The restaurant is very spacious and clean. Smells good in there. The waitress is very kind and helpful. The food here is excellent and the bowl of vegetable soup is delicious. This serving is a lot and will feed two people. A great place to eat lunch or dinner. Its in a good location. Theres a gas station on the corner. Another restaurant nearby and a smoke shop in the same parking lot. Walmart is down the street over the Freeway 41 Bridge. I do recommend eating at this place. Especially, if you like or love eating vegetables and eating healthy.

This restaurant serves fantastic food, making it one of my top choices for noodles in Fresno. I appreciate that the waiting time is typically minimal, usually less than 10 minutes, allowing for a swift and enjoyable dining experience. The service provided by the staff is consistently commendable, as they go the extra mile in assisting patrons with menu selections, especially when Im eager to try something new.What truly impresses me is how this place has maintained its exceptional flavors and top-notch service over the years. Wow! This place does not skimp on the flavor! I ordered the beef LoMein with extra meat and noodles and now I have food for the next two days. Very impressed with the quality, flavor, and portion size. I highly recommend if you want endless tasty noodles for cheap.

Ive only ever ordered delivery. But every time it has been great. The food quality is high and consistent. Prices are very affordable. All around great consistent food with great prices. I recommend 100% The Flagship Beef Szechuan Noodle Soup is spectacular! Their wontons are amazing! The spicy wonton oil appetizer is great! The wonton soup is savory and fragrant. You gotta try it! Been ordering from there for almost 6 years now!

The noodles here are made and cooked fresh to your order and preference (thin, medium, wide). The stew is phenomenal and the beef flavor really shines through without being overpowered by the spices. The scallion pancake is not greasy whatsoever and super crispy too! Prices are good and portions are great, with some of the dry noodle dishes probably able to make a meal for two if paired with an appetizer (like the scallion pancakes). We got the regular Beef Stew Noodle, Plain Scallion Pancakes, and Dry Q-style Beef Stew Noodle. My favorite noodle place, ever!

Ordered thru door dash and the servings are huge. I ordered a wonton soup with rice noodles and it was a lot of food. It tasted ok. Different than the traditional wonton soups. I also ordered some chicken fried rice but I was too stuffed so I didn’t taste it. We also ordered Sichuan Beef Soup which was too oily and made his lips tingle. It wasn’t spicy. Didn’t care much for it. Wouldn’t order it again. Also got an order of dumplings - they were like any other. This food was ok, nothing to write home about. Probably wouldn’t order from here again simply because it was only ok.

We had Dan Dan Noodle and Q Style Beef Noodle Soup - both super delicious. They make noodles themselves, so if you love noodles you should definitely stop by. Unfortunately they closed their sushi bar, but it doesnt make this place less amazing. The staff is super friendly.

I kept reading the reviews to this place thinking hmm this looks like a really good restaurant. but when I looked at some of the photos I was like it looks like typical Chinese food. Boy was I wrong it was definitely worth the drive and the food was amaZZing ! you can taste the fact of the noodles are fresh and the portions are huge I only spent twenty-five bucks and was able to feed three people and have a ton of leftovers. I ordered the onion pancakes chicken lo mein and vegetable fried rice. It was definitely enough to feed 5 people. my favorite thing with the onion pancakes theyre super soft and crispy and when you dip them in the spicy sauce they taste excellent. top of that the service was excellent and the place was very nice and clean would definitely recommend !

So Ive been watching the food ranger and was looking for a restaurant that makes Dan Dan noodles and found this one. The noodles are superb. You get the numbing taste and the flavors are great. We also ordered the beef noodle soup for my son who is a picky eater and he loved it. My daughter ordered the wonton soup and that was also good; taste almost like a miniature bao (Chinese meat bun). And the noodles are made fresh at the restaurant, which is a plus. If you like authentic noodle soup, you should give this place a try.

This is my first time here. The thai tea (I forgot to take a picture of it) it was good but it seem like it was a pre-made in the morning. The BBQ chicken is good. It is crispy and fresh cook. The photo of the beef noodle bowl, the noodle is a little soft and hard to chew. The beef is a little tender but it was a big square slide cut and it was hard to chew and swallow. The broth is good. It taste like a pho beef broth. The photo of the chicken udon noodle bowl, the noodle is also a little soft and hard to chew. The chicken was very soft to eat which I like how it was cook. The broth taste not too salty perfect taste for me though. I give it a 4 star because I like the broth and the BBQ chicken.

First time trying and I thought it would taste as good as the ratings says but it definitely is not my cup of tea. My tastebuds did not find the flavors appealing. The Sichuan beef noodle soup definitely stands out in its flavors. I dont find it spicy at all but the flavors was very potent. The only thing I enjoy was the potstickers although Ive had better at least I was able to enjoy it more than the other food. Personally, I do find their food a bit too greasy for me.

