I have been eating Pho for many years and mostly in San Francisco, and I have to say that this place is a MUST in Santa Rosa. I have been going for a few months and its always consistently good and the Team is very friendly.

Beautifully presented flavorful food.we were offered a choice of spice temperature. We chose Asian and it was still not that super spicy... (super delicious, though). I think they were going easy on us :Di would dine here again.

Total bad experience! This place is skimpy, the will nickel and dime you to the max. Their online ordering system is a total rip off! Required to pay .75c for lime! Required to add on bean sprouts to your order another dollar! I am all for supporting businesses but this place is money hungry without any consideration with their services or food.Now on to the disgusting food. I feel terrible writing this review but I a more upset to open up my food to rotten meat brisket and rotten lettuce. The $15 BBQ pork rice plate was so skimpy you are better off going to Pho Vietnam. Egg rolls are soggy and my husbands stomach is turning now because the spoiled sour brisket! Toss it out! How long has it been??? I am so upset never ever coming back and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. We are so disappointed and totally regret coming here.The place is outdated but clean. The front of the restaurant has a bunch of trailers and people living in them. Idk Im not one to leave a super bad experience but our money is wasted food cannot be edible and were still hungry.Photo Vietnam is the best, full, consistent. No more trying other places.Oh and after everything they will charge you another $1.25 to use your card!

Each spoonful of bun bo hue, spicy beef noodle soup, nourishes the soul and cleans the sinuses with its unapologetic heat. I love spice and this is one place where I dont need to add Sriracha.

This food is so good! I ordered chicken Pad Thai to go from my cell phone while out shopping. I want to say that if my daughter hadn’t taken me there previously I may not have stopped due to the aesthetics. The staff is exceptional and I ordered my dish with no bean sprouts and it was perfect. I’m so glad I went :)I would definitely recommend.

This place is great! The broth is flavorful and the server was friendly. I dont think I had springrolls that tasted so amazing. It was a little empty when we went there but it was also late. I prefer the quiet places anyway. I will definitely be eating there again!

We ordered here for the first time tonight after living down the street for for a few years now and I regret not ordering sooner! We got the vermicelli noodles with BBQ chicken and rolls and it blew us away. SO GOOD!We’ll definitely be ordering from Noodle Palace again soon! Thank you!

This place is one of my Asian food favorites. The prices are good and the owners are very nice. The atmosphere is simple and kept clean. The bathroom is clean. Many small restaurants cant say this about their place of business. They serve Vietnam food, its not Chinese. My palate for Asian food is big I enjoy a wide variety. You will not be disappointed.

Menu offers many pho noodles type foods.This stand alone business has its own parking lot. Nice locally owned SE Asian fusion restaurant. Not Vietnamese as some reviews say. It is more Lao, Cambodian, Thai, Chinese and then Vietnamese in influence. I had the Beef Noodle soup B1 on the menu and it was like Pho but we also had the Spicy Lemongrass Chicken and it was more like a Thai curry than Vietnamese style and not spicy. Also the bowl of soup was huge but the Lemongrass, although chock full of vegetables was not a big serving as some reviews have stated. Worth going again to try other dishes. They have some beer and three wines that are not on the menu.

Plates are unreasonably small, total ripoff in portion size for the money youre spending: Stay away from the stir fry, they give you appetizer portion size curry and rice as the main entreeTotal ripoff and profit grab ruins whats otherwise really tasty food(look at the photo, they give mini plates, only as long as a fork length)

My friends showed up and of course they received better service which lead me to believe it was due to the color of my skin ... Anyway good food but ill get my food to go next time ... Ever since moving back up here we have had terrible Vietnamese but I can now say Ive found the best bahn mi in Sonoma county and it rivals my favorite spot in the inner bay. We got the pork and chicken; both were sooo tasty. My Thai iced tea was perfect, not too sweet like other places. Cant wait to try other menu items.

I ordered 2 R3s (rice and BBQ beef) over the phone using Google, both listed for around $10 and 2 spring rolls online and when I went to pick it up I was charged over $50. First of all the price on their online menu is not the same as what i was charged. It should have been under $20 instead it cost me $25.The deep fried wonton appetizers were burnt. So hard i had to break off the edges. I ordered to go, no napkins, utinsels, or sauces. In bag. The gal couldnt find any containers for sauce so i had to bring inside and use table sauce.I havent tried the main course yet. Will update.

