sense of urgency (15-25 min for a smoothie), and it’s almost never correct. In general there’s a “so what?” attitude from the staff, who just can’t be bothered.I’m not sure if it’s training or what with the staff, but I’m hoping this place can turn it around.

The bowl I got was delicious but the service was pretty bad. I walked in, smiled, and said hi to the cashier and she just stared at me. I looked at the menu to choose what I wanted and she proceeded to turn around and work on something without saying a word. I waited until she was finished to order. I myself have a RBF but I try my best to at least say hi to all my customers as they walk in. Like dang girl, at least say hi back.

20 mins for 2 smoothies and both were completely incorrect. I called the store to let them know but they wont pick up the phone. I had strep throat and all I wanted was a smoothie. My husband returned to the store to see the girl working there on her cell phone ignoring the phone ringing. Horrible service and a waste of $20.

Food is amazing. Getting the order right??? NOT so much. Very annoying when youre very excited to get your bowl or whatever and its wrong. No matter if you order via phone, app, door dash or what have you, it always turns out wrong. Then theres the app... there are so many things wrong with that, I dont know where to start. I wished someone would start a new smoothie/ bowl / buz. The owners have taken a backseat to so much, its a bummer.

Its no surprise that everything at Nekter is incredible, hence why I LOVE going there! But while every other Nekter Ive been to gets my order ready in less than 5-10 minutes, the Dana Point location doesnt quite match up in terms of efficiency. I have been to this Nekter probably 5 times, and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have been there, there are very few customers and I still find myself waiting a minimum of 20-30 minutes for my order. At this location, the counter/work area is very open, and it legitimately doesnt even seem like they try to get your order to you quickly. Instead, a couple of my friends and I watched two workers make drinks/ bowls for people who had seemingly been there several minutes before we walked in incredibly leisurely and slowly with ZERO regard for time. I have always gone there with the hope that maybe I got caught on slow days previously and the service they provide will actually be done efficiently, but I have never been so thoroughly disappointed by an establishment that I have had to compose a negative review about it. If you dont mind the wait time because youre simply relaxing and hanging out with friends, then Im sure this is not a bother whatsoever. But for people who expect a certain quality of service, especially if they have somewhere to go, for your own good, do not come to this location. For the benefit of its customers, I truly hope this location improves its services in the future.

Love this place! Love the menu! But the service is way to slow. Used the app to place my order estimated time was 30 minutes, and that was fine. I got there and still had to wait another 15 minutes for my order! Then realized my order was made wrong, and the ginger shots had nothing but ginger. No lemon or cayenne just a cup of juiced ginger!

Terrible service. Took quite a while to even order our food and it wasnt crowded. Then after we order it takes another 10 minutes to get our order, and they also forgot to make one of our smoothies. Would not recommend this location if you expect to get your order in a decent time.

For the majority of the time I have great service but at my last visit my order was handed to another customer. I went up to the counter to tell them I thought that was mine and the girl working behind the counter was extremely rude and upset that she had to make another bowl. So I said it was fine, Ill just take whatever she was making already. She never apologized or thanked me for making her life a little easier 😆 some people. 😅

Whoever is in charge of customer service needs to teach their employees. Also having two people working there when there was quite a few orders and making people wait 35 minutes for two drinks is a little absurd.After going to surrounding stores around there and getting lunch to come back to find out the drinks weren’t ready we were told they’re just toldThey’re busy busyNo apology or anything. I would think before lunchtime and during lunch time you might want to hire or have another person work. I saw too many people leaving frustrated as was IThere was no apology nothing they just said theyThis will be the last time I come here. There’s a juice bar down the street that I will be frequenting From now on.

When we moved to the area, we visited a few different juice bars and even though there are more on my list to try, so far, Nektar has been the best. The staff, the juices, and smoothies that my son and I have tried so far have been excellent. They are flavorful and the balance of veggies and/or fruits is so spot on.They also make any off the menu drink creation you want. Our favorite is making a peanut butter jelly smoothie with strawberries, banana, peanut or almond butter, a little honey, and coconut milk. Its so good!Super impressed by this place.

Make sure to download their app to maximize your rewards. Greens are a challenge to incorporate into any diet. This really helps fix that need to get fresh veggies in. Avoid the pea protein, agave, and anything too sweet, just my .02 for a healthier drink. Maximize the micro nutrients with as many greens as you can handle!! I don’t believe in the detox concept, but I do believe in getting as many vegetables into your body as often as possible!

I went in today and no one was wearing masks. I politely asked both girls working if they could put on a masks seeing as how were in a global pandemic thats killed 180k. She told me that I was crazy and that the masks has holes on the side and that it doesnt do anything. I was shocked and saddened seeing as how my mom has RA and is at high risk. I then called the owner and the owner told me that everyone has their own opinions I will never ever go back to any Nekter after that. I was amazed at how a place like that could treat someone especially during a global pandemic

Chunky smoothies. Mostly frozen fruits for their berries and bananas, not exactly fresh. Unles you consider “fresh-frozen” fresh. Snacks available are full of cane sugar, canola oil, milk powder etc... Staff is pretty indifferent towards customers. Atmosphere is pretty unappealing, cold, loud, grey. They choose to use agave syrup instead of dates to sweeten the smoothies. Could be a much healthier place, prettier, a lot of potential. If you’re here to get a healthy drink apple, beat, spinach, ginger, those tend to be fresh.

I thought the employees were extremely rude when they asked me to leave because I wasnt wearing a face mask even after I explained to them that my doctor recommended that I not wear one due to my health challenge and disability. Ive been going to nekter juice for years sometimes daily, but youve lost my business, I will never go to the store again!

Friendly staff, quality ingredients, delicious drinks. I recommend adding beets to the Toxin Flush!Like any juice bar, you have to wait a bit for your drink, but thats how you know its fresh. Dont complain, it is worth the wait.

I love their juices, smoothies and bowls. I typically use the ap to order and pay for my order so I dont have to stand in line. My order is typically ready within 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

Juices smoothies are too expensive and the quality is poor. I ordered 2 watermelon strawberry lime smoothies with one of them having a really weird tasting peace of strawberry in it, I couldn’t finish it. Way overpriced

I like the juice but there is no way to call store location without going through an 800 number for corporate and corporate is not open the same hours . Total inconvenient for customers. Put location phone numbers for Christ Sake!