Was craving curry and Udon so I came here and ordered the Chicken Curry Noodle. The menu said it comes with udon noodles but instead, it came out with regular noodles. I went up to ask why it didnt come with Udon and the kitchen’s response was “We dont have Udon.”its a dish that was supposed to come with Udon. You should at least notify the customer if you are missing a certain item from the description, not just switched the noodle and hope for the best.I would have let that go if the overall quality of this dish is good but it was far from that.The Curry was so bland and watery that it was barely flavorful. I can only taste the slight curry flavor from the chicken and the potatoes.The only good thing thats left in this restaurant is the Spicy Sichuan Beef Noodle Soup. Needless to say, my disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

Clean restaurant, friendly staff, fast service, delicious food... And HUGE portions. Next time my wife and I visit, well definitely share a dish! Our family (2 adults, 2 kids and baby) ate for $30 plus tip. We shared two noodle dishes, a sushi roll, and a wonton appetizer. No drinks or desserts. Brought home some leftovers, too. Overall I would return again, as I believe this place deserves a second chance. They are only offering take away at moment. No chairs or tables are available, but both tvs were on to entertain while you wait. They are using all known food delivery services and have a table with each service labeled clearly for pick up for the drivers. I ordered dan dan noodles, one of my favorite Chinese dishes from Sichuan province. The dish is famous for its use of numbing peppers. While their version did have a slight numbing sensation it was very mild. It was the first time I have had the dish with chicken, which while very differant was not bad. They deserve a second chance as the chicken stir fry we ordered for my son was incredibly delicious.

I had the Sichuan Beef Noodle Soup, the wonton noodle soup, and the beef roll. All were very good. I would recommend this place especially if you’re a fan of the fresh noodles. The broth is everything you’d expect when it comes to being Sichuan. The noodles certainly are fresh and the beef in the noodle soup was super tender. They did no skimp on the amount of beef either. The wonton for the most part was tasty however the first couple pieces did not turn me on because they lacked depth. But the remaining pieces were very tasty. I understand that when making a large batch of wontons each piece may have different depth because when you stuff that meat mixture in a bowl there might be a morsels that don’t get all the needed spices and seasoning. Lastly, the beef roll was something that I haven’t had and it hard to find in the area. It was very tasty and satisfying however to meat to veggie ratio was a bit more overpowered by the veggie. I hoping the roll would look more like the ones that the restaurant advertised on their menu. I will be back to try other dishes. I would recommend to anyone who like Sichuan cuisine.

Would you believe me if I told you the noodles are freshly made here? I had a wonderful experience the area definitely doesnt sell the place but the food is beyond. The scallion pancakes with cheese were a real surprise, and the portions I could not believe my eyes. These Noodles wont have you Questioning, a must try for anyone in the area.

The place was super cute and clean inside, looked way better than in the photos. Our dishes came out fast and were quite good. Pictures below is the chicken with Japanese curry. However I was disappointed at the $5 spring roll appetizer because it only came with 3 very small and flavorless eggrolls and was not at all worth it.

I wanted to try eating in but every time I go they said take out only so I decided finally order for take out. I order their Q beef noodles and bulgogi beef bowl along with spring rolls and fried dumplings. The noodles were good but the broth was not to my liking. The taste of vinegar was too much and there was no beef broth taste at all. The bulgogi beef was cooked with onions and it was burnt. You can smell the burnt smell and then there was hardly any beef at all. It was covered in nothing but onions. The spring rolls were horrible and soggy in the middle but my son said the fried dumplings were good. I threw everything away and am never going back there again. I took it as a learning experience.

I order the wonton noodle soup when I feel like something warm and yummy, but dont feel like cooking. We also ordered it for my family when everyone was sick, and weve gotten it takeout before too. Great find and my go to spot for noodles and soup. They make the noodles in house and everything is always fresh. I always start a visit with pan fried dumplings as they are the best in town. If you are not feeling well go for the soup, the broth is flavorful and light. Service is great as after a couple of visits they already know my order.

Very pleased with my first visit here. My wife and I decided to have lunch here on Saturday, we were in the mood for noodles. We were seated right away and our food was brought out quickly too. The service was good too. Didnt bother us with a bunch of visits but enough to keep our drinks filled and make sure the food was to our liking. I had the spicy beef noodles and my wife had the vegetable noodles. The meat in mine was practically falling apart, a very nice flavor and texture. I tried my wifes too and it was very good in its own way. We had the steamed dumplings appetizer which we enjoyed also.TL;DR - Great food and great service, will come back again.

1st time & last time going to this place. Ordered Won Ton Soup...worse Ive ever eaten, 6 wonton on top & bowl full of noodles. Broth very blan. Chicken fried rice, VERY greasey with soy sauce & lots of sauted onion...little to no meat..if that was chicken? Lastly chicken, shrimp & pork with noodles (had VERY LITTLE MEAT) so much I couldnt tell the 3 different meats. Paid $42.xx and most went into garbage was so bad. Save yourself a trip & $$$. I joined my cousin and his friend here for a bite to eat.We were allowed to choose anywhere we wanted to sit down.The server took our order quickly while we waited for my cousins friend. I received my drink while waiting, the server didnt wait for my food to arrive before serving my beverage. I appreciated that.We sampled a few dishes, I ordered the Dan Dan Noodles while my cousin ordered some type of beef noodle. His friend ordered the Dan Dan as well as some wontons.I learned that my cousins friend had been in China for a year and raved about the authenticity of the food.Just behind a plexiglass partition were workers and several noodle making machines. It looks like the noodles are made fresh on site. I was really impressed with mine.The noodles were chewy and tasted delicious. The sauce was spicy but not overpowering and the portion size was very agreeable.Definitely visiting here again to try the other dishes.

