Wanted something different so I thought Japanese food. I ordered a Salmon bento box, the salmon was cooked Amazingly well. Ive been to fish restaurants all over the inland empire and most dont know how to cook fish. The skin was crispy and the meat tender. Only thing I would change is having the teriyaki sauce on the side, it masked the flavor of the fish. The rest of the bento box was good, the service very good. Im thinking of heading there now, Im thinking of the Salmon writing this review.

Most, if not all, of these 5-star reviews are fake (which is also against Google’s policy -cough cough)... the food is honestly surprisingly bad. I’m waiting for them to improve. We need more Japanese restaurants in this area.. especially ones that are good..

This was my first time trying because the other place I go to is temporarily closed, but I do have to say Im impressed, the food was amazing, the amount of meat that they put inside the rolls is worth the price. And they are cut a little thicker than most places. I also got 2 bobas one was coconut and the watermelon. I enjoy it, it wasnt to sweet which I loved. I decided to add a little bit of tajin in it and it was amazing. The lady who helped me was so sweet and kind. Overall my experience great for was amazing and customer service was good.

Recently went with my mom and sisters to eat because my mother has been out of the country for nearly a month and really wanted to eat good Mexican food. We order and everything is fine until we receive our food and my mother notices that her order is wrong and if they could fix it. The older gentleman who was dressed in all black that was also servicing us snatched my moms plate right from in front of her in a very aggressive manner and takes it to the window that divides the cashiers and cooks. He asks the cooks if the order is wrong they say it isnt and basically tell my mom that she is wrong. My mother knowing that that food isnt what she ordered nor what she wanted reexplained that it was infact wrong at this point the older gentleman seems annoyed and demands to see a receipt from my mom. My mom although sometimes can be ditzy is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and the way that this man was treating her was unacceptable to me and my sisters. They finally fix the order because again they got it wrong, after it was all settled and we started to eat the whole atmosphere in the restaurant change and the staff became distant and uninvolved with us almost as if they wanted us to hurry up and leave. We were all very uncomfortable and felt unwanted during our entire meal. As soon as we finished we hurried up and left because if they dont want us there then fine well leave. All we wanted to do was celebrate my mom coming back home, but all we got was the cold shoulder and a very uncomfortable time.Dont get me wrong the food was good, but its not worth the very rude customer service.
Sushi Miguel Style II

Wow, this was a waste of money and a terrible customer service experience. I wanted to treat myself to some sushi, I called in for a lunch pick up, ordered 3 piece bento box and 2 piece Salmon Roe ( Ikura, under their nigiri section ). Should have been about 20 bucks for lunch, $14.50 + $5.50. Come to pick it up and they charged me $33, I asked for an itemized receipt, and they had Salmon Roll $13 on the receipt instead of Salmon Roe. I told the 2 ladies at the front, thats not what I ordered. Instead of saying they were sorry and offering to make my order right, I got an attitude from one of the women saying she asked me twice on the phone if I wanted a roll and I said yes. I told her twice on the phone that I wanted Ikura, salmon fish eggs, not a roll. The other woman said they dont even offer that (even though its on their online menu). No apologies, nothing, they already charged me and I had to take all this food. Ok, I get home and realize they charged me $16.50 for lunch box instead of $14.50. And the only fresh tasting item was a salad from my bento box. Most of the teriyaki chicken was so dry and old, I couldnt even chew it. Salmon on that salmon roll had a fishy taste and was very mushy, and the whole roll kept falling apart. Definitely not coming here again! $33 for lunch that ended up in the trash because of the poor quality! yuck

Me and my wife have been here a few times in the past month since we found out about it. We have been here within 2 hours of closing every time and customer service has been on point. I have had no issues with any employee until today. I had just read a review on him yesterday and figured it was exaggeration. Oh boy, was I wrong. This older Caucasian male was passively rude. You could tell he did not care about being there whatsoever. The cherry on top of it all was how sloppy he was. He was dropping everything from my plate like he was nervous. The deal for Tuesday's and Thursday is free crab I believe. When I asked for it on both bowl they said it's only a reward thing. I have not received any texts or emails so I did not know. What easily could have been done was to say they can do it this one time except the older man very rudely said you have to pay for the other bowl. He acted like he didn't know what the deal was when I mentioned it, but he was very quick to say it's per reward account basis? The very last thing I have to mention is the prices. It's not horrible but it is not cheap either. They have flyers inside that show different, cheaper, prices. Which should either be replaced or honored if it was brought up. This was a great place my first few trips but, this most recent trip, is making me debate if I should ever come back. I would highly suggest to work on that specific employee, or risk losing customers because of him.

This Japanese restaurant always delivers delicious quality food. Service is always fast and friendly. To go orders always on time. Location is somewhat hidden. I have nothing bad to say about this place.
