Noahs Vietnamese Fusion Cuisine in Merced

The service is great and the rice dishes were tasty. We got the lemongrass chicken and the shaking beef. The beef was flavorful, but hard to breakdown after chewing. The broth (not in the pictures) was very good.The Banh Mi (Vietnamese sandwich) was disappointing; the meat was cold and the bread was not fresh.

The food is amazing and the service is friendly and competent. The wait time was a little long, especially for how few customers there were, but definitely worth it. Good portions and delicious food

I give three star because I did not actually eat here. My girlfriend sent me here for some broth. I got both types of broth chicken and beef. Couldnt really tell the difference in taste. They were more sweet. But it looks like a nice place. I took a few pictures and I will try and eat there when my girlfriend gets better. The location was easy to miss as I was looking for it on the street. Not a great location. That must be why the place was empty. Not because its a bad place, but because nobody knows its there. Ill give a new rating after I eat there. Nice people and nice customer service.

Noahs is the best, I eat there at least two times a week on my way to Fresno from where I live. Service is very good, I never wait more than 10 minutes for my food from the time I order unless its really busy. Me my girl and my daughter love it. Noahs has a variety of great Vietnamese food but our favorite is, of course the Pho, but before that...appetizers with spring rolls fasho. BAF (bomb as f#*!)

I dont know what is happening here at Noahs. Currently dine in is not available because of covid-19 and recommendations of the CDC. We ordered in person and were told it would be a 25 minute wait. Its a bit much to wait but I thought I was getting quality shrimp Pho like other times. The 25 minutes turned to 30 then 35 and finally 40 minutes later we had our food. Once home I got all fixings ready to put into the Pho. Before I added the chili paste I decided to try the nice hot broth. Man was I disappointed. It lacked the delicious flavor that I have come to expect. The only positive thing about the Pho was that it had plenty of shrimp.

The server who regularly closes, is absolutely superb, I wish I knew her name! Beautiful woman with highlights!The food is great, I do ask for my Chow Mein to be modified - seems they never mind. 👍-Daniel Greiner

Inside temps are a reflection of outside, dress accordingly.I had the Lemongrass Chicken on my first visit. It was a solid serving of a well executed dish. The Missus had the Spicy Beef Salad. Pretty food is always appreciated.My wife has a habit of buying the Third Dinner, an extra dinner in case of disappointment. We eat festival-style from all of the dishes on the table.Noahs Third Dinner selection was the Shaking Beef. We were both instantly addicted. It was the first dish gone. I order 2 when we make visits to Merced, one for today and one as a leftover.

Spicy miso ramen and potstickers.

My bf n were in Merced, we were hingry and decided try this place for its 4 star rating. I got the rice bowl with grilled pork n my bf got their #11 pho with everything and spicy chicken. Service was great, food was ok.

The food is great at Noahs. It is inexpensive and the service is good 👍.