My family and I were so excited to try this restaurant because we had heard some people say how good it was. Well let me tell you it was a HUGE disappointment. The food was so bad that I would have rather eaten a cup of noodles. We ordered about four different dishes just to try different things and everything was horrible. I love their dishes, especially their cheese pancake with hot chilly wonton. Their beef dish is good too. I give 4 stars because their soup is salty. I like to drink soup when I eat my noodles but they put too much ingredients that cause the soup thick and taste salty. The place is not fancy but clean. Its a good place for family eat out. This is the place I will take my family when I want to eat some good home style noodle. However, I cant eat that often because their soup.Do I recommend this place? I think yes. Pleasant surprise. From hand-made noodle and hearty broth to big enough portions, my experience was nothing short of amazing. I read some concerns about services, but it wasnt the case with me. They were very friendly and polite. My only problem with this place is its way too far from my home, lol. Ill make sure to eat here again when I pass by Fresno next time.

Been here quite a few times now, have gotten my orders to go and dined in. I almost always get the same thing, the beef noodle soup and every time Im impressed! The broth is out of this world and the noodles are perfectly cooked. The portion of beef is quite impressive. I always end up having 2-3 servings from one bowl! The noodles tasted excellent and the broth was very savory. It was obvious the noodles were homemade, given the excellent quality. The best part is that we didnt have to wait very long for the food. Food was Bleh 👎Why was the vegetables in curry sauce so plain here? Tasted like just plain rice and undercooked tofu, you could tell by the color there was little to no curry sauce. Not sure if they ran out, cheaped out, or were just flat out careless but no flavor so does not accommodate vegetarians well. My boyfriend also got the szechuan noodles and it had a slight herbal flavor but also very plain, did not eat.Im not sure why it sucked so much when it has such high reviews. Did I go when the normal chef is not working? Does no one want to work right now due to the pandemic? Very dissatisfied and the waitress did not look suprised the food was so terrible and flavorless. Would not reccomend to anyone.

This was my first visit but I found this restaurant was just as good if not better than the rating it had been given.. The noodles absolutely fantastic. . I had the seafood noodle soup. Which I thought was great. .. My son had the dry beef noodle stew..he really enjoyed.. I brought home dinner for my husband and son... Now they want me to take them out to dinner there..... I found that the Ice tea was really good and our waiter made sure that we were taken care of... The restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms.... We will be back and probably soon... Come to this restaurant if you want to have a big portion of delicious noodles for $10 or less (before tax and tip)! I enjoy the consistency of their rice noodles and appreciate that offer vegetarian broth as well for the soups. Ive had both their seafood noodles and their vegetable noodle soups-pleased both times. My friends seemed very happy with their stir-fry and curry noodles. Seats are comfortable and restaurant is quiet enough when Ive gone to carry on pleasant conversation with your companions.

If you want to experiences some different type of noodle beside, pho and ramen, this a pretty good place to try. Specialized in chinese egg noodle dish. They make their noodle fresh. Their wonton with chili oil are super good. I usually order their Sichuan noodle dish. I think this is some kind of street noodle dish.

The broth of the spicy pork noodles just tasted like pepper and had no pork flavors. The eggrolls were good though but they were pretty small and they costed a lot for just 3. The dumplings had an over powering taste and there wasnt enough fillings. Not to mention they didnt look very appetizing. The staff were just on their phone and not really paying attention. I had the q style noodles, that has the beef shank and tendon, and it was the best noodles Ive ever had. The depth of flavor from slow cooking the shank is just great. I Aso had the dumplings or pot stickers they were absolutely delicious as well. Ignore any negative reviews, they really do it right here and are really nice people

Really love the dan dan noodles.. but only on the times when they put enough sauce. It’s really a hit or miss. Some days it’s good and some days it’s bland cause not enough sauce. Tip if owners are reading this... make sure to mix it good before putting it in the to go box.. The top noodles are bland while the bottom have sauce and taste good but there’s not enough sauce so even though we mix it, still taste bland over all.. 3 stars cause it taste really good when it’s made right.

I absolutely love this place, fresh noodles 24/7. They even have a area to watch the cooks make homemade pasta and watch them cook. You can see them working hard. As for the food. Its so colorful and unbelievably tasty. I ordered the chicken fried rice and I have to say Ive never had a fulfilling fried rice until I went to Noodle Q. Theres some new people there that are rude and get my order wrong everytime. When I ask what day the Asian man is there they refuse to tell you. They make their own noodles. You can watch them make it through the window. They have amazing broths that are stewing away in huge pots. The staff are very helpful and patient to those who arent sure where to start. And if you enjoy cooking at home, you can order noodles that are made and cut already, to go and cook at home.
