Take out only. Avoid. Not authentic Vietnamese food. Very basic, taste is bland, just big portion. Their veggies are big pieces cabbage and broccoli. Zero Vietnamese Rau or Thai basil often used in Viet dishes. Not good for the price paid either. Go somewhere else if you want authentic foods. Even their specialty, taste bad. I havent had worse Vietnamese food in my life until I tried this place. Not sure why theyre on Eater. That person who recommended this place probably havent had Vietnamese food ever.

Great hole-in-the-wall for a quick food pickup. No seating, cash only. Food was really tasty.Not the cleanest looking place, but shrimp Bŭn was soooo good. Avocado smoothy was good, not sweet like some places.

Favorite hidden gem of the Monterey Bay. There are only 11 seats in this hole in the wall. Always worth the wait. Best beef and broccoli from San Louis Obispo to San Fransisco. I come here weekly. Cash only!

Visited here while vacationing in the area. Very happy we did. Ordered BBQ beef dry noodles, Chow mein with shrimp, and the Vegetarian dry noodle bowl with lemongrass chili tofu and vegetables. All of the dishes were fresh and tasty with generous portions. Also ordered a Thai tea, which was very good. Would definitely recommend.

I am a noodle bar chick. I absolutely love it! And I have gotten to know the staff and the people who run it, and I really just love them all. The location in Marina has been my home NB, but I recently moved and the one in seaside is closer, so I go there now. And its tiny, but I swear, the food is sooooooooooo good! I will, kite wait outside until they open 🤣

Its a very delicious place. If you plan to go remember to bring cash. Its a very compact place so its not the best place to come with friends but if you really do want to invite friends I recommend going before 5pm. Its a great place for lunch and dinner from what I remember they dont have dessert but they do have boba. The price is really cheap and affordable if I could Id go every day. Ive been going for a couple of years and Ive never gotten bored or sick of it.

This place is extremely delicious and scrumptious and will light your taste buds on FIRE, metaphorically speaking, of course.I would highly recommend this place. Only thing to consider is that the food here probably isnt the HEALTHIEST, as I would say that it is only a wee bit healthier than your McDonalds or In-and-Out.As always, moderation is key.

This is very good food, I think same owners as restaurant in Marina. Usually do take out as it is very small. Counter service only. Not good for a social outing with friends as there is a Line to wait for a seat. Portions are very good and prices are good for what you are getting too. Definite go back to place in Seaside when I want noodles. I love Boba drinks as well and they have a good selection for a good price.

The Noodle Bar Seaside, CA is one of my go to places to eat. Generous portions and delicious food. I personally have not explored the menu because I have been so satisfied with the BBQ chicken with steamed vegetables, and BBQ chicken with steamed vegetables and rice. Reliable sources have recommended the shrimp stir fry. I have observed patrons enjoying a variety of delicious looking bowls and dishes that made my mouth water. This little counter restaurant is always packed which I’m sure you know is the affirmation of quality food. Give Noodle Bar Seaside, CA a try I don’t think you will be disappointed. Oh and it’s CASH ONLY so bring the greenbacks. I found the pricing to be very reasonable.

Small no fuss hole in the wall, counter service restaurant. They have a steady stream of customers and take out order. We got there before the dinner crowd and the place was almost full. We squeezed in on the end and was given place mats and our orders promptly taken. The food is delicious here, prices very reasonable.

I have visited hundreds and hundreds of restaurants all over the west coast, and this one may be my favorite. I eat here as often as I can. The customer service is great, the family that runs the restaurant is so nice. The food is so flavorful and filling, by FAR the best Vietnamese restaurant Ive ever been to. My favorite dish is the lemongrass chili chicken, its not too spicy and has the most amazing and flavorful sauce. I also really like the chicken pho, my personal favorite soup. And for a light snack, the BBQ chicken spring rolls are great. The prices are very affordable as well, with fairly large servings. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone.

You have to try one of their boba drinks. They have a huge selection of flavors from avocado to watermelon. The restaurant is small, very casual, and family run with bar like seating. The food is very tasty and filling. The portions are large, visually appealing and not too spicy. The combination of noodles and vegetables taste great and are a superb change of pace. I am in love with their boba drinks. I will definitely be back for more. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Having recently been to Thailand and experiencing some wonderful noodle dishes I returned to Noodle Bar to get my fix. Not only does this little place hold up to my expectations for what consists of a good hearty bowl of soup tastes like but the rice dishes and drinks are superb. The staff remembers you and treats you well. I hope nothing but good vibes for this place and am happy to have it in my town.

We found this place on Google reviews and gave it a try. My wife had the seafood soup and I had the special, pork chop. We were very pleased with the food quality, quantity (the fried rice could be better- I ordered it with the pork chop. The dish comes with a bowl of consomme which was comfortingly delicious) and the price was reasonable. We had to wait as the dinning area is very small, but the tasty food made the wait worthwhile. We live in Monterey and the only Vietnamese restaurant close to us is Chop Sticks which it is not as good as this one when it comes to ingredient content, i.e. more pork, shrimp, etc. All in all, great value for your money. I guess well be driving to Seaside more often. I forgot, I also had the mango boba and it was delicious. They take cash only. I had to drive to Wells Fargo as their ATM did not work. Still, worth the wait and drive.

Im on the fence about number of stars. Food is certainly good and reasonably priced, but its so small, hardly any seating is readily available, not to mention the cans of drinks stacked about, and its cash only. The last part is probably my biggest annoyance leading me to take away a star, but there is an atm at the entrance. All in all, i do recommend eating here, just bring cash before you do.

I arrived about 3pm came in at perfect time.I hear it gets busy here, I had actually came in to order only egg rolls. It was my first time here and I was curious as to how the chowmein tasted so I ordered it along with udon noodles and the price was also reasonable. Upon entering I was immediately greeted by the Young Man behind counter who was polite and friendly and handed me the menu.My order was made fresh and done in under 15 min. I had odered udon noodles, chowmein, and egg rolls to go 👉 It Was ALL Delicious. The chowmein I ordered was regular size just perfect servings for two people, and egg rolls were so good, I am Definitely comming back to this place my Husband even loved the food.

The dry noodle section of the menu is similar to vietnamese bun but the bbq items actually have quiet a lot of bbq sauce (too much) on them. I would come here again but ask them to reduce or serve without the bbq sauce, it ruins an otherwise good bun dish. Do not bother with the spring rolls they are rather bland and the dipping sauce is downright disgusting.
