Service with any kind of an attitude never sits well with me. Young people without patience or etiquette should not be working a counter. We are not all locals. My family enjoys trying new eateries. It is the total experience. This place was picked from a Google search. Unfortunately for me, it was a total fail. The place was empty upon arrival. There was no rush pressure. We ordered several different items. Food was lacking in flavor such as the Mac n cheese. My dish Japanese Pan udon noodles with plant bases chicken came half full. Very little ( maybe a total of 2 dry nuggets cut up) of the add on. Very disappointing. The place needs to look up what a Cesar salad should have in it. They serve spring bitters, no romaine or hearty lettuce. Over all this was not worth the time or money. The best thing going is nice take out chopsticks. I can not recommend this establishment.

The salad was wilted, and a very, very small amount of sause on the spaghetti! We will not try again, it was that bad. Surprised anyone would want to return. Not happy to even give 1 star!

The service was great, I ordered a buffalo mac and cheese. The price was good but the item ordered wasnt for me. It was cold cheese on top of plain noodles with zero buffalo sauce 😭 I ended up having to add my own sriracha😬.

This place is an interesting array of noodles from Italian to Asian. I hade the beef stroganoff. Fairly tasty. Looking to try the Japanese pan noodles next time. Have some really cool desserts. Looks to be a rice Krissy treat of some sort. Completely different than anything I’ve been to. Will definitely be coming back

Got the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese with grilled chicken, broccoli and carrots and oh yeah a rice cripsy lol The service was fast and didnt have to wait 10mins for my meal to come and the food portion is excellent. The chicken is nice tender as well juicy and the carrots and broccoli are steamed. Will come back again!

The food was great and the staff was super kind. The cashier seemed happy to be there, and so did the girl who gave me my food. They wrote a little smiley face on my receipt and its very obvious they like doing their job more than most people do. You dont see that very often! Ill be back for sure.

Today (June 23, 2022) was my first time ordering from/eating Noodles and company and I was not disappointed. I got the med salad with no pasta and shrimps in the stead of chicken. It was delicious and fresh. The girl that took my order suggested I DL the app (to get points [to eventually get something free])which I was going to do at home before I went but I didnt. Brittany waited patiently for me to download and sign up. After what seemed like just 2 minutes (probably actually was close to that) she took my order and in less than 5 minutes I got my salad and was out of there.

I live really close to this location and used to go here during the first year in business and it was great. But after that, I go out of my way to other locations because this one is so bad. The food is never cooked right, noodles are soggy, chicken is not cooked right, etc. I mean a couple times I took it to go and just had to throw it away. So sad, because its 5 minutes from my house and Ill drive 20 minutes to the Orange location instead. Employees are friendly but whoever is cooking each time is just not doing something right.

This place literally tastes like frozen meals you microwave from the store. On top of it I ordered Japanese noodles for my toddler and the associate said they “were not spicy”. They were spicy!! And nasty BTW. He even said they come with steak in which they didn’t. I ended up asking for a refund, will not be back.

This is a casual, fun, no frills eating establishment that has outdoor and indoor seating. The food portions are deceiving and quite filling, the homemade rice crispy treats are soooo yummy. Food is made upon ordering, they have a wide variety of eclectic drink options and the staff is Always Helpful, Smiling and Expedient.Great place to go for lunch or dinner.

The portion size was really good for the price. I thought it took a little too long for my order to-go to be ready. I got the spicy peanut noodle with grilled chicken. All the peanut sauce was at the bottom and the chicken on top, which seemed really bland. Shouldve hard been stained better or the sauce distributed better throughout the bowl.

I want to give Noodles & Co four stars but can’t quite bring myself to do it. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, but the food chain-wide is just not what it used to be. Portions have shrunk, and some of the classic dishes (I’m looking at you, Wisconsin mac & cheese) taste cheaper. I remember having melted shredded cheese pull up in strings when I lifted my fork, now you’re lucky if there’s enough cheese sauce to touch each noodle. I keep visiting in hopes that something will change...

The staff here overall are really nice, and I like the food here! The only downside to this place is that some of the bowls they give out for sharing arent clean, but otherwise everything is great here. Please bring the cherry sodas back! I missed my cherry Coke this visit.

This place is like one of those places where you make your own pizza, except for pasta. You start with your pasta base, then our sauce, then your mix ins. They have a couple options of pastas on the wall so you could just order something they put together rather than having to make your own if you dont want to. I think the pasta was decent, but it feels like it should be way better for the price. Like the chicken was a little squidgy in my pasta, and the red sauce lacked a bit of flavor. It was ok, but like I said... it could have been better.

Well-run, clean location of the best of the noodle restaurant chains. Good variety of noodle styles, prepared as expected. Bottled drinks and self-serve Coca-Cola custom flavor mix machine make pleasing anyones beverage tastes easy. Take out orders and eat-in orders are both ordered at the counter. No table service but they bring you your food when ready.

Im not a huge fan of noodles or even leaving the house, but my mom LOVES this place. The mac and cheese is great and they recently changed their glass bowls to plastic. It was such a subtle change, I found out just by tapping the bowl with my fork. So if youre afraid of possible glass shards, you dont have to here. 😁 And you can eat outside if thats what you like.

This is my first time coming here. It is next to several other restaurants- a fish and chips place, Mediterranean place, a sandwich shop, Japanese place, and an Italian place. I actually almost didnt come into this one because, judging by the name, I thought it was a Chinese food spot. But low and behold, there was a sign in the window stating world famous Mac and cheese. So I went in. It has a good menu with different items, some soups, some apps like potstickers... Etc. I ordered the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese, potstickers, and a drink- I saw they had that machine that you choose the drink of choice from many options- which I love. Total came to $17 and change. There is an outdoor seating option which is great. The Mac and cheese was perfectly Al dente and tasted good. The potstickers were just how they should be- delicious. Critiques: a little more sauce for the pasta, the drink machine had lots of choices that were not available, (I love getting the vitamen water options or the hi-c, both were N/A), cashier was polite, if I were to be picky, they could have suggested an upcharge for a larger drink. I would go back definitely.

I just moved from Virginia to California and was craving noodles. In Virginia there are locations everywhere. Not here though. So I decided to come here. I was 90% finished with my meal...when all of a sudden I bit down on a foreign object that shocked my teeth. Had to take a five minute break. Wasnt sure what it was. Unthawed noodles? A fake nail? Who knows? Ill look for another location. I dont recommend this establishment.

Took my order from the register in the same gloves to make my food as well. Hardly anyone eating at the restaurant, waited for a while and when food came, both my wife and I food order was COLD . So they made us a new order, and while we were eating the people sitting in front of us also complained about cold food, across the way another took her plate up also cold food. So the moral of the story is if you want COLD FOOD THIS IS THE PLACE FOR IT.