If I had written a review in 2011, (why didnt I write a review in 2011?!) it would have been five stars: delicious food, reasonable prices, friendly staff. But now, in 2019 draw a big fat permanent sharpie line through reasonable prices. They charge extra for every single thing they can. I went here last month and when I asked to see a breakdown of how one order of pho, one order of spring rolls, a Thai Tea, and a banh mi totaled nearly $40, I saw this:-The prices on the menu arent current. Everything seems to be a dollar (or two!) more-Paying nearly $9 for spring rolls is a mistake I will not make again-Thai Tea is $4 if I recall correctly. Again, way too many dollars!-$.50 charge for dipping sauce. $.50 to $1.00 charge for each to-go container!! This is absurd and not posted anywhere on the menu or otherwise!-$3.00 charge to pay with a card.This used to be one of my very favorite restaurants that I would recommend to anyone and everyone. I no longer recommend this place to anyone unless I want them to feel tricked by the hidden fees. These people should start a credit card company.

The service was great and the food was better, was surprised that for a Sunday it was empty but happy it was. I went on the very positive recommendation of a friend. I havent actually eaten there! When we walked in, we were told there would be a delay in taking our order. We sat at our table for about 20 minutes, without a waiter acknowledging our presence or even giving us glasses of water. We didnt even SEE a waiter! So we left. We were hungry, and we could tell it was going to be quite some time before our order was even going g yo be tKen, let alone e our food served.

I stopped by here last night to get dinner to go since I was in the area and theyd had good reviews. The man at the front counter was friendly and it was clean enough if not fancy. I ordered the pork/shrimp egg rolls and the vermicelli salad with BBQ pork. While it was ok, the next time I want Vietnamese Ill go to either Simply Vietnam or Kettles even though theyre more expensive. The egg rolls were ok, but there was a definite fishy taste, and the noodle bowl didnt have any cucumbers or cilantro (or even mint as the menu stated) anywhere in it. The dressing with the noodles was excellent, the meat was adequate, the noodles were cold and the lettuce and bean sprouts in the salad were fresh. The price was good and if I lived in the area Id probably go back, but if Im driving to get it, Ill go someplace else next time.

First of all, Im not saying Im an expert but Ive feasted all through Vietnam and S.E. Asia and I LOVE the food and have been to nearly every Vietnamese restaurant in SR. Noodle Palace is my favorite. The place is beautifully funky -- it used to be a kinda weird rancho style Mexican restaurant and it still really shows. The blend of S.E. Asian art on the walls of the rancho is exquisite. A charming Laotian woman runs the place. Everything is very good (she makes her own curry paste by hand, daily).

Its, very small on the outside when u first see it, but dont let that stop u from walking in to check out the food. Pho noodles, if u like that, and a lot of real asian cooking. Although this is a South Eastern Eatery the menu here can be misleading. The owners and style of food are Cambodian yet their menu uses Vietnamese description which can be completely different. For example, their menu listed Bun Bo Hue which is supposed to be the Vietnamese Spicy Noodle Soup with different cuts of beef, pork blood, tripe, etc. Instead the one here is very on dimensional with just one type of beef and with Cambodian inspired spices vs the authentic Vietnamese style. Granted the soup was very good but I was expecting a Bun Bo Hue The fish cake had good flavor but unfortunately was a bit on the over fried as they came out a bit too hard. The Goi Cuon was different as it was lacking some key ingredients. Maybe its Cambodian style but again, dont call it Goi CuonOverall this is not a bad place, but make sure youre coming here for Cambodian food in a menu with Vietnamese dish name description.

FANTASTIC!!! some people are scared away by the building - but dont be so quick to judge! This place has great bahn mi and THE BEST WITH REST ASIAN CURRY IN SANTA ROSA . They offer a wide selection of dishes, but I couldnt recommend the curry enough. The owners are Cambodian, and although this curry is similar to what you would find at sea thai bistro or simply Vietnam, those restaurants are Thai and Vietnamese respectively - so expect something different. I personally feel that thid place is very authentic and the curry has a complexity of flavors seldom found at other South East Asian restaurants around here. Also... I think they add chocolate to the Thai ice tea XD. I cant imagine thats authentic but its subtle and amazing, if that is indeed what they are doing!GO EAT THERE.
