Niyozaki Grill in Fontana

I was excited to try this place however I was extremely disappointed. The food isnt fresh. I got a spicy tuna salmon roll and I couldnt eat more that one piece. Im sure that roll was on its last day before they had to toss it. I also got the chicken and steak with rice. They cut the pieces of steak and chicken so small. I couldnt finish the food after I took a bite of the Brocolli and it had an after taste of like its been stored in the refrigerator for too long. The KING crab rangoons lol they have no crab.. My kids and husband also agreed that we wont be coming back here. Gave them 2 stars because the staff was friendly.

It was ok. Im not a fan of Japanese food... but Ill have it again. Next time Ill try the chicken

Im what you call a regular here at this fine establishment & bid you fair warning that if you love consistency in good food for a good price then you too will join the conglomerate of people that return here for these very reasons. The Niyozaki Grill sits in a busy plaza next to one of Fontanas arteries off of Baseline. The staff are more then accommodating and I have never had any issues with any of my orders what so ever! The one thing that grinded my gears 😅 was when they took Sushi Nigri off of the menu albeit the options are expansive and I have no problem substituting with different rolls. Undoubtedly a spot to check out & dont forget to practice those chop-stick skills. Enjoy my fellow gourmands!

This place is good. I ordered the chicken and shrimp entree. The food is great, good portions for the price. The vegetables were really cooked to perfection.The only thing that was ok was the fried rice. It lacked flavor. The customer service was amazing. Will definitely come back. Help support small businesses.

I really like it! Reminds me of Habachihana Grill. They have lots of options and fill your plate. They aren’t greedy with their shrimp, which btw is well seasoned. It’s very clean and a 10/10 would recommend!

Since 2021 covid days Ive been coming here, and even tho the prices went up a tad bit still love the food here. Definitely a decent sushi place, try the salmon roll, king crab rangoon or the steamed or fried dumplings! Three of the best items on the menu!

It is decent restaurant, food taste good and service is about average.Just another restaurant to select if you want to try something new.

Friendly service and good sushi. The rolls are smaller than I thought they would be, but they make up for it by giving you eight for the price of $5. This is their salmon roll.
